About this apartment rental
Restful, three-bedroom, two full bath home located at 3220 Asbury Ave. The enclosed outdoor shower with hot water is super convenient when you get back from the beach. The convenient location is just a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach (Four beach tags are provided), great restaurants, large playground (OC’s Miracle on 34th Street), mini-market, Dot's Donuts is 1/2 block away, and ice cream shops are within steps.
Please note: Must be 25 years or older to rent. We do not rent our home for Senior week trips.
The cozy beach-themed great room featuring living room, dining area, and kitchen with hardwood floors and granite countertops will comfortably accommodate your group. Enjoy the comfort of central air, convenience of a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a 55” Smart TV in the living room. There is a dining table for 6, plus 3 stools at the counter.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master has a king bed, TV, with sliders that lead to a private deck and an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk set with a full under a twin with a trundle (sleeps 4). A second bunk room has a full over a full and a trundle (sleeps 5). Equipped with families in mind you will find a pack and play, in the "Boat Room" closet.
There is off street parking for two cars (one in an enclosed garage) which also provides storage for your beach items. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided for your use. A stroller, also in the garage, will make your morning walks even more pleasant with little ones.
The spacious front porch is a great place to start your day with a morning cup of coffee, or to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach.
Our home is close to many Ocean City attractions. One and a half blocks away is the beautiful Ocean City beach. Enjoy your time looking for dolphins, building a sand castle, or searching for seashells. Lifeguards are on duty during the day so that you can enjoy playing in the waves! Half a block away you will find Dot's Donuts one way and Churn Ice Cream the other way. The beautiful 34th Street playground is a block and a half away. Take a trolley to the boardwalk which begins at 23rd street. Enjoy delicious boardwalk French fries, Kohr’s Brothers Frozen Custard, Manco/Manco pizza, salt water taffy or funnel cake while strolling along the boards.
Just bring your sheets, towels and food. If you choose to cook, a fully equipped kitchen is at your fingertips. Walk to the beach, tennis, basketball, ice cream, and large playground. Take the trolley to the boardwalk rides, water park, mini golf and shopping.

Great stay in a great location. Short walk to the beach and a short drive away from boardwalk and downtown, which is my preference. All the amenities and accommodations just as described, and the communication with the owner was excellent from beginning to end. If I had one quibble, it's being asked to vacuum/sweep upon check-out, but since I keep things clean anyway wasn't a big chore.

I randomly found this property on VRBO and was so happy I did. The location is perfect, just far enough from the hustle and bustle but if you wanted to go to the boardwalk or shop on asbury it is not too far and having the beach 2-3 minutes away was even better. The kitchen was well quipped, enough space for everyone and loved sitting on the back balcony during sunset. If you aren’t sure what property to pick I would highly recommend this location. Sharon/Frank were very responsive. Hope to rent from them again!

The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. With a 2 year old and a 5 year old, it was good to be able to walk to the beach (1 and 1/2 blocks) and to the 34th St. playground. Lots of ice cream available tin the neighborhood.

Such a beautiful house in the best location. Everything we needed to hang out and relax either there or a just short walk to the beach. The kitchen and living area was great for cooking dinners, games and late night movies. All the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable - and the "kids'" rooms super cute! We loved that we could walk to stores, the playground, restaurants and maybe even the best ice-cream place EVER. Thanks we had a blast!

Perfect location and had everything we needed!
This house is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything OCNJ has to offer. We went with our two young kids and found we could walk or bike to just about anything. Donuts, pizza, ice cream, playgrounds and the beach all walkable. We plan on making a return visit!!

Simply Amazing
We have stayed at a place in the "teens" for years; however, as the kids have gotten older we outgrew that place. We came upon this listing and it did not disappoint! We wanted not only a bigger place but to be a bit more away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is an easy walk and very big, there are pastry, dinner, and dessert options all within walking distance. The house itself it very well taken care of, very clean, and with lots of room to spread out but still be together. And the master has a king size bed! The owners are super easy to communicate with and make getting in and out a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back every summer for years to come!

The area has a neighborhood-y feel with all of the same amenities as the busy end of town, minus the boardwalk itself (which is less than a 10 minute drive away). Sharon's property is within 2 blocks of tons of great eateries (just about any kind of food you could possibly want), a fun playground for kids, and, of course, the beach--which, when we visited on a sunny 65 degree weekend in September, was calm and quiet with only a few other families in sight.You truly can't ask for a better stay in Ocean City than Sharon's lovely beach house! We were planning another stay for next September before our car had even left the driveway.

Spacious, bright and clean. Just what you want to "move in " for a week of close-by beach and porch and large family dining together. Convenient to the 34th St bridge. Never felt the need to hit the boardwalk which starts up at 23rd street. Could not have been better, other than rain on the last day. Thank you!

Perfect Family Vacation!
We had a great beach vacation. Rooms are perfect for kids, they loved the bunk beds. Location is really close to the beach and other amenities. The house is very clean and the set up was perfect. Because of the pandemic we spent most evenings walking to see the sunset (great bay views only blocks away) or playing board games and watching movies. It was so nice to get out of our house and put our feet in the sand. Everyone was very responsible on the beach and social distancing was not a problem even on busy weekends.

Really Nice Place in A Good Location
We had a great stay recently at this adorable condo. The condo was clean and so nicely decorated with fun beach décor. The location was also quite good as it was a fast walk to a wide beach and we found several good restaurants near by to pick up food. We appreciated the owners attention to detail with offering extra things like beach tags and a beach cart to borrow. We had a terrific get-away and we would highly recommend this condo to others.

This is our second trip to this property and plan on making it a tradition. It is clean and updated and has all the amenities you need for a week at the beach. The owners are quick to respond with any questions. The best is the proximity to 32nd beach. You can walk to and fro without having to worry about parking. We had a great time at this property. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We especially liked the game table in the living room, lots of chess was played here. We are nerds. We also enjoyed nice family walks to Treat's and Treasures ice cream, 34th street playground, Dot's bakery, surfer supplies, Hoy's, and the Fractured Prune. The house was close to a beach with lifeguards. We really loved this property.

Perfect spot to stay!
The location is great. It is just 1.5 blocks from the beach! You can seat on the front porch and hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The home was well equipped with all the comforts of home including wifi, which came in handy when we had some rain. The home was very clean and modern.
