About this cabin rental
Stay on the shoreline of Lake Lewisville close to town yet very private! We offer a total of 3 rental cabins and RV spaces as well, with the cabins situated to afford privacy close to the lake. We are on over 14 acres of land with over 700 feet of shoreline. This particular unit is a one room tiny cabin 240 square feet with a full bath and beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake out the front door as well as direct easily walkable access to the lake. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the lake while watching the birds go by or take your chair and walk a couple hundred feet to the shoreline and go fishing, swimming, or kayaking if you want. Feel free to enjoy the breeze in one of our groves of mature trees by the lake. This cabin is our smallest, and it accommodates two guests with a queen bed and two comfortable chairs. Wildlife that may wander by include wild turkeys, deer, egrets and more. For the quick get-away, bring your boat or jet ski right out front to the shoreline and ski, fish or just play right here in the cove or take a 10 minute ride to the main lake. Outdoor tables, propane grills, fire pit, and kayaks are available for your use. There are laundry facilities nearby onsite. Private gated drive and coded door locks provide for contactless check-in. Plenty of parking space. If you like the peace and quiet, wildlife and lakeside living while still being close to the suburbs, this is the place for you. You can be on I-35 in minutes as well as the Dallas North Tollway. (We love pets, but we do have a leash rule. If you bring your pets, please keep them on a leash at all times when they are outside)

Of course we were there during hail and rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake activities.
Cute and convenient place to stay.
However, mattress needs to be replaced, coffee was expired, and grill wasn’t functional.

My immpression was good, cute little cabin, convenient for family to be together. Tv was a little challenging considering us older people arent computer savy. Overall very convenient for all family to get together 2 cabins and one rv spot with hookups. Would recommend and use again, thank you!

My parents were doing their annual rv trip and we were excited to join them with renting a cabin. The host put my parents at the last RV spot closest to the cabin. The cabin was clean and the premises was clean and quiet! Great dog park and great spot on the lake! Amazing place for us to celebrate our wedding anniversaries together as a family! We will be back again for sure! Thank you to Pete for being an amazing host! We highly recommend!

Nice retreat from town only 30 min from Frisco Convention Center! Bed was a little 'foamy" without support...but we were able to make due and even watch some hunting shows!! Gas grill had full tanks. Small frig and microwave were enough for simple lawn-chair meals!!

Great for a couple. Very clean and 50 yards from lakeside. You have good fishing areas from the bank. Everyone was very friendly. It was great that it had a dog park also. Will stay again in future.

The dog park on site was a lifesaver and the property has a nice view of the lake. The room is smaller than a hotel room and about double the price.

The cabin and the property were nice and just as described. The only issue we had with our stay was the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve have ever slept in. It was loud and had no support.

The cabin is very small, was a little clostrophobic at first but I wasn't really planning on spending any time in there except to eat and sleep. I was lucky enough to have the place to myself practically because there were no other visitors. So peaceful! RV guests are very friendly. If host can just do something about the neighbor up front with the dog that looks like it's starving and screams out in fearful pain every now and then, that would be great!

Very good little cabin on the water. Perfect for my wife and I as well as our 3 small dogs. I stayed here for a fishing tournament on lake ray roberts. I came home everyday to a quiet little spot. Grilled out almost every night and relaxed well.

Frankly, there aren't enough superlatives to describe how satisfied we were with this tiny cabin. The property feels secluded but is just a few minutes from shopping/ dining options. I don't know if this always the case, but the lake felt like a private beach during our week long stay. It's not sleek or modern, but if you are looking for a very comfortable, rustic tiny cabin with great A/C, this is perfect.

Serene place
I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was clean. The host Pete was outstanding whatever you need he was there. My niece even got a chance to feed the longhorns she loved it. I did spend most of my time just enjoying the view. I would definitely return.

Great little cabin on the lake. A lot of amenities to utilize like kayaks, grills, fire pit. We took our two dogs with us and for the smaller cabin it was a little small for us. The owners are great and were great to work through a small snag we encountered. The dogs loved the lake access and the open space to run.

Absolutely perfect, amazing views!
The cabin was perfect. The directions were outstanding, Pete was so nice and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we are in the Dallas area. It’s acres and acres of grass on the lake and you can bring your dog!!!! The only people around are the other people staying in the other couple of cabins or the few RV sites. I cannot say enough great things, we are already planning to come back. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your amazing property.

Relaxing and Enjoyable
If you want a quiet getaway spot on the lake to just relax and do your camping type activities while still having the luxury of a/c which is 100% necessary in Texas then this is a great spot. Loved the week I spent here and Pete and Billy were awesome!

Very small and shabby
The room was very small. The extra small full size bed was lumpy! You couldn’t fit 2 people on it comfortably. The bedspread and pillows were very old and worn..The two chairs were in bad condition. No kitchen did have a coffeemaker, electrical hot plate and a microwave that was very hard to reach (on top of shelf, close to the ceiling) The refrigerator is the smallest dorm size. The deadbolt did not work. Shower very small. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Had to wash dishes in a small Shallow bath sink The Land manager was very nice, didn’t see him much because he was working on the property. They did have a kayak that they let you borrow which was nice. Pretty view of the lake.

Nice little hidden property
For the time being this is a nice hidden property! Just two small cabins, a BBQ area, and a sitting area under the trees. Very nice being so close to the water. Pete was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable upon check in. Very clear instructions on how to get to the cabin and get inside. The cabin was super clean. It is small, about the size of a small hotel room but that was plenty for us. Overall a great option if you're wanting to get away for a bit. They are adding quite a few RV spaces out here so I don't think it'll be hidden for long!
