This 6000 SF home includes 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths to accommodate your friends and family. Fabulous outdoor space with almost 6000 SF of deck including a pool, wet bar and jacuzzi. There is also a private entrance to the beach from the deck. Views that never end are visible from almost every part of the house. Chef's kitchen is ready for gourmet meal preparation, or your favorite caterer. Recently updated bathrooms and bedrooms will make your stay a 5 star experience. This private estate will not disappoint even the most discriminating guest.

The house also features two wet bars inside, one in the grand living room with soaring cathedral ceilings and the other in the more casual family room with flat screen TV and access to the deck and pool. 5 additional decks off of guest bedrooms make each room a private island oasis. This estate would be perfect for a family reunion or private family vacation. Only 5 minutes to the Atlantic City Casinos with so many great restaurants.

First floor features family room with wet bar- pool, jacuzzi and deck access. Guest bedroom with private bath, deck seating area- Second bedroom with a surfer theme .....Also on first floor is large office with mahogany built in cabinets. Plenty of drawers and closet space so it can be used as a very comfortable bedroom (leather queen sleep sofa-top of the line). First floor washer dryer.

Floating staircase with glass window wall takes you to second floor living space. Mini master with private balcony overlooking pool and all the spectacular views has newly renovated bath with rain shower and walk in closet. Includes seating area to enjoy the views from inside or if you must- watch TV. There is also a twin bedroom with private bath, (bath tub). Living room has stunning views with 20' ceilings and windows all around to capture every vista. Dining room with 10' table overlooks inlet can seat 14. Eat in kitchen with large table seats 8 and includes oversized island with seating. All while enjoying the views. The private deck accessed from kitchen is an awesome spot to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Convenient powder room for guests on second floor.

Take the "stairway to heaven" - third floor master suite and bonus room with large panoramic deck. Master suite has marble bathroom- soaking tub and large marble shower, his and hers toilets and sinks. Private master deck, large enough for quiet sun bathing or evening lounging time. "Bonus" sunroom with large picture windows has access to oversized deck- includes full bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Perfect work out room and/or 7th bedroom. Very comfy day bed with pop up trundle allows you additional sleep space. (Convenient 3rd floor washer/dryer)

Location, location location . Was perfect for a family. Space was great for a family. My family fished and the kids had enough space. The house needs updating and cleaned a lot better for the amount of money. A lot was broken, most sliding doors wouldn’t lock, grill was never cleaned. The owner told me there was 3 umbrellas on deck. There was 1 and it was broken. Was told that we would have new ones the next day. Never saw them. I have to say though we had a great time and made the best of it . It was a beautiful home in its time .

We rented this house to celebrate our 35th college reunion and it meet our basic needs. The location is great. It was big enough to allow 14+ people to enjoy each other's company and to find space for individual recharging. The outside deck and pool area is wonderful space with a great view. The amount of parking is great. Our middle-of-the-road rating (3 out of 5) is driven by the following: - the house looks as though it has had little to no investment in the past 15 years. Cosmetically, it looks outdated and worn out with lots of little things broken/not working properly. It's too much to list and this hung over our heads wondering if we would be blamed. - the cleaning was below par. Lots of dust on shelves and furniture, dirty floors (inside & out), cobwebs in corners and along bottom of cabinets. It made you wonder how clean the sheets and bathrooms were, really. - the deck while beautiful and big had only one broken umbrella to provide shade and yes. The pillows were filthy as was the grill. - the kitchen did not have enough supplies (dished, glasses) to support the number of people the rental can accommodate. - the AC on the bottom floor froze You are paying purely for location (which is absolutely perfect). The details seem to be neglected.

This home is simply amazing. The views are epic! You would never get tired of being at this home. It’s the perfect getaway location. Whether you’re traveling on business or pleasure treat yourself by renting this home. It’s worth every dime!

Besides the obviously perfect ocean-side location and pool/hot tub accessible 24/7, our favorite thing about this rental is that there is a full bathroom for each bedroom, which is rare to find. An area of opportunity is that there are some upgrades/maintenance that could be done on the property, but all and all, we would consider coming back next year!

This was a fantastic experience. The owner and property manager were great to work with, and the property was 1st class. The views from the pool area, balconies, and expansive windows are unreal. I'll definitely be staying here whenever I visit AC with a larger group.

