Fantastic condo sitting on Vasquez Creek. Completely remodeled unit with new appliances and flooring: everything has been completely redone.
The Unit features cable, internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. You just supply the food!
Full HD LED TV's in family room and master bedroom.
Condo is stocked with games and books for both kids and adults.
Master bedroom features a king size bed and a gigantic tile steam shower.
Hall bath contains bathtub and shower.
Second bedroom has two sets of new twin XL bunk beds, which can accommodate any configuration of children, adults, and teenagers. Condo also has a queen size air mattress.
This is a ground floor unit located down two flights from the free covered parking, which gives you creek access just steps away from your private Patio.
Stroll to the condo gazebo for some star gazing and a glass of wine. Take a hike on several trails located just minutes from your front door. Downtown Winter Park, with its many restaurants and shops, is located within walking distance as well.

The town’s free shuttle stop sits at the entrance to the condo and picks up every half hour during the ski season, roughly a short 30-minute ride to the resort.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The kids loved playing in the snow out back near the creek. The condo is clean and had everything you need. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Kids are already asking when we can come back again!

Mike was really good conveying all necessary information to access and enjoying all condo features. The Condo is located 3 minutes away by car from Downtown Winter Park, enough parking just make sure to not park on frozen spots. The condo feels like home, my kids loved the bunk beds, the master bathroom has a huge shower with steam so inviting after a long day on the trails, every detail on the condo was thought about, nice kitchen with everything you need. Everything was NEATLY CLEANED AND ORGANIZED. Would definitely come back.

This was a very comfortable, nicely furnished condo. Quality kitchen and appliances, and loved the master shower with steam. It was a great to have a pack-n-play and high chair available for our 10 month old. Definitely want to stay here again!

This was an amazing property we were all so happy with it. The water being right outside was beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly and suggested things to do and places to eat. The beds were co comfortable which was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with little extras like foil and ziplocks. So happy we were able to stay here.

But that’s not all this property has to offer....although that’s what sold us! This was a wonderful property. It was clean, comfortable, had bunk beds for my kids (huge plus!) and the creek running steps from the deck were all amazing! The owners were wonderful to work with and were very responsive when I asked if we could check in a little early. I liked that they listed some of their favorites on our reservation paperwork...we found a new restaurant and loved it! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit to our favorite mountain town. Thank you!

Our stay was great. Condo was in excellent shape, very clean and nice. Only a couple items to be aware of... it’s down three flights of stairs so guests must be fully mobile and parking is limited for cars requiring high clearance. (Ex. Vans with luggage compartment on the top) I do recommend this condo; the owners are very responsive and it was a very positive experience.

Absolutely perfect condo for families

This condo was perfect. We traveled with a toddler and grandparents and the property had everything that a family with a young kiddo might need - a high chair, a pack n play, children's plates and utensils - but it's also decorated in a sophisticated way. We loved all of the games and puzzles and they kept us busy in the evenings after activity-filled days. The condo is steps away from the shuttle to the mountain and it's very close to town. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Second time we've stayed at this property. Perfect location for a mountain getaway for my family (wife, 4yo, 8yo). Beautiful stream and a condo that "feels like home" to my family. Although the entry is a bit like a human-hamster cage :), my kids are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

This was a perfect place for our spring break trip! Very conveniently located with the shuttle stop at the end of the driveway. The kids loved the bunk room! The view from the condo was beautiful! Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were a good size. The communication with the owner was great. The location was just a short drive to the mountain. The only negative was the extra blankets (and we definitely needed them) were not appropriate for sleeping, but rather watching an outdoor soccer game.

Went for a ski weekend and stayed at the condo. It is a few miles from Winter Park, and there is a bus stop that is across the street (the bus apparently leaves every 30 minutes in the winter, so keep that in mind when waiting....) which is very convenient. Had a great steam shower and bedrooms had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Clean, well-kept, and loved having the games and puzzles as well!!

Great property close to town. Though it is on the ground floor, there is a stunning view of the creek that is literally feet from the patio doors. The furnishings were great. The master has a king bed (which we like) and was fitted with sensory-foam top. It is minutes from downtown. Great find.

This condo fit our needs perfectly. We only had 3 people, but this place could handle a family of 6. The creek in the back was awesome and quite relaxing. The entire place seemed like it had recently been remodeled. The kitchen is modern and worked well for us. The steam shower in the master was a hit as well. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. It felt just like home! It had everything we needed ~ soft towels, comfortable beds, lovely appliances, and well stocked cupboards including basic pantry items. We were only steps away from the bus stop. Covered parking kept our vehicles snow free from the 5" snowfall. We're hoping our travels lead us back to WP as we definitely will stay here again! Great condo in a great location

We recently stayed at this condo for three nights. We have three children and the bunk room was perfect for them. The condo had all the amenities we needed and our children really enjoyed the selection of board games available. The condo is very close to the ski resort and downtown Winter Park. We drove to the ski resort but the bus step is literally steps away. Really the only downside for us was the parking situation at the condo. We have a tall vehicle and could only fit into some of the spots at the complex. Luckily we were always able to get one of those spots (they are first come, first serve) but if we would have had our cargo box on top of our car we would not have fit into the parking structure. Just a heads up if anyone else is driving a tall car or SUV.
