This beautifully decorated single-family home in the Villas At Corolla Bay is just steps away from the beach access (and one of the closest homes to the beach access in the community). Enjoy being within walking distance of sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it is perfect for families and has everything you''ll need for your Outerbanks vacation. Home is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, four adult bicycles, beach caddy, and pack 'n play to make your stay enjoyable. Cook up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill and then relax after sunset with a glass of wine in the hot tub. After a day in the surf and sand, the whole family will enjoy the 6 Smart TV’s with cable (including NFL Network, HBO, Cinemax and Showtime!), recreation room, wireless internet, toys and games. While in Corolla, enjoy amazing coastal views from sound to sea, activities that will thrill the entire family, as well as great shopping and dining. Ground Level: Offers a luxurious Queen room with a 32” smart tv, a full bath and a rec room with a 42" flat screen internet ready TV with gaming console. Just outside, in your large-sized courtyard, you can enjoy a long soak in the hot tub or a beverage by the gas fire pit (fire pit available October-April). This Corolla Bay home is located close to the Community pool and recreation options, including shuffleboard, horseshoes, sand volleyball , and a brand, new playset!

Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful King mbr with a 40” flat screen TV & deck access, a bedroom offering another King & a 40” smart tv and a bedroom with DuoBunk w/ Trundle & a 26" flat screen tv w/ dvd that share a full bath. You’ll also find the laundry area located on this level.

Top Level: Features a designer great room with electric fireplace, 65” smart Roku tv, Blu Ray player and deck access. A new loveseat and sleeper sofa have just been added in fall of 2020! Any cooks in the group will love the well-stocked kitchen and the open layout with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for everyone including 3 bar stools at the raised kitchen bar. Rounding out this lovely home is the half bath.

There is NO elevator at this home.

SUPPLIES TO BRING - Upon arrival, you will find a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a kitchen trash bag. These items will not be replenished during your stay and you will need to bring or buy these items and all other consumable items such as dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, bath soap, etc.

SUMMER TRAFFIC - to avoid bottleneck traffic as you travel north on Route 12, plan to arrive in Corolla before 10am or after 5pm on checkin day. Many guests enjoy the day exploring the southern end of the OBX in Kitty Hawk and Nags Head and then make their way to Corolla in the afternoon.

My family and I (four adults and a toddler) had such a nice week at this house. The property is one of the closest in the community when it comes to walking to the beach, and the pool/playground being so close was really convenient with an almost 3-year-old. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked, and the owner was so sweet and responsive. She proactively reached out to see if we were affected by a cable outage (we weren’t), and when a smoke alarm started chirping on the third floor in an unreachable spot for us because of a low battery, she dispatched a maintenance person to have it taken care of right away so we didn’t have to hear it at night. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house setup was great! Location amazing. Pool outside our fence . Walk to beach was 10 minutes. My only concern was that the house did not seem cleaned as it could have been! It’s summer and the in and out is crazy so we just cleaned a bit before everyone got there! All in all it was awesome!

Our experience was excellent. We were 6 adults + 4 kids (ages 1 year to 6 years). The property had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of providing for our kids at their ages. Karen was incredibly easy to work with. We loved that we could carry the littlest one back from the beach (it was that close!) and that the pool was accessible to all.

Everything about this property and rental experience was wonderful. Communication with Karen was a breeze, and the property was just as described. Everything was super clean and the kitchen and garage (will all the beach supplies you need) were well-appointed. The location is ideal - short walk to the beach on a nice boardwalk. I would 100% stay here again. One thing to be aware of is that the wifi was not quite up to video calls (but hopefully you’ll be there to enjoy vacation, rather than take work calls). Highly recommend!

Sandy Toes was the perfect place for a vacation with our kids and grandchildren. Each family had their own bathroom and bedrooms. We were close enough to the beach that our 2.5 year old grandson could walk the distance. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, silverware etc. so that we only had to run the dishwasher once a day. Be prepared to buy ice as the refrigerator does not have an ice maker and there is only one ice cube tray.Karen was a very responsive host and answered our questions without delay.

This home has everything you need for a great stay in the Outer Banks. The house is very nice and the location is perfect! It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the beautiful beaches and there are grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby. We enjoyed riding the bikes, using the hot tub, grilling, and having drinks on the decks. Host is amazing and we highly recommend staying here!

This house was exactly as pictured. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and the owners were responsive to the few questions I had during our stay. The hot tub and pool were a nice addition on the days the ocean was rough and I hope to make it back there for another trip.

Overall we were quite happy with the house. It is conveniently located near the 4x4 beach access ( only a few minute ride)and a very short walk to the public beach access. It Had all the cooking essentials we needed, the extra fridge in the garage was a bonus and convenient. We would consider staying here again.

Our first time in the OBX. House as described and Karen was super responsive. One item to note, the beach is five minutes away, but you need to go over a sandy hill or steps to get there. Was a little challenging to maneuver with a wagon but all neighboring access points were similar. Would recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 1-7. We used the pool every afternoon after the beach. The backyard is fenced in and worked so well for the kids to play outside. The house is clean, well kept and the owners are super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for an amazing vacation!

We were so amazed and happy to see how family friendly this home was. Bikes, scooters, beach utility cart, and many toys and games for kids!!! Our four year old granddaughter didn't even notice the rain the first day because of the many different toys to play with. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Quiet place where we had privacy and close enough to grocery and other amenities to be very convenient. We had 6 people ranging from 10 - 80 years of age and all had a ball. Really like the location and will consider again when going to the outer banks.

This home is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Anything (and everything) we needed for cooking or relaxing was found on the property. The homeowner could not be any more accessible or kind. She is wonderful!
