Inside your Beach Home you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay, this spacious house is perfect for families, friends or colleagues to get together with 2400 SQ. FT. of living space.
When you walk inside you are greeted by its open plan design with natural light & views to the garden & pool. There is A TOP OF THE RANGE CHEF KITCHEN with high quality equipment & a large center island with stylish bar stools.
In the dining space the table extends to comfortably seat 12, with a suspension light above that sets the mood for wonderful 'at home' dining.
In the vast lounge space there is a large leather curved sofa with 2 recliners to really relax, a 65” 4k Smart TV with Roku TV providing entertainment for everyone, there is also a DVD player.
The double French doors that overlook the pool, garden and patio blend the outdoor space with the indoor living area beautifully.
There is another lounging area/den with tasteful furnishings in the loft on the second floor, here there is a 32” HD TV, DVD player & the latest XBox One.
The oak stairway leads to the second floor with a huge King Master Balcony suite, here there is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
A fabulous outdoor covered deck/balcony is accessed through French doors off the king master suite, here you can enjoy a cocktail, dine or just relax on the outdoor sofa & watch the sunsets!
The further two large Pool view bedrooms each have a queen bed, there are also two twin beds in the family bedroom, a modern full bathroom is adjacent.
All 3 bedrooms are very large with walk in closets & flat screen TVs with Roku.
The loft outside the three bedrooms has a comfortable futon that can sleep 2, the layout of this space has been created so that it can be a lounging/entertainment area and/or a sleeping area.
The oversized washer and dryer is conveniently located off the loft in a laundry room.

"Jason and Louise's place is simply put, Amazing. It is within walking distance for everything you will need for a beach trip with your friends and/or family. Restaurants, Bars, Grocery Stores, and of course the most gorgeous beaches that Florida has to offer. My group did not have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. The house is huge and well kept, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families. My group had 12 people and we all slept comfortably in our own space. The hosts also provide multiple added amenities for your use. Bikes, fishing poles, wet suites, ping pong table... This place was loaded with things to do! We visited in early November, and the pool was heated and very comfortable. Jason and Louise provide clear and concise directions for check in, and we responsive with any questions I had. I will definitely be seeking to stay at this place in the future if we ever plan to return to Cocoa Beach"

"Dear Jason and Louise Your place in Cocoa Beach was outstanding!!!! You thought of everything and it was extremely clean, which was very important to us. Great location we walked to everything. The drive to the Daytona 500 race took around an hour which was perfect and it was only 45 minutes to the airport. My husband said BEST vacation ever as he finally got to a Nascar Race and they also went deep sea fishing and caught their limit, in his world it doesn’t get any better than that. He also got in a few rounds of golf as I enjoyed the pool and the beach. We enjoyed all the comforts of home thanks to you! We enjoyed your place so much that the family was wondering if you have other vacation rental properties in any other areas of the world. The house was amazing. It had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The location to everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean well equipped for our cooking needs. We would love to make this our yearly vacation destination.

I honestly cannot say enough good about our experience at our home in Cocoa Beach! The home was clean, and every conceivable need was met! Communication with the home owner was always professional, kind, clear, thorough, and timely. The location was unbelievably perfect. We were a block from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The home owner supplied boogie boards, wagons, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, etc. We enjoyed being close to the pier, as well. The private pool was an added bonus, which was enjoyed immensely by the family! The beds were comfortable. The 3 bathrooms met our family’s needs. The kitchen was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home in comfort. We will definitely return to this perfect vacation home!

4 adults 1 child age 7. Clean. Plenty of space indoors and outside. Very close to beach. Had all the beach equipment we needed. Hosts were very timely with answers. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants. Even got to see a rocket launch from beach! Air conditioning worked great. Hopefully will return some day

This property is everything you hope for in a rental property. First of all it is nice and clean.
Next, it is a great location with the beach minutes away in a short walk of about 4 minutes. All you need for a day at the beach is provided in the garage. With 2 wagons to help you get it there. Chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys.
Ping pong table in the garage was very helpful for 2 days of cold and rain that we experienced.
The house is very large which was great for the 10 people that we had. Plenty of beds and a crib and pack n play worked well for us. The added bonus is the personal heated pool. This rental is everything that it advertises.
You won’t be disappointed if you decide to rent this property.

