About this house rental

Our Dillon Mountain retreat is located on scenic Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. This townhome has absolutely amazing front row views of Buffalo Mountain, Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range and offers a central location to all Summit County and mountain activities including biking (we're steps away from the Lake Dillon bike path which connects to all of Summit County and beyond), hiking, fishing, rafting, boating, and shopping to name a few!

This townhome is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. It is 2 levels with the living room, kitchen and deck on the upper level and 2 bedrooms, bath and walk-out patio on the lower level. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and full dresser while the extra bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and additional couch, big screen TV with cable, DVD and VCR, and books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker in addition to a well-stocked pantry for items that might have been forgotten.

Dillon is a quaint little town with a number of shops and restaurants. Everything in town is within easy walking distance including the Dillon Marina, grocery and liquor stores, local theater, post office, Lake Dillon Park, tennis courts and the Lake Dillon outdoor amphitheater which features free summer concerts, farmers markets and other events. Guests can catch the FREE shuttle bus, the Summit Stage, which services all of Summit County including 3 large outlet shopping areas in Silverthorne. We are only minutes from the Silverthorne Recreation Center which offers an Olympic size pool, kid’s water park and hot tubs.

It’s a nice home with everything you need. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes driving to Keystone ski resort and it’s in front of the lake. The owner responded my questions quickly even it’s quite late at night.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Dillon townhouse. This cozy home away from home has everything you need. It is clean and well maintained. Just the right spot for a relaxing weekend. The view from the porch is breathtaking! With a short walk across the street, we found ourselves on a great walking path around the lake. The City Market is just around the corner and lots of shopping near by. We couldn't be happier with our stay here.

We really enjoyed the condo, the location, and the value. We'd stay here again! The condo is separated from the waterfront by the BIKE PATH(!!) and a quiet road. The deck and patio are nice and have a spectacular view to the south. The building is older, very solid, and quiet. The kitchen and the furnishings are dated but very functional. Various spices, oils, coffee, and tea have been left behind (which we really appreciated.) The bedrooms and bath are on the lower level and the kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The master has a walk-out slider to a patio, yard, street, bike trail, and Lake Dillion. Parking is close to the door and on the same level. There is no ski storage. We had one weird experience when a supposed security guard entered the unit during the day. He knocked, but my injured wife chose not to answer. He entered the unit and shouted security. He left promptly after my wife said 'security is not needed'. It was a bit unnerving to my wife to have a strange man enter the unit without an appointment. Initially, we were also concerned the visitor could have been a thief. We later confirmed with the owner that the building association does hire security. Again, we'd love to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at George and Annie’s lovely spot while in town for a 2-night concert at Dillon Amphitheater. The view was gorgeous and the condo was a short walk to the venue. So convenient, we were able to run back and forth as needed. The condo is comfortable, very clean, and the bathroom was redone and beautiful. We loved enjoying a meal on the deck overlooking the lake, such an incredible view! Everything was so thoughtfully curated, they have lots of little extras in case you forgot something at home. We will definitely stay here again!

The property had great views of the lake right from the porch and proximity to the ampitheater was a very short walk and perfect for us. Also was walking distance to a few restaurants as well which was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a great location! 10 minutes to Keystone. 25 minutes to Breck. Good value. Only negative I have is there isn’t a washer/dryer in the unit. Have to go a couple blocks to use a laundromat. However, there is a nice pub next to the laundromat, so not the worst thing.

The condo is perfectly located for literally anything you want to do wether it be in Dillon or any of the surrounding city's. The main purpose of our trip was to see two shows at the Dillon Amphitheater and this condo was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean, quiet, with everything we needed. The location, a 3-minute walk from the amphitheater, was perfect and unbelievably convenient when we had to evacuate the amphitheater for about an hour due to lightning. The property is older but well maintained and the mid-century modern decor takes advantage of this with charming touches like the conical enamel wood burning stove and the old wooden skis adorning the walls. The living room and deck look through the pine trees to the beautiful lake just across the street and the mountains beyond that.

Great location... everything went smoothly. Place a bit small for the four of us with only one bathroom. Guests liked the bedroom, master was fine except the bed was not that comfortable. Overall very enjoyable, we basically walked everywhere without having to drive. Recommend!
