Acogedora

La decoración era muy bonita, el tamaño de la evitación muy grande y la cama muy cómoda. Nos quedamos con las ganas de visitar las bodegas y degustar el vino. Nos tocara volver.

Eche de menos el detalle de el hervidor en la habitación para un café soluble o infusión.

Pude acceder de casualidad. Acceso electrónico sin previo aviso y ningún servicio adicional

No había nada que valorar más allá de la habitación.

En el anuncio había restaurante, etc. Nada más lejos. Encontré la puerta cerrada, un teléfono que saltaba a un contestador hasta el día siguiente y un, rebuscando, un correo electrónico que me habían envíado (sin pensar si lo llevaba en el móvil) mediante el que me daban un código para acceder al interior del hotel. Sin previo aviso. Tuve acceso al hotel a través e otro cliente y dentro ya estaba mi llave preparada.

Clean, comfortable but unfortunately lacking any ambience.

The room was large and modern. Very clean. Easy to find. Only minutes away from bars.

Very impersonal, felt soul less. No staff at hotel to greet you with key or information. I only booked a room there to see the remains of the old Bodega but there was nobody to ask how to. No availability for breakfast.

WHAT bREAKFAST THERE WAS no breakfast or evening meal they had a bar But nothing to eat At the Entrance their were 8 deep steps with no hand rails.. I know there was no Parking but I had to walk back to the hotel it took 10 minutes after i found a place. to park Finally none of the staff spoke englsh or any other bar french The room was exelent. I am 84 and my wife 80 I am also disabled We have been with you for many years and the is the first time I have complaind

I think the above fitss all the complaints

Soulless place. Nobody around. There is a bar cafe restaurant but nothing seemed open in height of summer and place was fully booked.

Nice and clean interior

No breakfast, no dinner, did not see anybody. The unavailability of dinner was only mentioned last minute; the day before arrival. If we would have known upfront, the stay would have been canceled. Also in the village all restaurants were closed.

Great shame that the owners, who have obviously spared no expense in providing exceptional accommodation do not arrange

Room was large and generally very good - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom with ‘drench’ shower. Attractive courtyard outside.

Parking is in narrow streets around the hotel so expect a walk with bags. Arrived at 4pm to a locked door and a note with a phone number to ring. Eventually given the correct keypad number and instructions to gain entry. No staff inside, key in envelope and had to find room ourselves. Restaurant closed, cafe/bar closed, pool closed, no suggestions for places to eat/drink/visit. Aircon in room gave out hot air only !

the room was clean and very large. fantastic wine cellar with wonderful large wine vessels.

it was perfectly situated to get to everything the town has to offer.

I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast wasn’t being offered

Room very spacious and clean

We stayed 7 days, unfortunately the bar/restaurant was only open 2 of those days. This meant no breakfast or even coffee in the morning. No-one there at check in or check out.

Excellent authentic spanish bodega

Like finding an oasis in a spanish village, when you walk through the gates. Beautiful authentic spanish bodega, family so friendly & helpful, gave us a tour of the bodega. Wonderful & clean bedroom. Thank you so much to the hoteliers. Would certainly recommend staying there.
