Leave the car in our private parking lot...the beach is just across the street! Grab a chair and in 5 minutes you can be sitting on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Our townhome, with a newly renovated kitchen, dining and living room is the perfect get-away. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two brandnew twin XL beds. Sliding doors in each room to let in the glorious sunlight and fresh, ocean scented air. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail outside on the lovely patio surrounded by lush tropical, blooming plants. Small, quiet, and private, our end unit townhome is perfect for couples or families.
Walk into town for lunch or dinner at one of the many fine and fun restaurants. Stroll the beach to the inlet to fish or just sit, relax and watch the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway. Take a walk or jog on the paved arboretum trail that runs from the inlet through town. Make a date for dinner at the Sailfish Marina, renowned for it's sumptuous, fresh seafood. While you're there, check out the magnificent yachts and feed the myriad of tropical fish that swarm the shallows around the docks. It's all just a short walk away on quiet, residential streets!
Are you a diver? Palm Beach is world renowned for it's stunning reefs! Book a dive on one of the many dive boats operating out of the local port. Scuba or snorkel the underwater trail around Blue Heron bridge and discover the underwater wreck and the amazing variety of tropical fish in this park. Feel like paddling? Pack a lunch, rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the waters around Peanut Island. Don't forget your snorkel and mask! Plenty of warm, shallow, crystal clear water just chock full of vibrant fish. Into birding or wildlife? Hike down the beach to McArthur State Park or make the short drive by car. We had many issues on our trip, NONE of which involved our stay or the rental. There was amazingly easy communication with the owner and the fact that some of the most needed items were already there, made it that much better. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend staying to anyone who is looking!

We stayed at the 101 Edwards Lane multiple times in the past, but in different units. We really enjoy the property and its location is perfect for a beach holiday. The host, Paul, is wonderful and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place; once you spend time there you will be coming back year after year!

The property was clean and well maintained. It was roomy spread across 2 floors. It was a very short walk to the beach. Many places were easily accessible by walking (shops, small market, liquor store, restaurants, ice ream shop). The outdoor space was great as well to be able to sit outside on the patio, etc. Shady and sunny spots.

The location of the property is great. Beach is a short 3 min walk away. Restaurants are 10 min walk away. The property is well maintained. It's great for family to enjoy vacation at the beach. High recommended.

This property was for our little family for 4! My boys 7 and 9 loved the 3 min stroll to the beautiful ocean. Great beach to play and hang out on. Wonderful inlet to watch boats. The property is well kept, clean and very comfortable! The owner was so responsive and awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!

We used this condo as an overflow for our Singer Island visit. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a duplex with two en-suite bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, living, dining area and 1/2 bath downstairs. There’s also a small terrace for sitting outside. The unit is directly across from a short walkway to the beach. Also a short walk to several places to eat and/or drink. Paul was responsive, but we really had little need to contact him as everything was in order. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one the best condos I have ever stayed in. Super clean. Extremely close to the beach. The kitchen was just like being home. Good supply of cooking utensils and dishes. New appliances and great set up. So close to the beach. Very easy walk and you are watching waves crash in front of you.

Paul's place is a perfect location for a comfortable stay near West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Riviera Beach and Singer Island. The actual beach was a short 2 minute walk across the street and Paul left all the necessary beach supplies including a cooler, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels. Paul was a very responsive host and had several very good restaurant recommendations.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was shocked at the quality of all the items in the kitchen - not the usual cheap stuff you find in rentals. Lot of linens were available and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here last year and couldn’t wait to repeat the vacation, we’re already planning for next year. The accommodations were perfect for the three of us and access to the beach is the best around. We felt like we were on our own private beach. Layout of this property is open and roomy. Back patio is a real plus. Full kitchen where everything worked!!! All of the charter boats we used are close by as is the Blue Heron Bridge (world famous for its beach dives). We will definitely look to book this property again.

Property was just as described. Neighborhood is quiet, with a few places to eat near by. Property was well stocked, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bedding, and bath supplies.

Well located, clean property. It’s a bit dated but it’s a great value. The beach is a very short walk away. Slider out to patio doesn’t lock, but there are poles at base to keep it from being opened from the outside. We would definitely stay again.

My stay was perfect.the townhouse is easy to find late at night, well equipped, clean, perfect location to walk to Johnny Longboats for dinner & drinks souvenir shops, nail salon and right across the street from the beach entrance. You are also a short walk to sailfish marina which is so beautiful between the food, drinks, atmosphere and boat watching you can’t go wrong. I will definitely be spending time there again with my family!! Paul the homeowner is also very responsive to any questions that you may have & very accommodating.

My husband and I along with his sister rented the property. We are St. Louis Cardinals fans. We met up with their younger sister and her family, who are Houston Astros fans. It was a great time getting to visit, attend games at both training stadiums, and escaping our mid west weather! What made this location so good for us was each of us having our separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Along with the living area on the main floor. Where the rest of the family could come and visit and us not have to sit on beds like in a hotel room!

The property was ok. However, the patio area was in disarray and not very well kept. Also, there was a motion censored light that caused a neighbor behind us to scream that if we didn’t turn it off she was going to call the cops. In the main bathroom, a toilet was not working and a shower was not working consistently which was inconvenient. The owner did try and to get it fixed during our stay but it didn’t happen. Overall, we had fun because we enjoy each others company but I will chose a different location next time. Vacation should be about getting away and not having to deal with things like that.

The property was clean, convenient, quiet, and spacious. Location is ideal if you plan to hit the beach (which is across the street). My group was there to SCUBA dive, and the back patio was very handy for hanging up gear. The area is quiet and there are several great restaurants just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again!

Paul was attentive to our questions and needs, even a week out from our trip. We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's place. The property is in a PERFECT location to the beach, which is just across the street. The Blue Heron bridge is a short distance. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. 15 minutes to Juno Beach, 20 minutes to Jupiter and downtown Clematis is about 25 minutes. Definitely would love to go back. We had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse. The property is a perfect location. The beach is across the street and through a walkway. Very easily walked. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance also. 15 minutes to Juno Beach and 20 to Jupiter. Definitely would love to go back
