The House has been recently renovated to a bright and airy setting whilst still maintaining a lot of its original character.
The views from the house overlooks the beautiful Dingle Marina, Harbour and Bay where you can see, particularly from the first and second floor front of house windows, an unobstructed view of all the wonderful happenings of the Marina including watching the yachts sailing to shore.

The house is steps from the restaurant district. Great views of the harbor across the street. Very quiet after about 9pm. Nice fire stove in the living room with wood supplied. Nice in the morning to take the chill off. Both bathrooms are in the 2nd floor but it works out well. The beds are fantastic and we sleep better here than at home. The owner was wonderful and helpful. My wife left a necklace that was a heirloom and the owner contacted us about it and sent it to us. This was by far the highlight of our 2 weeks in Ireland. A must see is the Eask Tower. You can see it up on the hill across from the harbor. It is a 2 mile drive and a hike up through a few heards of sheep to the top. The view is unbelievable. Best view in Ireland by far! Just put Eask tower in your GPS. $2 each, what a deal.

Excellent well managed property in the best location. We were able to walk to all the local attractions, restaurants, shops , pubs and grocery stores. The home had everything you’d need , a very well equipped kitchen , washer dryer , 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 large baths .
Tons of towels and blankets were supplied and even a starter kit for the fireplace. Best of all our host Brian couldn’t have been any better . This place is spotless , I highly recommend it . I hope to return again sometime.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Haven. We were walking distance to everything in town, the bars & restaurants, churches, walking trails and waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and house was quiet and soundproof. Brian, the host, answers any questions immediately and is a charming host. He even gave us a ride to the bus stop because a storm named Kathleen hit as we were leaving. Highly recommend! Thank you Brian!

Brian is a great host, provided lots of info about the areas and came back to check on us. This location is perfect for exploring the town and with multiple people it was easy for everyone to come and go as they chose. Close drive to Slea Head drive and Inch Beach. The property had all we needed and was comfy. Love waking up to see the water. Highly recommend this property and Brian as your host!

Brian, the host, was a delight- full of stories, local recommendations and political insights to understand old and modern Ireland- a most remarkable country. The beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped, and location superb with harbor view. Just be aware that climbing 3 flights of stairs may be a bit challenging for some folks. Highly recommend the house.

Dingle was a great place to start our Irish adventure. We really loved the location, energy and vibe in Dingle. It’s a small enough of a town to avoid being overwhelmed but large enough that we never struggled to find things to keep us busy. Brian was a great host and everything with the was as described and was top notch.

Perfect location
My husband and I stayed in Harbour Haven with another couple and were very happy with the house and the location. Each couple had a floor to themselves which worked out great for everyone. The property is within walking distance to everything in Dingle town and perfectly located for day trips. We wondered about getting parking on the street, but we managed, even on a Bank Holiday Sunday. The home was sparkling clean and we all felt very comfortable. The kitchen was top notch, and it was good timing to have a washing machine and dryer on the premises.
None of us understood that the two bathrooms are on a middle level from the bedrooms and we worried that accessing them was a bit awkward, but with the motion sensor light for night time, it worked just fine.
The owner was a delight! He was available to answer our questions (I think we only had one) and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing his stories of Dingle in days gone by. We all felt very secure safe and secure in the house.
I'd recommend the property to anyone thinking about exploring Dingle town and peninsula.

Great Experience!
The place was perfect! We had five adults therefore used all the comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious. We appreciated a washer and dryer since we were in Ireland for two weeks! Brian is so helpful with anything you need to know about the area!

Delightful Dingle Bay
The property surpassed our expectations! Kitchen equipped to cook 9 fresh Dingle Bay Lobsters and Scallops from the fish market walking distance to the home, just past the aquarium. Comfortable beds, great size bedrooms and storage, plenty of family space, areas out front and backyard. The view from the front of the house is amazing! I had the middle floor front room and thoroughly enjoyed looking out over the harbor at all times of day or night. I would look at the Eask Tower and my 6 yr old grandson wanted to climb it, so we did! Highly recommend it! The location of Harbor Haven couldn't be better. Travelling with my husband 2 grown children, their spouses and a 6 yr old allowed the freedom for everyone to come and go as they please, from a walk to a pub, to get ice cream, go to chuch, the market, the bakery, to restaurants, the post office, shopping, the park, it was grand!
Brian and Petra felt like family opening their home to us. So blessed to have found this house.
Recommend a ride to Inch Beach, Minard Castle, Bin Ban Beach, Ballyferriter, Gallerus Oratory, Gallerus Castle, Slea Head Drive, Blasket Island cultual center, Eask Castle, Eco Tour 7 hour from Ventry Pier to Great Blasket Island stop at Cafe for tea and scones, Connor Pass, Reel Dingle Takeaway for fish and chips and DingleAhoy, the bakery Cinnamon buns, O'Flarrety's Irish Coffee, Fentons, Out of The Blue, Random Restaurant, Chinese Food, Marina Bar, John Bennys, Paddy Braun, Foxy John, PJ Curran, The Beast Pizza behind Dick Mack's, the Cheese Shop, all the fresh breads from Garveys Dermott Kelly and so many other singers and performers appearing nightly around town, stop in any Church you can to sit, light a candle and say a prayer... magical, memorable!

