A beautiful little apartment with everything you could need within it.

A beautiful little apartment with everything you could need within it. It was so comfortable and homely, we honestly loved it there. For us, it was walking distance to the train station and the central tourist area, but a nice residential area that wasn’t crowded or too loud.

Una perla nella storia di Siviglia…

Appartamento veramente bello, dentro alle mura nel quartiere vecchio appena superato il portone con il codice si apre una struttura totalmente moderna, il bianco domina e tutto è perfetto, ingresso in camera con il codice, appartamento pulitissimo e tripla bottiglia d’acqua ad aspettarci in frigorifero (visto il gran caldo super apprezzata), e graditissima bottiglia di vino offerta, per il resto rilassante piscina sul tetto mai affollata e appartamento perfetto per un nucleo di tre/quattro persone. Posso solo fare i complimenti per questa perla nel centro storico di Siviglia.

Piccolissima difficoltà per far asciugare i vestiti lavati, ma un modo si trova.

Lovely city break

The property was great, really good location we felt like we was in a less touristy area which we loved. The roof top pool is a massive bonus

My only issue which isn’t major was that you can tell the rooms are well visited, toilet roll holder loose, paint marked etc

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in Sevilla

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannt zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

Perfect little apartment.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated with multiple seating options. Had a smart tv. It was very clean! Felt very safe inside. Loved that it was keyless and you just used a pin to get in and out. Pleasant staff too.

It was quit ok.

The following things were good: the location, very quiet, electricity worked, there was an elevator, good large fridge, good bed linen

First of all, the mosquitoes were everywhere in the room in January: they bit me in the night so that I had 4 big pimples on my face :(, I don't even know where they came from. The shower was good, warm, but unfortunately the door is not tight, so the whole floor is always completely wet after the shower and need to be cleaned. You can already see from the floor in the room next door that this problem has existed for a long time. Very uncomfortable pillows, I woke up with pain in my neck. The kitchen was not completely clean and there were many cracks and lack of furniture, which only had a visual effect. Exactly the room Viktoria I was not recommended because of uncomfortable stairs, very slippery. There were also no doors between rooms, so it was quite cold in winter, in summer I think it would be ok.

Déception

Suite Antonio à l'entrée. Pas de volet mais un rideau qui laisse passer la lumière qui s'allume à chaque fois qu'une personne entre dans le couleur d'entrée. La vitre de la chambre est dans l'entrée. De plus, sans parler du bruit lié à la localisation de la chambre, nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir, c'était infernal ... Très déçu.

Rozczarowanie wysokimi oczekiwaniami

Ocenę apartamentu i jego cenę uratowało niewątpliwie jacuzzi (hot tub). Apartament z pozoru posiadał wszystko, co w ogłoszeniu - ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, taras z jacuzzi. Z plusów można dodać, iż na powitanie czekało czerowne wino oraz nagrzane jacuzzi. Dodatkowo dziękujemy obsłudze za dostarczenie dodatkowych ręczników do jacuzzi.

Niestety zdjęcia apartamentu nie oddają jego stanu faktycznego. Zupełnie inna kanapa na zdjęciu, a wyposażenie mieszkania było chyba wstawione na potrzeby fotografii. Apartament zaniedbany i zniszczony - liczne pęknięcia ścian, gniazdko w kuchni nie działało, więc kawę w ekspresie trzeba było robić na podłodze. Z kabiny prysznicowej ciekła woda, gdyż drzwi nie były szczelne. Prysznic sam w sobie niestety również ciekł. Sypialnia - niestety trzeba powiedzieć, iż bez okien. Małe okienko zarówno z sypialni, jak i łazienki wychodziło na klatkę schodową. Nie dość, że wentylacja bardzo słaba to i podczas kąpieli z zewnątrz były myte okna do łazienki. Dodatkowo bardzo słabe wyciszenie apartamentu i w nocy było słychać głosy z klatki schodowej. Materac bardzo niewygodny, praktycznie twardy jak stół i nie było możliwości komfortowego wyspania się. Czystość nie była idealna, szczególnie na dolnym piętrze. Duży problem z parkowaniem samochodu, aczkolwiek to nie wina apartamentu, a miasta.

Teníamos para desayuno el primer día. La Ubicación bastante bien porque cerca de autobús para llegar al Centro Histórico. Calle poco transitada, implica menor ruido más descanso.

Picine très froide

Attention picine pas chauffée eau très froide donc à prendre en compte ça nous a déçu 3 jours sur place et 10 minutes dans la picine entre 15 degrés et 18 degrés pas plus c'est très froid et on a signaler et ils nous on dit que c'était normal a causse de la chaleur c'est aberrant ils fait toujours chaud à seville 🤦enfin bref l appartement est top propre et oublié juste la picine

Great apartment and very helpful staff.

The apartment building itself is lovely inside and feels very safe. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we could need, the roof top pool was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing. The aircon was great and much needed after a hot day in the sun. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Seville.

A comfy and lovely spot near everything.

The apartment is very clean and the location is very good. It’s near everything. You can even walk going to restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed in our flat and the hosts were very responsive to our queries. Wifi is very good. It has exceeded my expectation. I will surely book this place again if we come back to Seville.
