The full beachfront location overlooks the stunning infinity pool, landscaped grounds and the gorgeous 8 mile long white sand beach.
Sit on our deck , sip a margarita and enjoy spectacular sunsets or watch the pelicans, dolphins and whales.
Our unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We have provided quality linen and plush towels, two large flat screen TVs, WIFI, DVD player and all the utensils you need to fix a gourmet meal! Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We have air conditioning and ceiling fans – though you probably won’t need it, with all that lovely sea breeze wafting in. We have private gated access to the beach and 24 hour security.
The building has a beautiful pool with built in loungers, poolside showers, poolside washroom, barbeque area and a small fitness center with a view!

This was our second stay at Radhika’s place. Both my husband and I felt like we were coming home!
Sally, the property manager, met us upon arrival like an old friend! Miguel, the Concierge and maintenance manager, was so helpful and very friendly. So nice to see them both again!
You absolutely cannot beat the ocean view! So enjoy the walk ability to local sites and restaurants! The Azul property is beautifully maintained and super clean!
Our favorite restaurants are Tacos Linda’s, Karen’s on the beach, KenSho, and Buce Burger to name a few! Amazing food, service, and live music! Highlights this trip was a day in Sayulita and horseback riding on the beach!
We look forward to our next stay at Azul!

We are now spoiled to stay anywhere else! Between the amazing condo, beautiful grounds, pool, and view of the ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this! The host Radhika and property manager Sally were very welcoming and responsive!
Miguel the property maintenance manager / concierge was awesome! He anticipated our every need. He arranged taxis and gave us great recommendations for meals and entertainment!
Azule condo is located right in the heart of Bucerias. Every restaurant, shop, and market is very walkable from here. Our favorite restaurants are Linda’s Tacos, Meet Meat, Mikoh, and Karen’s Beach Restaurant to name a few!
My husband went on a fishing charter and caught a Dorado / Mahi Mahi! We prepared a fish feast at the condo that night The leftover Dorado we took to Linda’s Tacos where they happily prepared fish tacos for our group the next evening!
One must see adventure is the Alma by Rhythms of the Night show similar to Cirque du Soleil. The show and dinner are located on Las Caletas Island. It begins with a sunset cruise by boat over to the island. Absolutely breathtaking!!
We are already planning our next year’s stay at Rhadika’s condo! Our new happy place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and very well equipped. The balcony overlooks the beautiful pool and the ocean. We loved sitting out there at any time of day and enjoying the view and cool breezes. Everyone we met including all the staff and all the fellow guests were very friendly and welcoming. Very nice unit in probably the nicest complex in this area. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffees and eating our breakfasts sitting on the patio in the padded chairs overlooking the pool and beach. Nice having a gated parking lot and elevator. Has a/c and fans in living room and bedroom, but we didn't use them much because we spent most hours outside on the patio or by the pool! Had everything we wanted and needed!! In unit washer and dryer was great! A most enjoyable vacation!!

We missed two years in Bucerias due to Covid. The place we had always stayed in the past had been sold, but Radhika's place was a great substitute. The previous reviews already cover all the positives that I would have described in more detail, including the top-notch security, location, owner and property manager responsiveness, condo amenities, etc. etc. We would love to stay here again! Azul is a very nice condo complex. It is gated and the workers are always cleaning and working on the grounds. It is truly beautiful! Radhika’s unit is well equipped with what we needed. We open the balcony and listen to the waves at night. Very soft sheets! Saw many whales off the balcony and some dolphins too. All the renters here are very respectful and know the rules. The property manager is easy to get ahold of by text and responsive to anything I asked. Azul is close to everything and is very safe. Can’t wait to go back!

Condo Azul - Bucerias
This was our second stay at this same condo unit. For some of the details, you can always look at some previous reviews, but generally, here is what you need to know. First, the location of the Condo Azul building is beachfront, with one of the better and bigger pools in Bucerias (and 24 hour security). Second, the property manager and even the owner are just a text or email away and their response if instant. Third, the Condo Azul is in the south half of Bucerias which contains many great places to have dinner or drinks (read: walkable), one of our favourites being La Negra. On the north side of Bucerias, our favourite was Mezzogiorno. The condo itself is fully stocked, everything works, and there was never any real competition for a lounge chair by the pool and the other visitors or residents are friendly. There is currently quite a bit of construction activity in Bucerias but it rarely intruded into our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time over the Christmas holiday. Communication with Radhika was prompt, friendly, and comprehensive and the condo manager, Sally, was extremely helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. The condo itself was clean and quiet with a gorgeous view and kind staff. The kitchen was well stocked. Azul is an impeccably maintained property in a perfect location near many restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This condo is as advertised and the location is fantastic.
The condo is clean and has everything you will need. Great view from the balcony and the rest of the building, pool and grounds are well kept and secure.
The owner and her team are very easy to communicate with via phone, email or Whats App. They even helped me get back some prescription glasses that I left in the unit.
I would highly recommend this unit as you are dealing with an owner who cares and has a great team in place to assist you if needed.

Beauty beachfront condo
We had an awesome time in Bucerias at the Condominiums Azul. Great location within walking distance of Chadraui grocery store, lots of restaurants, and galleries. Condo was clean and well maintained with a beautiful pool area and secure parking area. Radhika was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely love to stay again!

Pool and grounds kept spotless. The gentlemen at guard gate answered all kinds of questions, called taxis and even went to local store to buy us water the first night. This condo is great and has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Beds are comfortable. The pool was fantastic. You are right on the beach, so you can sit in pool while watching kite surfers. The condo is close to everything and super market is 1/2 mile up the street. I will return to this condo for sure.

