It was exactly as advertised- I had a question before I went- the manager got back right away, I just loved the property- as far as I can see, I’ll never wanna stay any other place! We travel with my 5lb Maltese and this was perfect. Clean, nice condo. Had all we needed and more. Location superb, condo is a very short walk to the beach. Gated access to private beach with chair service! Magnificent! Couldn’t have been happier! Will stay again for sure!

The condo was exactly what we were expecting. I am a clean freak and was pleasantly surprised that the bedding was in excellebt shape and that the unit had no funky odors. The only complaint I have is that the washing machine smelled bad but that is to be expected with a front loader in a rental. All of the beds were very comfortable but I would not count on using the fold out for sleeping as it was very thin. My daughter just ended up sleeping on the couch, which was way more comfortable. The location waa perfect and the grounds were well maintained. The pool by the beach was not heated and it was also closed on one if the days we had good weather for maintainence. Something to keep in mind if you are visiting in the cooler months. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay here again.

Great condo with an even better owner/host! Been going to various places on the Gulf for almost 40 years now and this was BY FAR the cleanest one We've even been in. Everything was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, no issues with needing a special pan or dish to cook with, many of the appliances are even ones I have to home, so it was even easier to feel right at home. Complex was quiet as usual ( have stayed in this complex previously ), access is a easy walk and right to surf. Great walking distance to my kids favorite place, Pompano Joe's, and plenty of easy access to everything else the Miramar/Destin have to offer. Victor was also exceptional with dealing with due to come family issues that arose during the booking and we couldnt have asked for a better person for understanding. Would 10/10 rebook with him again!

Victor was the most efficient VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. His communication was top notch and very quick. Our only disappointment was they had torn up the pickleball courts and were finishing them the day we left. Otherwise, great location and comfortable condo. Thanks Victor for a great week!

Nothing could be improved upon! The condo is just wonderful, the location is perfect, and working with Victor makes it all a breeze! He is quick to address any questions and makes this feel more of a visit to his home than a vacation rental. The condo is even better than the pictures can show. I have rented at this property location for several years. It’s a great location close to shopping and restaurants and of course the beach. Pools were clean we used them several times. We were able to get in a few hours early which was helpful as we had folks flying in. The place was clean when we arrived. Rooms were good size with nice beds. The outside deck was nice. While we didn’t watch much TV there was one in every room. Overall great property. Only upgrades needed kitchen cabinets. Thanks

Loved this rental. Everything was as described. As a single mom traveling with small kiddos this was the perfect location. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed being able to walk to the beach vs drive. Victor was so nice and extremely responsive to all communication. Would definitely book this unit again. The added bunk bed area is the perfect addition for young kids. They loved having their own space.

We were down loading the car and a man was knocking on our door. And then using his key or the number pad to go in. It was 8:10 am. Check out was 9:00 am. (10:00 would be better). Luckily, we were there and not out to breakfast.

Condo was perfect for our size of family and perfect location. Victor is a great host and very responsive. Having the two pools was nice and kids enjoyed use of those. Also having two beach chairs and an umbrella was great for beach days. Location was close to shopping and great restaurants. Thank you Victor for letting us stay.

Everything was great and as listed planning on booking for next year. My only thing I can complain about is washer was smelly bad it had some build up needed cleaned out. And lack of dusting and build up on cabinets. And definitely needed new shower heads. But all in all we loved it and wanna stay again. The minor stuff is nothing. We felt at home and safe there and beach was not crowed at all cause it's guest area only..

We had a great week and great weather. The condo was perfect. Little bit of a clean up before we settled in. Previous guests left a good bit of sand. Swept up a bit and let the good times begin. Beds were comfy, appliances were spot on and there was plenty of room. We brought our furry friends as well and they had plenty of places to explore around the grounds. Everything you need is within a few minutes drive. Great location. Will be back for sure.

We had a fabulous trip! My husband and I had 4 teenagers with us and the 3 bedroom condo was just the right size! The location was perfect, a few minute walk to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. The umbrella and chair service on the beach was great as well. Victor was a great host and easy to contact with any questions. Highly recommend!

We booked this condo because of its excellent reviews. When we arrived for our yearly family vacation, it appeared that it was not vacuumed due to sand all over the floors. The top bunk sheets had hair on them and the comforter was very dirty with food stains. The lower kitchen cabinets were full of crumbs and very unorganized and the kitchen sink pipe was leaking. None of the TV remotes worked properly and there were several light bulbs out. We chose not to contact the owner when we arrived because we had drove 12+ hours and did not want the inconvenience of a cleaning crew and repair men coming in and out. We vacuumed the entire condo and placed a pan under the sink and didn't use that side and bought batteries for the remotes (some of them still didn't work). I contacted the owner the morning we left with a detailed email of everything that I just listed. His response was that we should have called him when we got there and that it is unfortunate that we had to deal with these issues. He never offered an apology nor did he offer to atleast refund our cleaning fee. I would not ever stay here again or rent from this owner.

The place was clean and in a great location across the street from the beach. We loved having one umbrella and two chairs at the beach included in the cost. The master bedroom and guest bedroom were large and spacious. The bathrooms were updated. The bunk room was very small-we had one adult that slept in there. But perfect for children. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. There were a few issues with lack of supplies. We know that it would not be smart to leave a lot of supplies because you cannot trust some people. We had one large garbage bag for the entire week. 2 dishwasher packets for one week was not enough when you eat in most of the time. Four rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for an entire week. We flew and did not bring extra supplies with us because places we have booked in the past had enough to last a week. So we ended up purchasing more just to get us through the week. All of the tv remotes did not work well so we did not watch any tv and played games instead. I emailed to the email address on the check-in sheet on the first full day we were there but did not hear back from anyone. We did not let those minor issues affect our stay and we had a great time.

This place met what we needed. I think it’s a bit dated though, but for us it’s just a place to stay in as we were at the beach most of the time. It was cozy and had pretty much everything we needed even floats, chairs, cooler and beds. We enjoyed our vacation!
