The 2,380 sq, ft, home boasts an airy and bright open concept floor plan with mahogany hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Relax with your favorite beverage and a good book while savoring the ocean breeze on one of three decks the house offers, or kick back and grill.
The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample parking, free wifi, cable TV, books, a chess and backgammon table, and board games are also available. For your convenience, the trolley stop is located just across the street.

We had visited the area several times before and fell in love. Decided to stay for a weeks vacation. I was so happy to find Scott’s house on VRBO. It was great! Good size for our adult family of 6. The location could not have been better! We just walked every where. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.
There was no AC in the first floor bedroom, so we had a fan set up. It did get a little warm; an AC would have been great. I did have to go to the laundromat once also as there is no washer and dryer. Other than that- this place was great!

Superb location within steps to Perkins Cove shops and daily walks on beautiful Marginal Way. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Scott helped in every way as we dealt with unusually warm weather for a couple of days.

My friends and I had a great girls weekend in Ogunquit at this property! The property is very spacious, very close to Perkins Cove and less than a mile from the main shops in town.
Only few small downsides for others to be aware of, you have to bring your own linens and towels which was fine because we were driving up, but people coming from farther away might have an issue. The toilets were a little old you sometimes had wait a little to use between flushes. The owner communicated these details to me before my stay.
Also the first floor bedroom was bit chilly (we were here in winter) and could have used a space heater in the room vs just the electric baseboard just outside the room.
Overall, these details didn't take away majorly from our experience and we would stay here again!

My sisters, mother, and I had a lovely time staying at this comfortable and clean house . It was walking distance to the Marginal Way in Perkins Cove. The house was very bright and sunny, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed downtown Ogunquit’s stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Scott’s house. It was very spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and a short walk to town. Plenty of room for our group. We’ll be back!

We spent a wonderful weekend with family in Ogunquit. It was our second time staying in this spacious home, and once again it did not disappoint. The host reached out several days before our planned trip to make sure we had all the details we needed, and to remind us to bring sheets and towels. We are hoping the house is available again next year when we come back!

This house was perfect for a girls' weekend trip to Ogunquit. It was within walking distance to Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. Well-appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and beautiful dining area and living rooms. I almost wish we spent more time at the house because the multiple decks looked so lovely! I had one question for Scott upon our arrival about the AC and he responded right away. Would recommend!

We stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed it. The space was wonderful for multi-generational family to stay in. Location cannot be beat - walking to everything and used the wagon provided to get to the beaches. Quiet and felt secluded despite being in the heart of it all. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our time in ogunquit and our stay on shore road. The home is great for families, bedrooms are private and far enough from living space so early risers or night owls are not disturbing others sleeping. Kitchen is great size for meal prep and dining area fits many people. We brought a play table for other activities for the young children. Bathrooms are ample size for sharing space. Lower level room has 1/2 bath which was convenient.
Although we really enjoyed our stay, the house was not professionally cleaned. Kitchen pots and pans were disappointing.
Scott provided fans and added an AC on the first floor which was appreciated. Parking is tight but we fit 4 cars. Beautiful home and a fabulous location.

We had an amazing stay in Ogunquit! This house was absolutely perfect and we would recommend to any group heading to this area. We had 7 girls and had more than enough space for everyone. The outdoor patios were great, and even though it rained out one day we had plenty of space to hang out indoors. This house was also in a great location and walking distance to Perkins Cove and the downtown area. Thank you again Scott for being so helpful during the check in process as well!

Clean, spacious, bright. The weekend was cold and rainy. We spent more time in side than usually expected. The house was very comfortable and warm. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy the beautiful deck .

The house was much larger and spacious than the photos show! We were so happy with the home, rooms, supplies - everything. It was a great location although it’s about a mile from downtown. However we took marginal way right downtown which starts very close to the hole in Perkins Cove. Really couldn’t have had a better home experience we are already talking about booking again!

Location was great, easy walking distance to Perkins Cove & Marginal Way. House was very nice although no AC on main floor, but host supplied large fans to circulate air. Hosts were very cordial. Actually got to meet them which was nice.
The only feedback I have is the downstairs bedroom smelled a little musty and there seemed to be lots of personal owner items in closets etc. otherwise the home is beautiful, lots of space and comfortable.

Wonderful Getaway!
This was our second year staying at this property in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine. It was such a wonderful getaway for our family of eight. The location is ideal, the home layout is well-designed and Scott is so accommodating. Wonderful stay!

