Beautiful private villa in Ganggu / with everything you need

Very nice spacious villa with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Each bedroom has own big bathroom. Close to the beach, close to mini markets, cafes and restaurants. Enough towels to swimming pool & beach. Perfect cleaning every day. Everything worked very well (fast wifi, tv incl.netflix, air condition). If we ever come back, we will use the villa again. 100% recommend.

There were mosquitos, we got quite a few bites first night. When you come, plug the electricity repellent (available in each bedroom) in and you will be fine.

Comfortable stay, but not for big groups

The proximity to the beach and cafes was great, it was easily walkable to many places. The property was also well maintained, clean and nicely decorated.

The only issue we had was that the electricity short circuited many times in the 2 nights we stayed. The generator is unable to service the usage of 6 people in the house for instance, hot showers in two rooms simultaneously, or air conditioning in all the rooms.

Truly Amazing Great Location, Great Villa & Great Host

The location is really amazing. Short walk to Batubolong beach. Close to great cafes & restaurants. Great mexican food & drinks (Lolas Canteen Mexicana) is just a short distance, i loved it and would highly recommend.The host is super responsive to all our messages. There was a daily cleaning service and the villa is well maintained each day. Would definitely go back. Thank you Azure.

Unpleasant budget accommodation at luxurious prices. A real disappointment

Hot water runs out while washing hair due to tiny hot water service, wait 1/2 hour before it reheats. Takes 2 hours for family of 4 to shower before going out!! Couch is tiny and stained, only suitable for 2 people. Not enough size for more people and no place to relax after long day or long flight if you are more than 2 people. Cushions are old and tattered. Ammenities are cheap and of hostel standard. Cheap pump style shampoo and body wash, no conditioner, no hand towels etc. The courtyard garden is tired and needs some attention. Full of biting ants! Children were covered in ant bites and too afraid to cross the yard to use the pool. Kitchen equiped with cheap plastic cooking utensils, not fully equipped with pots and pans as stated (1 cheap old pot and pan) Decor is cheap and doesn’t fit space, tiny rugs, tiny clothes rack, fake plants, bath mats as door mats etc. Don’t be deceived by photos as we were :( They also suggested they would charge us for a broken glass, not even a budget restaurant would do that! Advertised as quite Villa but this is far from the truth. The noise from neighbouring villa and roads travel through the villa all day and night. We had party groups next to us partying until 3/4am every night/ morning. We checked out early with no refund as we couldn’t take it anymore and villa staff were no help with our concerns, instead changed details on the villa description once they realised they are advertising something very different to what they are providing!

Ok but no accountability from the management team

Location and the size of the property

A glass top of a side table wasn’t attached to the table (normally one would use glass suction cups) and was laying loose on the table. Our 2 year old (which is exactly the high of the side table) was standing next to it, playing with her toys and leaned on the side. The glass top that was not attached fell over, broke to several triangles sharp pieces and many small pieces. Luckily I was there to extract her from this death trap. We informed the property. We’re charged a very large sum (over 100 euro) for damages and they never claimed responsibility for the hazard. I paid the sum because I didn’t want to mess up my last 5 days of a wonderful holiday but was really upset and unhappy with the management team that 1) didn’t secure the glass 2) put all the financial blame on us and most importantly should NOT be renting villas with loose ends to families with babies. Such a simple fix to not have the glass lay loose!

Beautiful villa in central location

Stunning villa in a great location in Canggu. All rooms were huge with big bathrooms. So sad we only had one night here because it was such a comfortable stay!

Great location and overall flow of the Villa, spacious and clean

this property was so easy to stay in for a family, I loved that it was all indoors and the pool was great.

the edge of the pool was quite slippery when wet my son slipped a couple of times and there was a couple of nights where the neighbourhood noise was quite loud but honestly it didn’t bother me much just putting it here if that sort of thing would annoy you.

The villa was just as advertised! Very beautiful but quite hot at the common area as there was no air conditioner. The location was great. Lots of amazing and tasty restaurants nearby (Fat Mermaid was my favourite). Tina was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Tina speaks amazing Mandarine so it's a plus for Chinese tourist staying at the villa!

The place was not as clean as I would've liked it to be. And would've prefered if the staff took a day to clean the place and made sure all the necessary procedures and things were in place; instead of rushing the cleanup process. Overall, it was a great experience.

Superb

We were met according to our arrival schedule and allowed to leave luggage until we could check in. In home meals were offered at an excellent cost and the breakfast was large and delicious.