We had an awesome time at this amazing house, right on the beach. Views from every room! Big pool for hours of fun, including night swimming. Very accessible beach with low tides, great for kids! Surf lessons right outside the house. House had plenty of room for an extended, 3 generation, family. Well stocked kitchen- only drawback was the induction stove top- a little tricky to get the hang of. Great location, near supermarket and AC. Host was super responsive to our questions, readily available. Would definitely rent again!

This is a terrific place to stay. Unique design. Breathtaking views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Absecon Inlet. Well stocked inside and out. Nice pool and spa with plenty of comfy outdoor furniture. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bath.

This vacation home truly merits a 5 star review across all categories starting with the new owner who had just purchased the property the day before our arrival. He could not have been more welcoming and responsive to us during our entire stay. We had our annual summer family gathering of kids and grandkids for 2 weeks, including the 4th of July at this spectacular location. there is more than enough space for every family member, including en suite bathrooms. Views from every room of the water never get old and the sound and smell of the water from outside porches, balconies and the pool deck are most relaxing and peaceful. We spent a considerable amount of time in what we called the "Sinatra" Room" with its 30- foot floor to ceiling windows and sweeping views of the water and the Atlantic City skyline. Frank Sinatra actually stayed at this home during one of his performances in AC and we understood why he did after our visit. The kitchen will serve the needs of any gourmet cook and it is well stocked with all kitchen necessities. It has a large family size dining table with views of the water and access to a lovely sitting porch overlooking the water and the AC skyline. The pool deck is magnificent with a large grilling area, outside bar with refrigerator and plenty of seating with spectacular water views from all locations. The pool itself is very large and right off the deck are stairs to the inlet for ocean swimming whenever you feel like it. The inlet offers crystal clear water and tidal action to support surfers . The main ocean beach is just a short walk from the house and provides a wonderful opportunity for long ocean walks along pristine, firm sand. The evenings were lots of fun with our focus on the family room large screen TV for movie watching and games. The house is very conveniently located and just minutes away from a large grocery store and in-town shops. We are looking forward to our next family get together in 2022 and know that others will do the same after they experience this wonderful home.

We had our entire family of 14 reunite for the first time since Covid quarantine began. This home was the perfect setting to celebrate both our parents 50th wedding anniversaries! The sunsets are spectacular, the house is superb, and Isabel and Tony were incredibly attentive to any items that required attention. Our family was blessed to spend a week enjoying each others company.

The owner was Very helpful she kept open communication the house and view was amazing House was Very Clean and Space for Family and Friends Another thing i loved about this place was walking out to the Pool and jacuzzi and wet bar and Beach Only thing i diding like was that the Air Condition when out Saturday it was very hot on the 3rd floor owner did send fans over to try to help us and yes she did apologize other then that i would definitely Recomment to family &Friend to Rent this Place o give it 10..

We chose this property to celebrate our family Matriarch’s 70th birthday. She has never had a large celebration and with 19 grandchildren working together we wanted to do something big. After the last year and surviving COVID safety was a big priority. The space was large and impeccably clean. Located on a culdesac the home was private and the neighbors were all friendly. The owners Isabel and Tony were incredibly attentive and always reachable. They were also very responsive to messages leading up to the stop more than willing to explain and help us sort our any issues we ran into once we arrived. They even opened the pool early in the season for us to enjoy. The only downside was that the pool required maintenance and despite their many efforts we were unable to get that fixed before the weekend was over. Luckily it was hot enough on one of that days we were there to be able to enjoy it for a bit nonetheless. The pool deck was also large enough for me to lead a family yoga session comfortably. It was also large enough and had enough seating for everyone to down all fresco! From the views out every window to the beach access to the large gathering spaces indoors we loved every inch of the property. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy it more!! Would definitely book again for our next family get together. If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and just book. You will thank yourself later!

The location of the property is unique. The view is phenomenal. The house itself is amazing, loaded with history. We enjoyed walking on the beach. Everything was well appointed and in place for a perfect time together. Our thanks go to Isabel and especially Christina, who was immediately responsive to our every need.

We spend the New Years at this gorgeous house, and we will go back again. Everything was better then we expected . Isabel and her husband are amazing. Our friends and us had and great time , the views are spectacular, the place was very clean the house is gorgeous.Thank you for letting us use your house .
