20280 N 52nd Dr. Glendale, AZ 85308 This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a Private lake in Glendale. There is a great view of the lake from the master bedroom suite or the backyard and patio. Sit in the pool and relax while enjoying the lake view. Or, fish from your private boat dock. You can also cruise the lake in a private pedal boat (life preservers provided).

Hint, if you're thinking of a longer stay booking for 30 days lowers lodging taxes by about 8%, it becomes a long term stay. 29 days will not get the reduction, it has to be 30 days.

The well designed, split floor plan is great for families, couples, or business groups. The Great Room has a gas fireplace, 65 inch HDTV mounted over fireplace and a DVD player. Eat-in Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc.

Master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and a large master bath featuring a separate shower and garden tub. Second and third bedrooms include queen sized beds. Just completely re-furnished with everything in the house new and fresh. Mattresses, linens, appliances, outside furniture, everything!!!

All three bedrooms feature pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. Home has free high speed wireless internet (so bring your laptops) Outside also features a pedal boat and life preservers, a fenced pool, gas barbeque, covered patio with furniture, and private boat dock.

We are conveniently located near the 101 freeway with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and numerous activities including public golf courses, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate, Spring Training Stadiums, shopping, and restaurants.

The previous owners had this house on VRBO and set the bar pretty high judging by their reviews. We'll do our best to keep up the high standards. We take pride in providing a clean, fresh place for you to enjoy. Everything in the house is new. We hope you'll like it.

Perfect size, great location to stay at (easy access). Pool was nice to have in hot AZ summer. Place nicely equipped, didn't have to look for anything. Would be a great place to stay again.

I stayed in the house after not being able to get into the resort hotel where the rest of my graduation classmates were booked. LUCKY ME! The house was absolutely wonderful. My daughter, my bestie, and I all had our own rooms, the lake was scenic (too bad we didn't get a chance to use the paddle boat, but next time, DEFINITELY. Craig was able to help me get into the house even though I arrived late in the evening, and the drive to and from my graduation festivities was amazing. I felt great staying there, and I highly recommend this property and Craig to all y'all. He even recommended some great places to eat. This was quite a jewel in my graduation crown and I thank Craig and his property for adding so richly to my experience (tiny white spiders and all!).

Absolutely loved our stay! Our host was wonderful. He reached out more than a week in advance, I usually have to contact host many times before they get a hold of me. The house was spotless and sweet little info notes all around to help us settle in and make our stay enjoyable. Pool was lovely for some Montana people looking for SUN! Definitely coming back!!!

The owner Craig responded quickly to questions. The house had everything you might need to cook, hike and explore God's kingdom. He accurately represented everything about the house and there were not any surprises. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful community. We were grateful for our stay. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. The house very well stocked with everything you could need. Location was great. Pool was very clean but cold. Host was awesone at communicating and sent us a lot of useful info. The negatives are that the carpets in the bedrooms were extremely dirty. Gave us a yucky feeling looking at them. The metal fencing outside is rusted right through in several spots. Overall our experience was very nice.

This house in Glendale was the perfect home base for us to explore the city, Grand Canyon, Sedona, several disc golf courses and hikes. The house had all of the space and amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and having coffee available was a nice touch. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

This was our first visit to Arizona! The house was absolutely perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio watching the birds and fish jump. The pool was a great place to float and relax. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some! We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property, hosted by Craig which has amazing communication. The views are amazing and relaxing. This house is fully equipped with everything you can just about imagine. My children enjoyed the paddle boat, fishing and swimming. The home felt like my home. Very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely book again when in town. Don’t pass this listing. It was a smooth stay!

This is a very nice house well-stocked with everything that you’ll need and more. I would swear that there was someone living there full-time we only wish that the pool is heated, but if we waited a month, it probably would’ve been.

Location is really nice with man made lake view. Home is suitable for 6 guests. Couch is not suitable for sleeping as it’s extremely lumpy. House is rather dark so do suggest opening all blinds throughout to let in some light as the setup/design of house does not have any large outdoor facing windows outside of the master bedroom. Can get rather depressing inside without natural daylight. Overall inside of home was very clean and complimentary travel supplies were provided for those in need. Back patio could have used some cleanup as chairs were full of spider webs. I found a vetón in the garage and did the cleaning myself.

Enjoyed staying in this property very much! It was clean, well equipped and we appreciated all the "extras". Also liked the water views. The owner was very efficient at answering any questions we had. Wish we could have stayed longer because we returned to Minnesota and 10 more inches of snow! We would stay here again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was ample bathroom supplies. The beds were very comfortable. I loved walking around the neighborhoods and listening to all the birds. My daughter and son loved taking the paddle boat out and exploring the lake. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience. This was an absolutely beautiful home, which exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was fully stocked and the kitchen was equipped with every amenity, pots, pans, utensils and spices you could possibly need. We enjoyed the beautiful view, comfortable bed and overall lovely setting. This was seriously better than a 5 star hotel! We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful house with the back yard facing the lake. There is a swimming pool for enjoyment. There is also a paddle boat to enjoy. The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved it and would definitely go back. Everything we need was in the house and more.

This is a great place to stay. We came here to visit my son ,daughter and grandkids. It's in a good location. Everything you need is within 10 to 15 minutes. We fished and caught catfish. The only problem was that the pool was too cold. We will book again when we go back.

Used to live in the Phoenix area and came back to visit with friends. Was looking for a nice quiet area to stay in a good neighborhood and this was it! The house was well kept and clean. Everything was well stocked with all the basics and detailed instructions on how things work. The backyard on the water was amazing and faced west to enjoy the AZ sunsets. There was a local duck that would visit in the evenings looking for snacks :). Would absolutely recommend this place and will stay here again when I come back to town.

This is a great property, in a very convenient location. The home is as described, and we didn't have any issues or need to contact the owner. The little notes around the house come in handy to navigate an unfamiliar home.. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of beach and bath towels, laundry and toiletry items. There was plenty of seating for us outside, a few patio chairs and two lounger/recliners. We did need to re-home a few spiders on the patio table, but the hose came in handy for that. The small patio fridge is a nice touch! We took the paddle boat out a few times, we didn't use the motor, just our own leg power. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe; friendly/waving neighbors when we had the paddle boat out. There are plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants nearby. This is a great property, we'd highly recommend it!