Girls' Weekend Getaway
We just returned from a great weekend! The property shows so much better in person than in the photos. Super clean and updated. There is a queen bedroom with half bath on the first level, then you head to the next floor to the kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and full bath. The third floor has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a twin and bunk bed, and another full bath. It was perfect for our group of 6 women to spread out. The location is quiet & away from the bars, but a short walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Plenty of parking. The host, Scott, was very accessible and answered many questions before our stay. Be sure to bring bed linens and towels. There are comforters and pillows, a coffee maker and filters, and plenty of kitchen supplies.

Wonderful stay!!
This property is wonderful! Perfect location large enough for more than our party for sure! Spacious, clean, nice deck off the dining room where we had coffee in the morning. Location is perfect, has access to everything you want to do in Ogunquit!! And the host, Scott ,was wonderful!! Very attentive and checked in to see how we were doing. Would definitely go back there again and hopefully spend more time!!! We had a three-year-old and a six year old in our group and there were plenty of games in the living room that we could play with when enjoying some downtime. It was an overall wonderful weekend!

Beautiful place and beautiful stay!
The property is just minutes away from Perkins Cove by walk and is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space inside and all the amenities you could ask for to have a comfortable stay! The host, Scott, is really helpful and available if and when necessary. Would love to return to this place another time in the future!

Christmas Festival in Ogunquit
Although it rained most of the day on Saturday, our stay at this home was outstanding. In a great location, everything we needed and large enough for all to have their own space. Scott our host was top notch and plan on coming back soon. very accommodating. thanks

Our Ogunquit Get-A-Way
Beautiful house, great location and superb host! The house was well-designed to allow for both privacy as well as our small group gatherings. It is located just a short walk to the lively Perkins Cove and the spectacular views to be seen along the Marginal Way. The restaurants, shopping, beach and Oqunquit playhouse were all exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent it again!

Excellent vacation spot for family!
We just finished a fun week in Ogunquit and really enjoy our stay in this beautiful home. It comfortably slept 9 of us… House includes four bedrooms (one with three single beds) and a pullout couch. Great porches for hanging out, comfortable living room and dining room for family time, games, etc. GREAT location close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. We had such a lovely time and our host Scott was helpful and informative. Would love to go back!

Spacious, clean home in a great location
Three generations of our family stayed at this wonderful property in Ogunquit for 9 nights. We enjoyed how conveniently located the home is, very easy walking distance to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and a 15-20 minute walk up to the Ogunquit village.
The home was very clean and spacious, plenty of space for our group of eight. It's hard to tell from the photos, but there are two good-sized decks. One off the kitchen that's perfect for enjoying breakfast or a cup of coffee, and a second larger deck in the back with a gas grill. Surprisingly for Maine in the summer, we never saw a single mosquito!
The owner, Scott, was super responsive to questions. He also reached out a couple days before we checked in to go over a few details about the home to make our stay as easy as possible.
The only downside to the house is that linens must be rented separately. It's the first time we've encountered this with a vacation rental but seems to be common along the coast in Maine. We paid $365 to rent bedding sets and towels for all four bedrooms through Cottage Linens.
Recommended things to do within a 5-minute walk:
- Sit outside and enjoy a home-cooked breakfast at Cove Cafe
- See how lobsters are caught on a 1-hour trip with Finestkind Cruises
- Walk the scenic Marginal Way (and get up early for the sunrise, if you're ambitious)
- Try a variety of wine flights at Coastal Wine
- Enjoy a lobster roll and blueberry beer at Jackies Too
- Grab an ice cream or whoopie pie at Barnacle Billy's, and burn off a few of those calories with a walk across the pedestrian bridge at Perkins Cove

Lovely house and great location, but.....
This is a lovely house in a great location, but I had a very unpleasant conversation with the host two days before our arrival when I asked how to gain entrance to the house since VRBO had no information and said to contact him.. He was very insulted that I had asked and said some nasty things to me. Not a good way to start a vacation.
The washer/ dryer, after almost a year after another renter's comment, are still not available for use. .There is air conditioning on the 3rd floor, but the temps were in the 90's when we were there and the main floor and first floor bedroom were uncomfortably hot.
The stove and range top were badly in need of cleaning.
The refrigerator and freezer had "left over" expired food, something we had never encountered in many VRBO rentals.

The NY eight September getaway
We are four couples who travel to Maine every September. We were to stay somewhere else but the owner of the house cancelled on us two weeks before we were to go. We found Scott's beautiful home in Ogunquit. Perkins Cove and the Town of Ogunquit were right there for us to walk to. We did a lot of walking the weather was in our favor. The house has plenty of seating in the dinning and living rooms. The kitchen is well equipped the gas grill was full ready for us to use. We brought our corn hole game with us, there was plenty of room in the driveway to enjoy that. We all slept well and truly enjoyed our stay there. We'll stay there again and highly recommend you do too. Thank you Scott for sharing your home with us.