The apartment was highly recommended to us by friends and fully lived up to our expectations. Attractively furnished and well equipped with a great ocean view. Grounds beautifully kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the centre of town and an easy drive into Puerta Vallarta.

Beautiful property
We have stayed in 2F at Azul before and we will keep coming back for so many reasons. Azul is a beautiful, safe, well maintained property. It is the best location in Bucerias, close to the best restaurants and on a beautiful, clean beach. The complex is so quiet and relaxing and the heated pool is very refreshing. Radhika's condo is perfect for us. It is so comfortable and well-stocked, we will keep coming back every year. We love watching dolphins and whales in the morning and the sunsets in the evening are spectacular! Radhika has always been so responsive to any issues it puts us at ease. We can't wait to come back next year!

Condo Azul
Condo Azul is a little piece of paradise for me. The only thing between the balcony and the sea is the divine swimming pool and the sand. The unit is well equipped and everything works well. The showers are great, the beds are comfy. It's really nice to have internet and smart tv in the apartment. It all works well. Good restaurants are right done the street. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is always a lounge chair available. It is really quiet. There is even a good long path to walk from neaby to Nuevo Vallarta and a nice little gym. Bike rentals a block away. Paddle board rentals a few blocks away. Most days we saw whales way in the distance.

Perfect Getaway
From beginning to end, Radhika the owner couldn’t have made it easier! Communication, transportation, the condo unit! The minute you drive into the complex you are greeted by security! Miguel, Luciano and Manny will be you best friends! They are the best! The property manager Julie, takes care of all your concerns or needs if needed! Javier makes sure know everything about the unit to enjoy! Did I mention the unit? This is the best part! Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit overlooking the Ocean and pool! The surf will put you to sleep! Grocery store nearby so you can stock what you need! Washer/Dryer is always a bonus! Great location! On a the beautiful beach that goes forever! Everything within walking distance! Wonderful restaurants and shops everywhere! A beautiful place to enjoy! Thank you Radhika for a most enjoyable week!

This was our fourth time staying at the Azul and Radhika's unit was fantastic! We love the location and it had everything we needed - including washer/dryer. The grounds are immaculate, the staff are wonderful, the pool is refreshing and the views are amazing from the deck. Radhika followed up that all was well once we arrived and again during the trip (even though she was on vacation herself). Would definitely stay here again!!

Wow! This was a surprise trip for my husband's 50th Birthday and it was amazing! It was the perfect location - close to town and right on the beach! My husband got to kitesurf 5 out of 8 days! The restaurants in town were great...The security guards were all friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Azul is a great complex. Heated pool, gated property with 24 hr security. It is easy walking distance to many good restaurants. The condo has beautiful views and is clean & comfortable. This Azul condo is my second home!!!!!!!!!!!!
The week of 8/4/18, was my 4th stay at the Thapa Azul condo & I cannot wait for number 5! Last year I stayed 2 months! There are an amazing amount of new & existing condos in Bucerias but I will always go back to 2F at the Azul. The area is on the south end of town which is the best & the particular location of the Azul is ideal because of the pristine beach, beautiful views, & lots of eating, drinking, and shopping. I always rent a car but it's not really necessary because there are so many things to do within walking distance. The beach is smooth sand...no rocks...and a "sand cleaner/brusher" comes by every morning bright & early. You can see the entire bay from the balcony & it's just breathtaking. The Azul staff (security/groundskeeper/housekeeping) are amazing & security is there 24/7. I have stayed in many places in Bucerias & found the Azul to have the best staff anywhere & they are constant...no turnover...I see the same wonderful folks every time I return. They are so welcoming & helpful in every way. They greet me every time I enter or leave the grounds & I never once had to carry my trash to the bins. They always take the bags from me. As to the condo itself, it's the perfect place for me & my 5 pound Chihuahua, Chili Pepper. The Thapas do not normally accept pets, but when I told them her size, perfect manners, and her friendliness, they made an exception, so this was her 4th trip there as well. The staff adore her & often carry her around like she is a little baby. I'm so fortunate to have her welcomed that way. 2F is perfect in every way. There are too many amenities to mention here, but what you see on VRBO is what you get. I did not want for anything during any stay. I slept like a baby there, especially knowing how competent the security guards are. The property manager is top-notch & very attentive & friendly. I didn't really need attention this trip, but I knew they were there at any time, day or night. And the owners are also top-notch & want to make sure your stay is perfect & will do whatever it takes to make it so. The last thing I want to say is my only negative comment...the condo is so ideal and comfortable, I had a hard time leaving every morning. I would sit on the balcony with my coffee & Chili & just take in the beautiful sights & sounds & was late for meeting friends for breakfast almost every day! Thank you Radhika Thapa & family!!!! Be back soon.

The complex and condo were just what we needed! Radhika's condo is well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful finishes, full kitchen, washer and dryer lots of space and privacy! The second floor location is great to have a broad view of the bay area from the balcony and living room. The staff is great. They keep the property immaculate! Miguel is ready to help with any question or need you may have. Roberto the property manager is readily available if you have questions for him too. The location of the property is great for walking on the beach or street to restaurants, galleries and the farmers market! If you want a quiet get away in a romantic setting Azul is the place. Glorious Two Months
I just returned from this fantastic condo. It's my second visit there and this time I was able to "live" there. I cannot recommend this property enough. The owners are amazing and the property manager was on top of everything. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you may need for 2 weeks or 2 months. Can't wait to go back.
