Given we're on a steep hill, we recommend renting a golfcart. It's a 5 minute ride to the beach and a few extra minutes to the town center. You get the best of both worlds: peace and quiet while still having quick access to everything Sayulita has to offer.

Here are some details about the house:
The top level of the house has the large Palapa room with floor to ceiling doors and windows that provide 270 degree views of the ocean and jungle, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and multiple terraces for relaxing, reading, grilling (gas BBQ) or watching the sunset over the Pacific.
The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen also has utensils, cookware and glassware. There is also a full bathroom on the top level to freshen up after arrival from the beach.
The middle level of the house contains the master suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed and en-suite bathroom. Each room has floor to ceiling doors and windows, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and private terrace with lounge chair or hammock.
The lower level is where you will find another bedroom and adjacent kitchenette. Possessing the same spectacular views as the other levels, the bedroom has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling doors and windows, and en-suite bathroom. The kitchenette has all the appliances, utensils and cookware you’ll need to cook a complete dinner or whip up a quick pool snack. The deck in front of the unit gives it an incredible open feeling where you can relax on lounge chairs or hammock.
Descend below the house to discover the fabulous 40-foot heated swimming pool and large deck with lounge chairs. Enjoy a dip to cool off or swim some laps. The water is treated with a pleasant saltwater filtration system for a refreshing experience without any chlorine irritation.
Rooms are stocked with bath and beach towels. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryers—everything you need.
The house is cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after you depart. The house is also cleaned every 3 days during the guest visit. More frequent cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Wifi is available throughout the house and by the pool. Cellular service is good—check with your carrier before leaving home to be sure you have the correct service package (e.g. AT&T includes Mexico in most value share packages).
Security is provided via remote control gate, combination keypad door, and cameras around the perimeter of the house. There are safes in the bedrooms for your valuables. There is parking for an auto or golf cart inside the gate.
Miguel, our property manager (+52-322-108-7680), will take care of every need during your stay. Miguel will meet you when you arrive to check you in, provide you with keys, door opener, and walk you through the logistics of the property. Any questions are a call or text message away.
Small children: unfortunately, we don’t recommend families with small children pay a visit to Casa Magia. Although it provides an incredible open air environment, the balconies have open railings on every level that present a safety hazard for little ones.

Breathtaking views from the house. Host and the property care taker was responsive. We never got to use the pool because there was so much activity in Sayulita and the beaches around. Even though the location is close to the beach, be prepared for the hills as regular cars won't be able to go up. We had to rent special golf cart that could handle the hills.
Just one note on the 3rd bedroom. I may have missed it, but there was not a description of where the 3rd bathroom was located. When we got there, the bathroom is located one floor up from the 3rd bedroom that doesn't have in-suite bathroom. The guest would have to go outside the room, take a flight of stairs to go to the bathroom.
Other than that, it's a great house. No TV anywhere but equipped with games and the kitchen has everything to enjoy quality time with the family. Our group really enjoyed our time here.

We came for a wedding with 2 other couples and this place was amazing. The communication was great. The pool pump stopped working but the manager came right over. We were also able to get transportation and gold carts from the host, making it all so easy.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Magia, everything in the house was perfect, confortable and fully stocked for your stay.
The pool was a great bonus coming back from our beach day trips adventures. We explored beaches North of Sayulita that were beyond my expectations.
Miguel was excellent in answering questions, showing us how to operate the different things in the house.
The access to the house however is difficult and tricky.
We had to close the gate of the neighbor and get momentum and speed to get it into the parking spot.
Thankfully we had a 4 wheel drive SUV and one of my friends is used to driving in all kinds of terrain, so we made it ok. Would I rent it again? In a heart beat

We stayed at the property for 5 days in January and had a fatastic time. The views are amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and the home provides everything you need for a great stay. The property manager was very responsive - we had a few issues with the security system Manuel was very helpful. Renting a golf cart is a must for this property due to the location, but it was an adventure each day! We wish we would have stayed longer.

The house was nice and clean but it’s very rustic. All the rooms open up to the outside. You’ll have great breezes into all the rooms. Only complaint is the 6 of us needed to strategize about showers so we could have hot water.

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience staying at Casa Magia the house has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the View . The pool is huge and if you will like to relax this is the place . I will be back to Casa Magia . Thank you Miguel for answering all my questions about the house and all other activities in town make sure to rent a golf car is necessary to go up the hill . Miguel will have the information where to rent one and they can bring the car to the property that way you don’t have to waist your time.

Fabulous Villa
Outstanding property. Location cannot be beat. Views were spectacular, and breezy due to being up the hill. Close enough to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Anna-Lena and Miguel, the property manager, were always available and responded to all queries, quickly.

Jungle oasis
This was the most relaxing and peaceful place we have stayed in a long time. The jungle view is amazing! We felt like we were all alone which is great and it’s minutes away from town and even closer to the tranquil northern beaches!!! We will be back!!

Beautiful home
We were a little nervous coming up the hill to find the house. Once we got inside we were blown away by the spectacular view of the ocean and the town below. The accommodations were very comfortable. Loved everything about it. There are critters, scorpions and geckos aside from that everything else couldn’t of been more perfect

Amazing views!
The house is great. Everything you need...just stop and buy food and alcohol. However, due to the amazing views, the house is not kid friendly. The railings are unsafe for children but perfectly safe for adults. This is the highest house on the hill but still close enough to town with a 10 min walk. Highly recommend!