I am from Cocoa Beach and was so happy to find a beach rental that is literally 2 blocks from your door to the beach. The house was wonderful with a heated pool that all of the kids enjoyed. All of the beach items in garage were great. Bikes and little wagon to take stuff to the beach! Hope to rent again next year!

We stayed here for a 40th B-day trip and it was amazing! The home had everything we could’ve asked for. From cooking utensils including seasonings to beach equipment to games and plenty of pool items. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, groceries and plenty of activities. The beach was literally 4 houses down the street and right on the pier! We were even lucky enough to see a night rocket launch! So cool!
The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house was ready go before we got there. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had including a late check out on short notice to accommodate our flight time.
Would 10/10 recommend and are already talking about planning another trip back!

Just as advertised. No unpleasant surprises, only good ones. We had a great experience and just perfect for our annual sisters Fall getaway. We usually choose a different location each year but may change our mind and stay here again next year. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Jason & Louise's place! The house was spacious and clean and was stocked with more than enough amenities to keep us comfortable. There were so many children's items which was very helpful since we had our grandkids with us. The place was perfectly located, so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Louise was always very quick to respond to any questions, which was so nice. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

We were so pleasantly surprised the house was just like the pictures. Don’t judge the outside at first sight. Inside was so big and spacious! Fit five adults with lots of room to spare. The house has everything you could need and we have stayed in many, many home aways. It was very clean with all amenities to be set. The pool was an added bonus. Don’t forget to push the button before opening the door though!!! The master bath is so big with lots of room to move around and had a full size blow dryer! Thought that was nice to have, to not have to pack one. They have games to play in the closet too. Loaded up the beach wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that were supplied and did the short walk to the beach and nice to be able to come back in the AC for lunch. We rode bikes in the early morning to the beach as well. Jason and Louise were very easy to communicate with.
My only suggestions are to have a spray nozzle on the kitchen sink for east wash and rinse of the dishes and to have a recycle can. Not a negative at all.
We would definitely rent again!!!

Overall wonderful experience. The house was immaculate with attention to detail. The pantry was filled with oils and spices. The fridge had sodas and water. Everything that you need in a home. We look forward to traveling back next year.

This place was GREAT. The owners were awesome and responded quickly to any questions or requests. The house is lovely and the pool was amazing for my grandkids. The beach is a quick one block walk and they have toys, wagons, umbrellas and chairs for you to use. 5 stars.

Nice big house with plenty of areas to sleep, eat, and just hang out! The 3 min walk to the beach was the best! Accessible to restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf, etc. Pool is nice also. Great communication with the property owners before, during, and after the trip!

Family of 8, ages 15 up to 70 stayed in this beautiful home for 2 nights prior to leaving for our cruise! Was great property, very close to the beach and very clean. Answered our questions immediately. Would stay here again! Did not rent a car, lined up transportation to/from airport, house and cruise line with Cocoa Beach Shuttle. Highly recommend them too. For the 8 of us, we were all able to travel together, cheaper than paying for 2 Ubers. No complaints with this property.

The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. The pool and backyard is small but suited our 2 Grandsons of 6 & 8. They pretty well lived in the pool and on the beach. There are lots of beach chairs and toys and 2 wagons which came in very handy. Just a short walk to the beach.
Kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. Very great time.

Overall a great home. The house was perfect for our group, clean and had everything we needed. Owners were helpful and great to work with. Three blocks from beach and near the pier, we enjoyed the access and visited daily — even caught a rocket launch! Close to restaurants, groceries and activities. The immediate neighborhood is a bit run down, but we didn’t have issues and felt safe. Great experience.

It was everything that they said. It had a lot of extras like a crib, beach toys, bikes etc. the house was very clean, spacious and very accommodating for all of us. Would definitely stay there again. The hosts were the best. Thanks for the best experience

We were a little hesitant about this property. But when we got there it met all our needs and then some. Location was awesome. Close to the beach, shopping, etc…. The owners and property managers were great. It was very clean and well taken care of, with extra beach toys, chairs, etc…

We loved the property, it was exactly what we needed. The owners were VERY attentive and checked in with us frequently. They thought of everything to stock the kitchen with- it has an instant pot, crockpot and anything you need for a BBQ. It’s about a 2 minute walk to a very good little winery and about 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. We would love to stay here again!

When we arrived, the house was clean and ready for occupancy. The house accommodated our large family just fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could possibly need. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The only concern we had was walking to the beach with seven children and all of our stuff each day. The house was equipped with two wagons that helped make that a much easier task. I would rent here again.
