This is a 100% Owner Managed Vacation Rental. You will be dealing directly with the owner at all times! The condo is updated yearly, and is in a residential community. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a minimum. Contact me for a quote today.

Unit has been freshly painted in November 2019. New carpet was installed in November 2020. In 2022 we added newer furniture and a 55” tv in the living room.

Really great environment. perfect for a family, short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Beach is approx 6-7 min drive. Really is the perfect place. I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Gary answered my text right away when I locked myself out and fixed my code immediately. Can’t wait to go back for a couples trip!

Granddaughter had volleyball tournament at MB Convention Center and this location was perfect. The home and neighborhood are very nice. Pack your own shampoo and soap or plan on buying at MB.

This property worked really well for us, being on the first floor. No stairs involved. I definitely would stay again. Very clean, and enough space for five people. My only comment would be if you plan to cook meals for your family, may want to bring some things from home. Such as baking dishes, sheet pans, etc.

We were down in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. This property is local to everything and couldn't be in a better spot if you were looking for out . The beach is 5 minutes away as well as all entertainment. Would definitely recommend this property. Gary is also a pleasure to work with and if you need to know anything about the area just ask him. He gave us some really good information.

Gary was the best house I’ve ever stayed with. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the condo couldn’t have been more perfect for my family and I. This place beats a hotel stay any day and the view of the pool right outside your bedroom window makes you feel as though you’re on a resort. Condo also had just about everything we needed and the things we did that we purchased and left behind for the next guest. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again. This place was just as advertised. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We had everything we needed. The owner Gary was very helpful with everything. The property itself was perfect. We were looking for somewhere to stay and not having to deal with loud people and parties. I stumbled across this place and it was perfect. It was minutes from the beach and all other surrounding activities. I highly recommend if you are ever in town. From what I saw it looks more like a retirement community, but I also saw all different age groups. So don’t let that scare you away. We will definitely stay again. It just felt like home and it was hard to leave.

In town for a dance completion( shared with another mother and child) at the convention center so the location to Broadway at Beach and Convention center was great. The unit is in a quiet area and very close to pool. Check in and check out very easy. Gary was very accessible and quick to reply when needed.

Gary’s place was the perfect respite for my parents and I amidst their move from SC to NH. Clean, comfortably furnished, and large enough that none of us felt crowded. We made good use of the pool and the BBQ grill, both of which were a quick walk from the condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this two-bedroom two-bath condominium with my parents for a week. The location was great very close to everything. My son lives in Conway and we were able to go up the back way and avoid traffic on 501. Looking out to the golf course from the patio and to the pool was very relaxing way to have our coffee in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Gary's condo last year and really enjoyed it. This year our baseball team's family decided they wanted to stay on the beach, so to keep the boys together we booked there as well even though we really wanted to stay at Myrtlewood Villas again. When we arrived at the hotel on the beach it was not what we expected and immediately checked to see if we could rent again at Gary's condo. His fast responses saved us from having to stay at the horrible hotel. In less than an hour we were set up to enjoy our vacation in Myrtle Beach. His condo is perfect and clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Had a terrific time on our golf/fishing vacation. Condo is centrally located just 5 minutes from the beach. Nice and quiet but close to everything. Condo was clean and comfortable. The property manager, Gary, was very helpful and was available when we had a few minor issues. Gary kept us up to date as hurricane Dorian was approaching about the same time we were to arrive. Luckily all went well. Overall a 5 star location. Highly recommended. Al B.
