This was conveniently located to everything. The condo is very nicely appointed and spacious. My only complaint was the road noise which was minor and there is no view from the enclosed patio. The owner/ manager was very responsive on a couple of minor issues. Very nice stay!

It was a great experience staying at the condo. It just perfect place for us to explore Santa Fe. We were there for the Indian Market and we had easy access to downtown. We had great interactions with the property managers team. They were responsive and very helpful. the place is beautiful and well apportioned. It was a great place to relax.

Loved the house, just beautiful and so comfortable and a very easy walk into town to my favorite restaurants and galleries. We had one issue and the property maintenance person was incredibly responsive and very kind.

The location of the condo was great. The unit has nice high ceilings and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The kitchen is small but well appointed. The beds were comfortable and having two full and a half bath was great for our family, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the master suite with double French doors. When we first entered, we could hear a noise upstairs. I investigated to find the French doors open about 8 inches. I tried to close them but found that 1) the pins that keep the left side secure were missing both top and bottom and 2) the dead bolt didn't work. I knew about lifting up the handle and that closed it somewhat but the wind blew it open again as there was no anchor on the left side. I ended up securing it closed using the step stool from the laundry room. I left it in place when we vacated. Also, the door into the room did not latch and the door into the bathroom did not latch.
My husband booked the rental and I quickly glanced at the website and said it was okay. BUT my friend and I were very surprised to find the stairs and realize it was a 2 story unit. We both had large suitcases and had to struggle to get them upstairs. You might want to emphasize the fact that the bedrooms are upstairs. We looked back at your website pictures and the only hint of stairs is one photo of one step and a short section of the handrail and the mention of "main floor powder room". You may find you have rented it to someone with a disability who has a valid complaint about the lack of description.

Beautiful property. Clean and welcoming. Fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Helpful and friendly owner reps. Great location, however there was quite a bit of traffic noise.
Overall a great stay!

Excellent location. We home based in Santa Fe and did day trips to Taos, Los Alamos and Bandelier. Location was perfect to accomodate day trips and to access all of the sites in Santa Fe. Condo was very clean, extremely comfortable and well appointed. So nice that each bedroom had onsuite bath and great having laundry. Loved the private porch area outside.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. All the conveniences and nice appliances. Patios and balconies all over the place and even the rooms have noise machines if you need those to sleep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well!

We were three adults who spent a long weekend in Santa Fe, seeing operas and enjoying the surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay than this unit. It was spacious and accommodated three adults comfortably. We were happy that there was an opening, as normally the minimum stay in the area would be a week. We will certainly be happy to return, if the unit is available.

This property is next to a main road in Santa Fe. The road noise is horrible all night. If you want a quiet night of sleep, this is not the place, The property manager was attentive to our needs, but because the unit was not clean we spent our own money on cleaning supplies. Granted, we did not ask for the management company to respond to what we needed. We are the sort of people to just get what we need. Next time we visit Santa Fe we will stay somewhere else.

Cozy Christmas
We stayed here 5 nights during Christmas week. The condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Railyard/Guadalupe district. We enjoyed everything about our visit, with the exception of the TV upstairs no working properly. We were unable to reach a property manager the day we arrived, but since it was Christmas we all enjoyed watching movies on the large TV downstairs. So, it wasn't a major inconvenience. Everything else was good. Note to future visitors: the bedrooms upstairs back to St. Francis, a major thoroughfare in Santa Fe, if you are not used to traffic noise, bring earplugs. Plenty of bedding for all the beds, including sofa bed downstairs, pillows are a little flat.

Very Nice Place
We really enjoyed our stay here! There are only three things you need to consider as possible cons for yourself: the parking spots really are very tight; there are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the bedrooms; it’s next to the highway and traffic sounds are easily heard, all night long. These things didn’t detract from our enjoyment, though. I would absolutely recommend this condo.

Juanita
Oven had not been cleaned, master bedroom balcony door not locking, not clear how to open/ lock main door. Needs more directions than just the code. Smaller bedroom, reading light not working

Nice Condo
Nice condo with nice accoutrements. The parking was a little difficult because the parking spaces are small and crowded. It is a good location for traveling all of Santa Fe because of its access to St. Francis, and good location to walk to the Railyard. But, if you want to go to the Plaza, you probably want to drive to it. The Owner was a delight to speak to and to work with.

Great place in a very convenient location
This is a lovely unit within walking distance to the Railyard District and the Plaza. The Santa Fe Farmers Market is three blocks away, as is a great movie theater and some really wonderful restaurants (try La Choza), art galleries, and shops. Very easy access to roads to Albuquerque and Taos. There's even a train that will take you to and from Albuquerque, which our friends used to get to airport and said was a piece of cake and quite fun. The property managers were very responsive, helpful, and very pleasant. The unit itself is well decorated and equipped. The owner obviously takes great pride in it. There is a bit of street noise from St. Francis which is apparent from the second floor bedrooms (but not the first), but it almost falls into the "white noise" category. It didn't affect our sleep in the least and we stayed for a full three weeks. All in all, this is a great spot if you want to visit Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico in comfort.