Views are outstanding. No complaints. Be aware... the hill is real. Rained one night and taxis wouldn't venture up. 2 taxis we took couldn't make it all the way up. This was the perfect location for our extended family stay for a destination wedding! Something for everyone! A super pool, fantastic view, large entertaining room, nature right out of the driveway, 3 private bedrooms and extra kitchen for those early risers!!! Thank you!

Great Stay!
A group of 7 ladies stayed here for my 30th birthday. The house was perfect for the group and we were all terribly sad to leave. We spent most our days hanging around the pool and enjoying sunsets on one of the many decks.

Lovely open beautiful house high in the jungle above the life of Sayulita
The house itself was lovely, spectacular views and comfortable charming surroundings. Our only mistake was not quite understanding the openness particularly the open balconies which had no protective glass. This was only an issue as we had my 11 month old grandchild with us. I wouldn't recommend the house for children under 10 but with the help of the owner Anna-Lena and Miguel their manager we secured a playpen and closed off the house as much as we could when the little chap was crawling. The house is kept very well and has maid service every 3 days. I appreciated the alacrity with which Anna-Lena responded to all queries and when there was an issue such as the safe not working ,it was dealt with immediately. I would certainly highly recommend Casa Magia. Being high in the jungle with the sights and sounds was quite special and the views are spectacular. It is unique..

THE Place to Stay
We have been to Sayulita numerous times before and even lived there back in 2012. The town has changed a lot which includes more options to rent. I have tried them all: in the town, on the beach, and on the hill in the jungle. This is by far the best choice we have made. The views cant be described in words only experienced. Our grouped watched the sun melt into the ocean everyday from the living room, from a hammock and from the pool and they were all magical. Being safe and secure is always a priority when on vacation (not just Mexico) and we found the staff and security made us feel safe. All rooms had A/C which made for good nights sleep during our stay in July. The shower in the Master Bedroom is amazing as well! Perfect setting for groups or just a romantic getaway. The house is muli-level so everyone has their own space. Kitchen was perfectly equipped and we cooked almost every meal there. We look forward to our return to Sayulita and knowing this is where we will choose to stay.

Casa Magia magic
The place is magic. Secluded in the hills of Sayulita. The drive to the house is gorgeous. Once you arrive the house seems small but once you start walking around you see how well designed the house is. And the view is amazing.
Make sure to get a car to get around. You need one any way to explore so make sure you do arrange for one. However, there are taxis to take you around and pick you up at the from door.
A very quite place so it's a great place to get away but close enough to the town center to have a little of both worlds.

Spring Break 2015 with our family
We were a family of 4 with one of our daughters off on a marine biology trip to California. 2 teenagers and their parents. We so enjoyed Magia. Miguel was as kind as can be and very responsive. When we needed him, which was rarely, he was prompt and helpful. This home is high on the hill with stunning views. We walked or drove our golf cart to town and to the beach. If it is rainy I would recommend walking (it is short 10-12 min, but steep in spots) as the golf cart did slip and slide on the brick road. Sayulita is charming, quaint and lovely. All around a beautiful vacation spot and the owners and property managers were fabulous.

Highest recommendation
What an amazing house. It's the last House up a steep street, with a beautiful view and incredible peace. The house is done perfectly. There is absolutely nothing that isn't stellar. The pool is incredible and long for laps. The kitchen and palapa room are perfect. Easy to forget about the rest of the world when you are here. Short golf cart ride into town. Great cooking facilities. Filtered water. Big bathrooms. A kind gentleman takes care of the house. The owners were so helpful. All around A plus.

Great vacation rental!
This house is exactly what we needed for a great beach vacation. Location was just far enough away from town to have quiet mornings with birds chirping, but just close enough that it wasn't a chore to drive into town. We rented a 4WD golf cart for our stay and had no issues with the hill. I highly suggest renting one! The town is so charming. The locals even more lovely and friendly. Not to mention Miguel, the house manager, who was very helpful and sweet. Cant wait to come back and lounge by the pool and enjoy more of the beautiful view!

Amazing vacation in Sayulita
Casa Magia was the perfect home to vacation in and made Sayulita all more enjoyable. It's so special to feel high up in the jungle but close enough to town and the beach. Both Cameron and the on site manager Miguel were splendid to work with- addressing all of our questions and also providing great recommendations to further enjoy our trip and explore the town. The roads were difficult for some cars to access and the house is ontop of a steep hill, so going into town after dark should be well planned, but for active people ready to walk and hike and have a beautiful home that could feel like a break from town this spot is ideal.

Incredible!
My five girlfriends and I stayed at Magia over Valentine's/President's day weekend and it was an absolute dream. The house is clean, well designed and has a beautiful view of the ocean. You have all of the supplies you need and it's a short walk to town and the beach.
Cameron, the house owner is very easy to communicate with and Miguel the house manager is very helpful and lovely!
I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Rental!
For 6 girls on a ladies only weeklong vacation we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The views, the pool, and the birds chirping made it a perfect place to unwind. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and had all the amenities you'd hope for. The walk to the beach and into town proved to be a little challenging as the driveway is very steep but it's all part of the charm of Sayulita. Miguel, the property manager was incredibly gracious and helpful and we were able to book massages and a chef with his help and made it all very easy for us. Thank you Cameron, your home is magical!

From the photos and all my email correspondence with Cameron, the owner, I was assured it was going to be great. Cameron answered all of emails promptly and was very helpful in all aspects of the planning. The photos accurately reflected the properties appearance and amenities, yet its much better in person! The gentleman, Miguel, who manages the property, is especially helpful and kind. From the views, the spacious bedrooms, the very, very well equipped kitchen, the pool, and the management of the property, Casa Magia far exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend staying at Casa Magia. And I can't wait to go back!
