About this cottage rental

The newly-constructed guest house includes one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, closet, living area with pull-out sofa bed, full-size kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and laundry room. The front door opens to a large, upper-level deck with tables and seating for four.

The fully-functional kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven and cook-top with vent hood, large microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There are place settings, cookware, cooking utensils, glasses, and other basic items for cooking.

The living area includes a sofa that expands to a queen-size bed as needed, table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV with local channels and DVD player.

The large, outdoor deck has two bar-height tables with seating for four. The deck overlooks the oak tree forest to the back of the property. It is perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and entertaining.

The guest house is located on the second level of the building and is accessible by stairs only. The building is completely private (no one lives downstairs). Solar panels on the roof supplement the building's energy systems and provide most of the electric and hot water usage.

What a beautiful location and beautiful apartment! Adam was responsive and we had everything we needed. Close to TAMU, but feels like you’re in the country. Highly recommended!

We spent 6 nights and had a lovely experience returning daily to this clean quiet cottage nestled in a wooded area. It was very serene, peaceful, and relaxing. The host was easily accessible and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

My daughter & I had an extended stay at the house, and it was very comfortable for the 2 of us. The property is very close to necessities, but feels like it’s miles away. Owner is next door, but you’d never know it. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a concert on campus. The location was absolutely perfect. After being in the crowds in was nice to come back to a peaceful place to rest. The house was perfect size for our family of three. It was very clean and well cared for. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if it is available.

Lovely property nestled among nature. The property is upstairs which places you at a beautiful tree line. The extended patio was great to spend time with family. The inside was exceptional - more amenities than expected. The property was located on a quiet street where we were able to walk our dogs. It seemed like we were out in the country but it was less than 5 minutes from the A&M campus & town.

The one bedroom garage apartment was great for me and my two teenagers. It had a queen size bed, a double sofa and a twin air mattress. It was in a wooded area so very quiet and peaceful. Only wish the weather cooperated so I could sit on the balcony. Only complaint is the sofa bed was not comfortable but everything else was great.

Had a lovely stay visiting son at Texas A & M. We were just a few miles away but nights were quiet and serene. Owner was lovely and welcoming. Perfect!

This property was just as described. It is a great place to stay for a weekend. We were there for A&M football and the property is close to Kyle field and much more cost effective. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place, this is it!

A nice private quiet location set in the woods. Owner was quick to respond and provide an item missing at check-in. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the good quality duvet as this is what I'm accustomed to back home in Canada. Will stay again if available next time I'm in Bryan, Tx.

Absolutely loved the location of this super clean, comfy garage apartment. It was the perfect distance from campus (very short 5-10 minute drive), but felt like we were out in the wilderness. Though we didn't get to spend a great deal of time here due to game day activities, we enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size and perfect amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very clean, and looked brand new as well. The bed was very comfortable, all of the amenities in top shape and many of the luxuries of home were at my disposal. The space was perfect for my purpose, and tucked away in the quiet how I like it. I’d definitely stay again.

We visit College Station frequently and usually stay close to campus. This is a little ways out, but it is very peaceful, and because it is the second story, is like being in a tree house. The pictures do not quite do it justice. It is nice, clean, and appears new. It has everything one might need! It is great for two people. It has a pull out couch, so could sleep two more, but may be a little bit cozy. With a TAMU parking pass included, this is an attractive option for football games. We really enjoyed it for graduation.