Another great stay at Casa Juanita!
This was our second time staying at Casa Juanita and we were not disappointed! Once again, we found it super clean and ready for us as we arrived. We had some questions about the heat and received help quickly for it. This was a longer stay for us and we LOVE the neighborhood! Easy walk to the Railyard, Guadalupe St., and the Plaza. The space easily accommodates 4 adults; love the ensuite bathrooms as a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhome, perfectly appointed and so comfortable. Easy access to everything.
Fireplace was such a bonus! Kitchen is beautiful and has everything we needed and then some. Parking is a bonus. Bedrooms comfy and spacious and bathrooms lovely. Huge closets. A bit of street noise from St. Francis Drive especially from upstairs. This was our first VRBO and we loved it!!!

Well appointed condo
the condo on Juanita was tastefully furnished, had all the requisite cookware and service items in the kitchen and the entertainment system was not too hard to figure out. the master bed was very comfortable. We used the laundry facilities which are the best I've ever seen in a rental unit. Over all, the Casa Juanita is a comfortable place to stay. I'd recommend ear plugs or a noise maker, however, to cover the road noise at night.

Beautiful, spacious home, walking distance to the Plaza
This home is beautifully decorated, with high-end finishes and furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for dining and relaxing, indoors or out. The location is very good if you are planning to explore the Plaza; we walked to the Georgia O'Keefe museum, St. Francis Basilica, and all around the Plaza, then back.
The owner's agent was very nice and helpful on the phone, and gave us contact information for local property managers in case there were any issues (there were none)
Other reviews I noticed mentioned the traffic noise; while I am personally used to that (I live near a busy street), I can definitely see where that might be an issue for light sleepers who are used to quiet. The home does back up to a major thoroughfare about 20 yards behind, and the 2nd floor bedrooms have windows on that side. On the first floor and the back patio, the noise was not as noticeable due to the fence behind the home.
We did have a couple of minor issues, but not significant enough to complain about: the wifi router could use an upgrade (our Roku stick couldn't connect from a few yards away because the router is locked in a closet and is likely an older model) and the dryer took hours to dry a few tshirts (but they did eventually dry!)
All in all, we had a pleasant stay in a very nice home.

Very comfortable, close to plaza and Railyard shops and farmer's market, very clean and spacious.
This condo truly is a home away from home. Attention to detail is outstanding. The place is decorated with museum quality Southwest art. It is supplied with all the items you need for your stay including even a jewelry polishing cloth!! The beds are super comfortable and ensuite bathrooms provide what you need. The outdoor patio is spacious and provides an extended dining and sitting alternative, with two grills and outdoor cimenea.
The indoor gas fireplace easily warms the room if needed. Kitchen is well furnished, supplied and easy to work in. Owner is responsive and very easy to work with. We look forward to staying here again!

This is a beautiful property well-maintained with lots of indoor and outdoor space
This property is in the railyard district. It was a little further from the Square and I had imagined. I suspect it is A little more than a mile to the cathedral. You would not want to plan on walking back-and-forth from this property to the old district.

Christmas in Santa Fe
Our family of 5 adults spent 4 nights at this condo over the Christmas holiday. It totally fit our needs as far as sleeping accommodations and we all really enjoyed the spaciousness of the property. It was centrally located in Santa Fe, very close to the Farmer's Market, which we walked to on Saturday. The condo was decorated as shown in the pictures and very nicely appointed with plenty of linens, towels, cookware and tableware. Our eighty-something mothers were impressed with the cleanliness and quality. We all enjoyed having a place to spend Christmas together and will definitely stay here again when we're in Santa Fe.

Perfect for our family
We loved our stay on Juanita street. It’s a five minute walk to the Railyard, then just a bit farther into town, so totally doable for our 6 and 8 year olds. It was great to have the bedrooms upstairs (two beds for the boys, and King for us!) and living area downstairs so the sleepers could sleep and the rest could enjoy early mornings and late evenings. Perfect location - we would stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious condo
I was impressed when I first walked into our condo. It was more spacious and lovely than it seemed in the photos. We shared the time with another couple and never felt crowded, plenty of shared spaces and private spaces. The home was very graciously stocked with all things Santa Fe and we were not wanting for anything in the kitchen. The only drawback it has is the location. Although walking distance to the Railyard district, other than galleries, we didn't really find anything going on there. However, you could take a long walk or short drive to the Plaza or Canyon Road. Also, the street directly behind the condo is very busy and noisy, at all times. The owner and manager were very easy to work with.

Great Time
We met friends in Santa Fe. Enjoyed the Square and spent a day on Canyon Road visiting galleries. Drove to Balloon Festival in Albuquerque for first day lift offs. The balloons were awesome, have never seen so many in one place. Wonderful visit and great food. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful unit-awkward location
I hesitate to submit a less than stellar recommendation but we had a mixed experience in Casa Juanita. The unit itself is very nice- well decorated, clean and outfitted with all we needed. However, it is adjacent to a very busy street and the traffic noise, particularly upstairs in the master bedroom, made it difficult to sleep. The exact address is not given until you book and we were not familiar enough with Santa Fe to realize the traffic that would be nearby. It is in walking distance of the Railyard and easy access if you want to head north to Taos.

Exactly as Advertised
We stayed 4 nights in July of 2017. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere including the Railyard area, downtown, the State Capitol Building, the main square and even Canyon Drive. So many great restaurants an easy walk away. Everything in the condo was in very good shape and as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We would have no hesitation returning!!
