In town for the Ol Miss/A&M game. House is conveniently located close to Oxford. Hop skip and a jump and you are there. Nice quiet town.
House accommodations were great and check in and out was no problem. Thank you!

Nice property for our visit for football weekend

So many things to love--comfortable beds, spacious living and dining areas, fenced-in private back yard, large jetted tub, plenty of dishes, appliances, towels, blankets. The hosts are gracious and helpful; in fact, they kindly supplied k cups for the Keurig coffeemaker as well as some fruits and muffins--a welcome surprise after a long drive. Three of us were in town for a football game and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were there for my daughter's graduation from Ole Miss. The location was perfect, close enough to go back & forth to Oxford but far enough away to avoid the crowds and traffic. The house is adorable and welcoming, it slept 6 comfortably. We enjoyed a nice evening sitting around the fire pit in the back. Our only regret is that we didn't have the time to meet the owners (we did exchange friendly texts) or walk downtown to visit their restaurant. Our family highly recommends this house.

We enjoyed our stay in Sardis. We were passing through on our way home to Florida,
from Arkansas. Very nice home, everything that you would need was provided.
We also visited the pizza restaurant that the home owners own and it was delicious!
Muffins provided was a nice, delicious surprise. Our dog enjoyed laying in the sun
in the nice fenced back yard. Everyone was happy! Beds are comfortable, we got some
needed rest before our journey home. Thank you!

The house was awesome - superb for a group! Rebecca was warm and helpful and the house was extremely clean and comfortable.
There is only one bathroom with a shower so consider that if you have a group but there are 2 bathrooms total. Ask the owners about pots & pans if you plan to do any cooking - the kitchen is huge ! Very nice place to stay if you are doing anything in Oxford - easy access to Oxford on a scenic 30 min drive. Would stay here again.
