Come stay in our clean, sanitized, comfortable, private townhouse has all the amenities of home and is close to everything and in a safe neighborhood! You can see the Grand Ole Opry from the upstairs master bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 people Upstairs: (1) comfortable pillow top queen bed in bedroom 1. Smart TV (local TV & Sling) (2) twin(single) beds in bedroom 2. Vanity with pull-out stool for putting on makeup. Smart TV (local TV) (1) Full Bathroom with hair dryer Downstairs: Living room with flat-screen TV (Local TV, Roku, Sling), (Wifi), fireplace (electric) (1) 1/2 Bathroom Washer & Dryer The Kitchen has a dishwasher, regular coffee maker, microwave, and all amenities. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling in a privacy-fenced yard. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Located in an established quiet, safe neighborhood. 1.5 mi Opryland Hotel and Convention Center 2 mi to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall 8 mi from BNA airport 12 mi. to downtown Broadway (3 different routes which make it very easy to navigate around Nashville traffic from this area) RESTAURANTS NEARBY: Only 2 mi. from Cracker Barrel, Opryland Backstage Grill, Caney Fork Restaurant, Waffle House, Mc Donalds, Bob Evans, Santa Fe, Chuy's, The Aquarium, and many more. GROCERY STORES Kroger and Publix are only 2-3 mi away. THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA: Gaylord Springs and Two Rivers Golf course, Wave Country Water Park, Cumberland River, Music Valley Dr. or ride on the world-famous General Jackson Showboat. Other attractions that are nearby: South Broadway Honkytonks, The Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home), Two Rivers Mansion, Percy Priest Lake, The Parthenon, and Fontanel. PARKING AND GETTING AROUND: There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options. Uber/Lyft Our number one priority is that you have a clean and comfortable stay. We inspect the home in between every guest before you check-in, to ensure you have everything you need to have a great stay in Nashville. We live nearby should you need anything. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen last-minute illnesses, flight cancelations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

It was very comfortable and felt safe I’m a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean and cozy. Was wishing weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the covered patio. We will be back in the future

Our group was a Mom and three adult daughters. We had a wonderful time during our long weekend in Nashville. The property was exactly as described and just perfect for our get away. The house was very comfortable and stylish with lots of personal touches. Jennifer provides everything for a weekend away (or longer!) with sweet extras like snacks, water, coffee and those essentials that you don't think of when traveling. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to get in touch with if you need anything. Highly recommend this property!! 5 Stars!!

Stayed here for Christmas weekend and attended show at Opry. It was perfect, show ended at 9:30 and we were in back to room in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this little place!

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend Cabin Hill if you are looking for a place to stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. House was well stocked and very clean. Would come back to stay in the future.

This was a very cute cozy townhouse that was decorated for Christmas making it extra special. It had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with. The location was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Check in was breeze, we were welcomed with a hello message, I’ve never had a host welcome me first day. Cute townhouse, very clean, had all the amenities of home. The townhouse is centrally located, as we were planning a day trip to Memphis and then heading over to Gatlinburg. Downtown Nashville is about 20 minutes away, the Grand Ole Opry was 5 minutes away. We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. I would highly recommend staying here, this definitely is a Super host stay.

Our visit to the Grand Ole Opry included staying at this home and it was a very nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable, home was very clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood close to the Opry and Gaylord Opryland so very easy to visit those. Fenced backyard with patio had beautiful flowers and was nice place to sit, visit, grill. We would stay again upon another visit to Nashville!

Jennifer’s home was exactly what we needed for a short getaway weekend in Nashville. After some issues with another booking through VRBO for a different property, Jennifer was nothing but helpful. She took the time to help me work through the issue with VRBO as it was an issue with their booking system. She made sure to block off the dates for us until the issue was resolved and she even spoke with Customer Service after I wasn’t getting much help. I am so thankful for her help and patience! Not only that, but her townhouse was ready early on our check in day so we were able to settle in a few hours earlier than we expected. With just a short Uber drive downtown we really enjoyed our weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet peaceful neighborhood perfect location close enough to everything yet far enough away from hustle bustle. Everything from hall of fame studio b area to Broadway and to milk and honey rustler hat co and murals in the gulch were a short car ride away..we did research everything we wanted to do before booking which helped us choose this property

The most important thing to any stay when I book is cleanliness and this place surpassed that criteria! The condo was pristine, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything! Communication is also fantastic! We had a wonderful weekend spending time with family and having a comfortable and clean place to rest. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back!

Jennifer has her townhome so well stocked and comfortable. She has done everything she could to make our stay comfortable, short of cooking our meals. 😀 You are 5 minutes to Opryland, 15 minutes to downtown. Easy to get to and in a really quiet neighborhood.
I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

Had just a couple of nights in Nashville and this was the perfect house and great location. Minutes from everything including Broadway, Opry Mills, Grand Ole Opry as well as grocery stores, gas stations etc which gave us the opportunity to pack in alot of fun in our short stay. Clean, quiet and great communication with our hosts. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time touring Nashville, and the townhome was the perfect jumping off point. Location, location. The neighborhood is quite and charming. Some of the features of the accomodations could use some upgrades, but all and all, great stay. Thank you.

This place ended up being perfect for a girls trip to Nashville. It was just the right size, enough beds and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood was wonderful, and we felt safe and secure. We were able to get Uber's within minutes to get us to Broadway and places nearby like the Grand Ole Opry. Jennifer was awesome to work with, answering all of our questions prior to our visit. Thanks for a great "home away from home"

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, close enough to all the places we wanted to visit and far enough away for a quiet stay. We were very happy with our stay at this property. Everything was very clean. Conveniently located by the Grand Ole Opry and its activities. Grocery store was just 7 minutes away. Downtown was a 20 minute drive. We would stay again.

Resort to see the indoor canals and waterfall.

We loved staying at this VRBO. It was perfect for our stay in Nashville. It was incredibly quiet and clean. The chirping birds were lovely to listen to in the morning. 10/10 recommend.
