Spend the rest of the morning shopping on the plaza, visiting the celebrated Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, take an art class at the community center, bicycle through the vineyards on the bike path, shop at the fresh organic vegetable stands, enjoy cheese tastings at the two cheese factories, sit in the Plaza and watch the ducks, gather gourmet delights from the multiple specialty shops, visit the winery tasting rooms to pick the perfect afternoon wine choice to go with your picnic lunch, and it is all within a two-block radius of our house.
The evenings in Sonoma are filled with exquisite dining, jazz, and dancing in Plaza restaurants. Choose from Italian, Thai, California Cuisine, Mexican, Indian, Irish Pub, and French restaurants just a walk away. Catch live theater or walk over to the Sebastiani theater for an art movie. You do not even need your car once you are settled in. The Townhouse has one bedroom and a very comfortable American Leather pull out sofa in the living room so it can accommodate up to four people. It has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and several amenities to make your stay a memorable one.
Complimentary bottle of wine will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Relax and sip a glass of wine on your porch and enjoy the beautiful wine country.

We stayed at Pat's place for the Napa2Sonoma half marathon and girls trip. It was the perfect location for the half marathon, just 2 blocks walk to Sonoma Plaza which was the packet pick up, shuttle pick up, and finish line and festival. The penthouse was immaculately clean, very well appointed, comfortable beds. There were 3 of us ladies who stayed there, and even the sofa bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, everything you may need for your stay. A nice balcony to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Quick walk to many restaurants and shops on the square. Very easy parking behind the building. The instructions for check in and accessing the penthouse were provided with plenty of advance notice and were very easy to follow. Pat was a wonderful host, extremely responsive and accommodating. We would recommend her place to anyone visiting Sonoma.

Had a wonderful time here in Sonoma. Perfect location to walk to the Square, and a spacious penthouse. Loved the comfy bed, bathroom was nice and clean, and the patio was a great touch! Parking onsite was perfect, too.
Like another reviewer, we also received check-in instructions to another unit and were quite confused. Quickly called the host and was able to move into the correct one asap. A little clunky with check in but otherwise had a great stay!

What a steal of a weekend in Sonoma! My beautiful partner-in-crime and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a property nestled in the heart of wine country, and boy, were we smitten! Picture-perfect and cozy, this standalone apartment home was like something out of a dream. The fixtures and furnishings? Simply divine – we felt like royalty lounging around in there!
Location, location, location – couldn't have asked for better! With Sonoma Square just a leisurely stroll away, we found ourselves indulging in wine tastings, culinary adventures, and oh-so-much more. And can we talk about convenience? Whole Foods practically at our doorstep – talk about living the high life!
For us lovebirds, this place was an absolute haven. Comfort, charm, and convenience all rolled into one delightful package. You bet your bottom dollar we'll be booking this spot again – it's got our hearts in a frenzy!
Kudos to the host for being an absolute superstar in the communication department – we felt like VIPs every step of the way. Consider us singing praises from the hilltops – this place comes highly, highly recommended!

This is our second stay at this property. We find it centrally located - we walked to church across the street, walked to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the plaza. We like having the additional cozy living room space, the kitchen, and convenience of the washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is so convenient. King bed is super comfy. The one bedroom floor plan is laid out very well. It’s a stair walk up to the condo/apt and the view of the mountain is pretty. We would stay here again. Host is helpful and responsive.

Loved the house - it was amazing for our two night stay. It is 0.3 miles (8 mins at slow pace) to SONOMA square with an amazing amount of things to do including shop and eat.

Once we got into the unit we liked it, but it was not the one we had contracted for. We were assigned a specific unit in our contract, but when we received our check-in instructions the day or two before it had changed without notice. We were a little perturbed because we had specifically chosen a particular unit, but the one we ended up in was just as good so we were fine.

We initially rented just the upper portion of this unit but when our group suddenly increased, we added on with the lower unit which gave us another bed, bath and kitchen area. All communication with Pamela was excellent; she responds immediately and we got our changes made with no issue.
The units are simply lovely! Well decorated, comfy, very clean, everything you could want for a comfy stay! The beds are super comfy to sleep in!!!!
The location is perfect! On a busy street but so quiet inside. The location is perfect for walking to town to enjoy Tuesday nights Farmers Market, restaurants, shopping, exploring.

Had a quick few days in Sonoma and this location was convenient and close to the square and groceries. Property was as expected, bed was comfortable (didn’t use pull out sofa), kitchen had what we needed. A huge plus was the parking area in then back of the unit - lots of spaces. The only thing that I could comment on was the street noise. You are on the main road and you do hear the traffic from the living room area.
I would definitely stay here again!

A couple negatives - a crane came at 6:00 am to do repairs. There was also a terrible smell inside, like backed up sewage. Location was good, within walking distance of Sonoma center. Bed was comfortable.

The property is clean, updated, and quiet. We could walk to the town square within a few minutes where there are tons of shops, restaurants and a bike rental shop close by. We parked on Friday and didn’t drive for the rest of the weekend. The host is a fantastic communicator and incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again!

This was a great location, however there were several things within the property that need attention. Particularly the cleanliness. The floor was very dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in all rooms, the sheets were worn - had small tears, the coffee mugs were chipped and the handle on one broke while I was drinking my coffee where the mug had been previously cracked. The living room furniture is very worn and looks dirty. Also, this is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that did not provide a list of recommendations and the property manager was not able to provide any either. Over all disappointed.

The property needs work. Major cleaning for all the dust. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. We had to call property manager to replace mattress because it was so bad we could not sleep on it. Unfortunately they only replaced the top mattress and not box springs that was bad and it started to sink again. We paid to much for this property to have to deal with this issue. I am a meeting planner and this property should not be rated this high.
