About this apartment rental

This attractive oceanfront condo is located in a resort complex on 700 feet of pristine beach in Cape Canaveral. This is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. This unit is on the ground floor so there are no stairs and no ocean view but is just steps away from the ocean and heated pool.

This 800 sq ft unit features a living room, dining room, den, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, full bath with shower/tub and separate shower, and vanity area. The queen-size bed and Murphy bed (full sized) makes this accommodation for up to four people comfortable and affordable.

The unit is tastefully furnished with everything you need to feel you are at home including washer and dryer, two televisions with DVD player, cable, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. The unit also includes beach items (beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys, horseshoes, and a beach bag), soaps (dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash) and paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, and facial tissue) for your convenience.

Activities and Attractions:
You can watch rocket launches and cruise ships come and go from the beach. Orlando area attractions including Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios are less than an hour drive away. Orlando International Airport is a 40 minute drive away along the 'Bee line' expressway (SR 528). Restaurants galore up the street in Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach to the south. Walk to Port Canaveral fishing pier. Port Canaveral has fishing boat and Casino cruises every day/night. Kennedy Space Center is a 15 minute drive. Many public and private golf courses are located nearby, the closest are less than 15 minutes drive away. Cocoa Beach just minutes away, is great for people watching at the famous Cocoa Beach pier and home of the famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop.

My family had an excellent stay at this wonderful condo hosted by Laura. She was fantastic to deal with and responded promptly to all our questions. I was here for work at KSC, but my family enjoyed a nice beach vacation while I worked. The location of this complex is unbeatable. If you're interested in seeing any launches, the beach here offers a great view. We witnessed a Falcon Heavy launch, and while I was at the LCC, my family had an AMAZING view of the boosters coming down from the beach! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The layout was perfect for our needs, with a cozy living room, a dining area, and a den that provided plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the full bath with both a shower/tub and a separate shower. OH, and it had a washer and dryer!!!! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this oceanfront condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

Location and size was fantastic. Everything was there that anyone could want. It was really clean. Only complaint was the bed....absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on...way to soft and broken down.

It was absolutely the best week of the 3 we past in Florida, and this house was the best one !! This house was really very pretty and incredibly clean. We liked very much the position, the pool, the sea, one rocket launch from the beach, the neighbours were nice we knew some of them in the pool. The second bed was cool because can completely disappear in the wall during the day so we had more space during the day. Laura is super nice host we liked very much the way she treated us. Absolutely we’ll return 👍👍👍 It’s already my 4th time in Florida but we’ll surely come again…

Laura was easy to work with and property was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a smaller complex and even you can't see the beach from the patio, it is a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Great place to watch rocket launches.

The condo was very clean and Laura was an excellent host. Pretty much everything we needed was in the condo. Easy quick access to Orlando. And easily the best spot on the beach. The only thing was the hot tub was not working properly. It was not bubbling and was cold and the timer switch is broken. This was no fault to Laura, as she quickly reported it to maintenance and they said they would fix it. The next morning it only reached luke warm water temp and still no bubbling. But other than that our stay was fantastic.

We all really liked the apartment, the truth is that it is in good condition, the location and the property is excellent, it is the second year that we have returned to the condominium and we would do it again. Inside the apartment you can find everything you need in a very easy and practical way. The only thing we would like to see improved would be the mattresses and the sofa bed It looks like it needs an update other than that everything was very good.

Everything was excellent! Laura was great with communication and prompt in responding to any questions we had. Very cute condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 more sleeping arrangements in living room. Perfect first floor location next to the beach and right around the corner to the pool. Highly recommend!

The facility itself was really nice. Small but decent pool. The condo was clean and worked for what we needed. It needed some TLC and updates, like more beach decor, but it was nice. The mattress in the bedroom was like a board. It was really uncomfortable. The couch and recliner weren’t very comfortable either but like I said, it was decent for the price and what we used it for. The walk to the pool and beach were super close, like steps away. I love that there was a ton of beach stuff included in the condo. The beach chairs and beach buggy were an absolute life saver. Restaurants and shopping were within 5 miles so that was nice. I would definitely return if the mattress was replaced. All in all, a lot of fun was had and I appreciated the space.
