stay in DEIVA MARINA it is close to CINQUE TERRE and yet outside the hustle and bustle.
The apartment is spacious, located in the attic. its includes a living area with a large dining table in the center, a sitting area, two fairly similar bedrooms, a shower and a toilet. The photographs are true to reality and allow a good understanding of its high quality. The apartment is very pleasant, bright and ventilated, probably underwent a general renovation not long ago and all the furniture and accessories are new. There is an elevator to the fourth floor where the apartment is located. The apartment has a character suitable for a building built in 1912, a brown wooden floor and a white painted wooden ceiling, form a harmonious contrast. The apartment is furnished with good taste, it is evident that a lot of thought was put into making the guests feel at home. The apartment lacks nothing, all the kitchen utensils and food we needed were found in abundance, even proper cloth napkins. When we arrived at the apartment, we parked the car in the private parking lot next to the building (included in the price). The parking is in an open and fenced yard with an electric gate, we received a remote to enter and exit. During the 4 days we stayed in the apartment, there was no need to move the car, everywhere we wanted to go we traveled by train. The apartment is a short walk from the train station. Close to the apartment are a butcher and a fishmonger, which are open only in the morning, and there is also a supermarket that is a 3-4 minute walk away. The beach is very close. There are several restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops close to the apartment, we enjoyed eating at them. GIULIANA A welcoming woman, available all the time, ready to solve any problem that may arise. Renting the apartment does not involve any additional payment (not included, the city tax of 1 euro per night per person). Most of the apartments also required a cleaning fee, some required a separate payment for parking. I highly recommend staying here.
Due to the fact that the apartment is located in an attic, some parts of the apartment are under a low pitched roof, tall people standing in front of the toilet, are required to bend down and keep their heads from hitting the beams supporting the ceiling. The kitchen has an electric water heater that works all the time and is regulated by a thermostat. We discovered that when the electric oven, the microwave and the boiler are turned on at the same time, it causes a power outage. We sent a message to GIULIANA and she restored immediately the electricity. Later we were careful not to activate all the devices at once.

Central location, low ceiling in bathroom
Top location: 1 minute to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants around. Apartment well equipped. Everything you need to cook. Renovated and clean. You can use a lift instead of climbing stairs. Private parking in the backyard.
Bathroom has very low ceiling. For tall people using toilet and shower will be uncomfortable. At first day noise from trainline hears huge but later it is not worrying to much.
