About this house rental
This is truly the perfect beach house! Come enjoy the cool summer breezes and water views of the Atlantic Ocean, Point Judith Lighthouse, Jamestown's Beavertail Point and the East Passage to Newport Harbor. This 6 large bedroom and 3 bath home has a great layout, for families to have a great vacation, with eat in kitchen, dining area and outside grilling area deck off kitchen and living room. You will be within walking distance to 5 restaurants, an ice cream stand, clam cakes and chowder hall and a short drive or bike ride to 3 outstanding family beaches: Sand Hill Cove, Fisherman's Beach and Scarborough Beach. Narragansett Pier and Town Beach is just a few miles down the road from Scarborough Beach with shops, food and surf rentals. You are also minutes away to the Block Island Ferry, for day trips, Fishing boats and Marinas or take a walk to the Point Judith Lighthouse. There are endless area activities available for you and your family to stay busy or simply place your beach chairs and toes in the sand and RELAX!

Located off Point Judith Road, it's near 2 main beaches ,a state park and many places to eat. The house easily fits a large family and has what you need. Only issue is the small grass yard which is why we rated it a 4. In every other way, it's a five!

My extended family and I loved the property. The house was extremely clean, in excellent condition and very well stocked. The mattresses were very comfortable and the linens provided were good quality. The kitchen was really well stocked. We loved the location with workability to the lighthouse and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and all the other local amenities was great. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this house! It was perfect. Each guest had her own bedroom and the common space was perfect for hanging. It was super convenient to get to the beaches and local eateries. Highly recommend this house!

This home was very clean and spacious! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to everything. We were a family with 7 adults and 1 infant and it was perfect. There are AC units all over so it was comfortable… not to mention the pleasant breeze on the deck when the AC was off. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Also nice to have an outdoor shower and full sized laundry. Would recommend this home to anyone!

My family and I loved our stay! 11 people total. 6 adults 5 kids fit perfectly. The house was very Clean! Nice outdoor shower. I Liked that the linens and bath towels came wrapped so that you know they are clean /new. Nice view from the deck. 5 min walk to Aunt Carrie’s ice cream and Iggys. 2-3 min drive to Scarborough or Roger wheeler. Great spot!

We stayed at this Vrbo residence for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The location was amazing and so easy to go to Point Judith to hop on the ferry. The house was so spacious and clean. The deck is such a nice touch and we all loved having our morning coffee there. Thank you for letting us stay and giving us an opportunity to create lifelong memories!

Overall very positive stay. Property just as advertised, clean, lots of rooms. No central AC but had ample window units which kept the place cool. Very central location in terms of all the beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

The property’s location was perfect. It was near some great restaurants, all within walking distance. Only a three minut drive to the beach. The house was really nice, although the living room / dining room area was on the small size. The house sleeps up to 12 but it would be very difficult to put 12 people in the living room. The dining room was also quite crowded. It had a nice long table with benches on the sides And dining chairs on the ends. It was a tight squeeze getting in and out one of the benches due to a small refrigerator tucked in the room and a counter that jutted out from the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. I have to admit I missed my gas stove but we managed all week with the glass top. The owner was very responsive. She ways replied to my emails promptly. I would stay here again but problem will look for a beach front property next year..

Perfect Property
This location was great! Minutes from the beach and local restaurants. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and fit our large group of 10 with extra room. The host responded promptly with questions and even made a trip by when we needed something. She was also helpful in recommendations on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Phenomenal!
Beach getaway- close to all convenience stores, ferry, beach. We were never board, quiet neighborhood and so relaxing. Literally a dream and would totally recommend. Can’t wait to be back! The property itself is amazing!

Great location!
Four adults and four kids stayed here in July. On the positive side, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, AC worked well, and the location was fantastic. We could walk to Roger Wheeler Beach (15 minutes), Aunt Carries, and Iggy's. Another plus was the owner was very responsive.
If I had to critique the place I would say it does seem more geared toward the college students that stay there during the school year. I don't know if most places in the area are the same but compared to my usual VRBO experiences, I found the accoutrement that makes a VRBO home more personalized was missing - no bikes, no board games, no DVDs, no beach gear or beach towels. It would have been nice but it didn't bother us in part because we had family driving up that could bring some gear. IF we were only visiting by plane it would have been a bit harder. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would gladly stay again.

Great Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful getaway. The house was a great layout with plenty of room. We drove under 5 minutes to the beach and were able to walk to Iggys and Aunt Carries for dinner and ice cream. Property manager was accommodating and easy to communicate with! Overall, great experience!

Great Beach House for a Big Group
My friends and I really enjoyed this house. The layout is awesome for a big group and the location is great - close proximity to a number of restaurants and beaches. And very close to the Block Island ferry. Outdoor shower is a nice touch too. Had great communication with the host throughout and would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful House /Fantastic Location
Our families had a wonderful time staying here. The house was immaculate and so inviting. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable (with kids we were a party of 13) with plenty of extra blankets and extra pillows. I appreciated that the house came with some of the little stuff like hand soap for the bathrooms, dish soap and dish washer detergent to name a few. We had plenty of towel sets for everyone and the outdoor shower was perfect after beach day's. Our family enjoyed the deck at night to just unwind after the kids went to bed. Thanks for a wonderful time, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect house for a beach getaway
The home is very clean (almost everything seemed to be brand new condition!) with comfortable linens & towels provided in each of the 6 bedrooms. Having 3 full bathrooms on each floor was very convenient. Communication with Dianne was easy & she was extremely responsive. Had a minor bathroom issue the first day & she had it fixed within a couple short hours. Close to great food, Roger Wheeler beach and all that Narragansett has to offer. Highly recommend this house to large groups!
