The fully-functional kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven and cook-top with vent hood, large microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There are place settings, cookware, cooking utensils, glasses, and other basic items for cooking. The living area includes a sofa that expands to a queen-size bed as needed, table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV with local channels and DVD player. The large, outdoor deck has two bar-height tables with seating for four. The deck overlooks the oak tree forest to the back of the property. It is perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and entertaining. The guest house is located on the second level of the building and is accessible by stairs only. The building is completely private (no one lives downstairs). Solar panels on the roof supplement the building's energy systems and provide most of the electric and hot water usage.
