We had a great time and the condo was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We definitely enjoyed the smaller condo with less crowds on the beach!

Location was great and the beach was never too crowded! Property was in a great location with close proximity to multiple restaurants. The unit itself was wonderful- we decided to stay an extra day! Highly recommend!

I took my 18 year old daughter for a spring break girls trip. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We had the most relaxing and wonderful time. 10/10 recommend staying in this condo. The view was top notch! Already planning when I can bring my mom and my husband back with me.

Overall, we had a good stay! The property is as described and was clean. The building is laid out so that there is an elevator that services half the condos, so we never had to wait on an elevator. The tv and internet went out 2 days into our trip. The property manager was unable to get this fixed for us (they did respond to our message and try). So we spent the last 3 days of our trip without tv and internet and limited cell service in the building. The beach was not crowded and the chair rental service guys were really nice and helpful. Parking was easy and alway available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I loved that the area was not in the hustle and bustle of orange beach/gulf shores, but was close enough that it was only a short drive to many restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and entertainment. The condominium was secure, clean and quiet! I loved the fact that the elevators only serviced two units per floor. No loud teenagers running up and down the hallways with that being the case. The condo unit itself had the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and well decorated. Everything you needed for the kitchen was supplied. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The pool was clean and not crowded. Will definitely be back next year!! A great spot to take a family! Breathtaking views. Quick access to everything you need.

Definitely does not feel size was “almost 2000 sq ft” as suggested in the description. Would’ve been nice if they offered me a discount considering I had to leave everyday to find internet connection so I could work while there. This caused a significant disruption in our vacation and was a huge disappointment. Because of this we also had zero tv most of the trip. The last day the signal was restored but still weak. Otherwise unit looks like pictures. Best thing about this place is how the units are sectioned off with their own elevator. That was a very nice touch and made going and coming much easier. The view was absolutely spectacular. Unit was clean. Check in super easy.

There was no wifi for the entirety of our stay with no attempt to rectify. My husband had a work conference last Friday and was unable to do so because of an alleged outage. we had friends in the same building with Cox wifi that had no issues. Weather was poor one day of our stay. Also, there were no toiletries such as shampoo etc. provided in the twin bathroom as it was advertised. Not having wifi was a huge disappointment with no one from management seeming to care or attempt to assist.

My family and I decided to spend a few days around the New Year on the beach and we were very excited to book this condo. Pictures did not lie, it was perfect!
The good: condo was impeccably clean, kitchen was well stocked, mattresses firm, the location is great, no wait time for elevators, plenty of restaurant options near by. It was also very quiet.
We did not use the pool as it was closed and water was cold. Beach was very nice. The rule not to have tents and canopies on the beach did not bother me, as we had a couple of umbrellas and these were allowed.
Now for the bad. While the listing mentions that there is free wifi and there is cable/satellite TV - none of that was available.
Yes, there is a wifi router in the condo, but it is not connected to anything. You can connect your devices but there is no internet. Same with TVs. There are 3 TVs in the condo. Bedroom TVs did not have any signal. Cable box which was connected to the TV in the main room was not activated - every channel displayed an error message saying "you need a subscription to watch this channel". TV itself is a Roku tv, but Roku was not activated either, (and what's the point - there is no internet anyway).
So I texted and called the management company, they got back to me very quickly and promised to get the issues fixed. Later I got a message saying that Internet and cable is provided by HOA and the owner of the condo has some issues with them. Management said they will try to get a hold of the parties and get this sorted out. That was the last message I got. Needless to say - nothing was fixed. I ended up using my cell phone as a hotspot and watching NY entertainment on my laptop. Disappointed is not even a word to describe it.
At this day and age Wifi and TV is pretty much an essential necessity in every rental property. I am not sure if Management company could verify if everything was working before renting this condo, I give them benefit of the doubt, but in general this is not really acceptable.
So, future renters beware - verify with the company if everything is in the working order before renting this condo.
Hence 3 stars.

Great two bedroom right on the beach. Not a busy area, but close to everything. We really liked the privacy of the elevators only servicing two condos on each floor---never had to wait on the elevator. The balcony is not huge, but perfect for two.

Pure Awesomeness on the Gulf
I can't say enough about this property! Great location, great beach area, great pool. Sense of security also which is important. The actually unit is stocked with all kitchen items which makes it nice to do a few meals instead of going out for every meal. Also the communication was constant throughout our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

Masks not enforced
Nice building but really disappointed that while masks are required most tenants did not wear them and small elevator areas tight. When I reminded 2 people they yelled obscenities at me. I wouldn’t go back during COVID. Laundry and workers didn’t have them on either. Very disappointing!
