The view is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is quiet and nice and the host is very helpfull!
The path to the property is somethimes heavy to climb, especially for the kids when they are tired in the evening.

The house is large, comfortable, and nicely equipped.
We were 6 adults, and the space was more than sufficient.
The rooms are very nice, and the beds comfortable.
The terrace is great, and the views are incredible.
One has to be in good physical shape to climb up to the house.
It is NOT appropriate for elderly guests, for people with walking difficulties or for anyone incapable of a 10 minutes steep climb.
Apart from that, better maintenance is required - many light bulbs needed replacement; several garden chairs on the terrace were broken; the terrace fence is shaky, and more.
Also, more kitchen equipmnent (pots, pans and the like) is required.

The climb uphill is really worth it! :)

Location is really peaceful with a stunning view of Volos below. The house is traditional, and simply furnished. Great for an escape from the rat race of congestion and cities.
A note is required on the accessibility of the property. Great for young mobile people, extremely difficult for the older or unfit bunch. I had my mom with me who struggled to make the way to the house. I suggest that you understand that walking is involved and not for the unfit!

Very polite and helpful host, always accessible via phone for any further help/clarifications.
The house was very clean and comfortable, all facilities/devices working perfectly.
The kitchen was equipped with things essential for cooking (salt, pepper etc), coffee (and a coffee machine and a shaker) and butter and with every tool needed to cook.
The view was exceptional, it was very nice to hang out in the balcony both during the day and in the evenings.
The house is in a quite remote location from the other houses, so we did not have to worry about disturbing the neighbours or being disturbed by anyone.
As mentioned, the house is in quite a remote location, so in order to get there one has to walk about 5-7 minutes from the central square of the village. However, this was definitely not a prohibitive element, as even with this downside, the whole experience was perfect for all of us, even the less athletic ones :D.

The house is at a great location, with view all over Volos. Excellent as a winter (and summer probably) refuge, available fireplace and central heating.
It is a few minutes walk up the paved roads on foot, but worth it. Pack lightly!

The best view ever
Great hospitality
You need to walk from the center
But it worth the bother

We loved the house, 3 big rooms with 3 bathrooms (2 en suite and one separate).
Very quiet, magnificent view, room to barbecue, perfect !
Host is very friendly and helped carry luggage.
We found the way up to the house quite difficult, high up ( 200 meter climb) .
Difficult to manoeuvre.
If you want to Enjoy the town, square, eateries down, this is Probably not your place.
If you are not afraid of a climb and want peace and quiet this is it!
But do not forget to get groceries from Volos and log them up!!
Improvements could be made on the chairs outside ( Maybe a lounger?) and the handrailing ( not secure, so don’t lean on it)