Perfect location
Perfect location for having a great time in and around Dingle. Middle of May, great weather, easy perking in front of the house. Great view on harbor and boots. 5 minutes walk in town. Great restaurants close by. „ Out Of The Blue „ is Phantastin- have to make a reservation ( was recommended by Brian, thanks for that).
Went to Castlegregory again and had dinner on the terasse of Spillane Restaurant.
Thanks to Brian for the easy handling and great communication.
Will come back.

Can’t wait to return!
We loved this home! Clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 adults and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Brian and his wife Petra were great. Communication before arriving was so easy with Brian. He was so helpful with my questions and even helped me find a church so we could renew our vows for our 35th anniversary! Petra stopped by to check on us and she was able to help my son in law with information on where the best surfing would be! Thanks so much Brian and Petra for everything and for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back!!

All the comforts of home in a perfect location!
Harbour Haven has all the comforts of home: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living room for relaxing and dining area for enjoying meals. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and even dishwasher. There's also a washer and dryer on site, which is convenient for longer stays. The stairs are a bit steep, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so it's not ideal for people with mobility issues. Other than that, everything is great!
The location is also ideal: a view of the marina out the front windows, and only a few minutes' walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and even a couple of grocery stores. The Oceanworld Aquarium is practically next door, and this is a very fun place for kids to spend a day.
One minor issue is parking, as the house doesn't have a reserved spot or parking lot. On-street parking is limited, and the marina parking lot costs 1 Euro per hour during the day. However, the marina lot is free after 6pm, so if you plan a day trip and return in the evening, not a problem.
Overall, our stay at Harbour Haven was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it!

Harbor House Is Ideal
We had three generations of family (aged 6 to 78) who stayed for 9 days in this lovely home, and it worked well for all of us. The hosts (Brian and Petra) could not have been kinder or more willing to help us have a memorable time in County Kerry.
The house is comfortable, has extremely comfortable mattresses, and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is easy to see that a great deal of time and thought were spent in remodeling the home into a guest house.
The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The grocery stores, restaurants, aquarium, music are easily accessed. When we weren't looking through the quaint town of Dingle, we took day trips all over the Dingle Peninsula, the Ring of Kerry and even went to the Skelligs and the Blaskets.
The only, and this is minor, problem is street parking. Once one learns when to park, it isn't a problem. The hosts explained the situation and we managed just fine.
And the best thing is that there is a magnificent view of the harbor just outside the front window.
And, yes, we would gladly return to Harbor House.

Adorable and Perfectly Located!
This property couldn't be any better situated for enjoying the beautiful little town of Dingle. It is right on the main street with gorgeous harbor views, 1/2 a block from restaurants & shops, and 2 short blocks from a great grocery store. (Despite the main street, we had no trouble parking the 2 days we were there, and no problems with traffic noise.)
The house itself is adorable. Cute little living room and well-equipped kitchen. Four good sized bedrooms and two full baths. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows are provided, as well as a supply of books and games. The washer/dryer (located across the patio from the kitchen) worked quite well and was great for turning clothes as this was our half way point in the trip.
The Dingle Penninsula was beautiful and scenic. You can drive around the coast for stunning water views and/or up over the mountains for gorgeous hills and sheep. (Yes, the roads are one car wide at a few points and the sheep are sometimes in the road, but visibility on both fronts was pretty good. Just take it slowly and know that you may have to back up for a little bit if needed.)
The host Brian, was great. Responded to my questions very quickly and came by on check out morning to make sure all was well. He is such a nice guy and knows so much about the area, I recommend you invite him for a coffee on the first day rather than the last. ;-)
Overall I would definitely recommend this house, this location, and this host! We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Vacation at Harbour Haven!
We spent the last two weeks at Harbour Haven in Dingle (May 13th to 26th, 2018). Brian & Petra could not have been more accommodating. Brian was there to welcome us on our arrival and show us around. The house is very comfortable and couldn't be more perfectly located. Waking up every morning to the incredible view was pretty special. The house is just down the street from many shops & pubs and easy walking distance to all that Dingle has to offer. We would highly recommend this property to others and hope to return soon. We look forward to visiting again!
This property is a wonderful place to stay in Dingle. It is directly across the road from the marina, and a quick walk into the heart of town. The property itself is fantastic: clean, plenty of room, a big kitchen, and lots of natural light. There was nothing lacking: for example, the many light switches were well labeled, which was very helpful.
A big thank you to Brian and Petra. They responded quickly to any questions we had, both before and during our visit, and provided recommendations of things to do. They also checked in with us during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't ask for nicer hosts.
We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.
