The apartment was modern, clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was close to Entrance No 2, a 1 km walk down and a rather steep return. it had all the amenities you need plus the added advantage of a washing machine, drier and plenty of parking in the street.

Unfortunately we couldn’t book into the apartment until 5pm due to cleaning staff shortages so we were waiting around for a few hours however we did know this before booking. There were hundreds of mosquitos so we couldn’t utilise the balcony. There were no restaurants to walk to but a good supermarket so we ate at home.

Superb

Loved the apartment and the interiors as well. The property is well equipped. A convenience store is just around the corner for all the basics needed.A comfortable stay overall!

We traveled by bus from Zagreb so the walk from the bus stop to the property was challenging but mainly because of the cold weather and rain that followed. The same issue happened when we had to walk about 2 kms for our bus back to Zagreb. This is Oct 2022.

Perfect for Plitvice

This apartment was fabulous. We did not expect much, as the outside of the building is nondescript. Inside, it is a different story. The apartment has been thoughtfully and recently renovated. The owners have succeeded in including everything for a very comfortable stay: washing machine, dryer, good shower, dishwasher, good kitchen equipment, good sized fridge, comfortable bed, throw rugs, heating, nice balcony and balcony setting. All this, and only 15 minutes' walk to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. There's even a small grocery shop and pizzeria close by, even though the suburb itself is pretty small.

Strategic location in Plitvice area. Easy access to market, eateries and next to Entrance 2. Damir & Sanja both are very prompt to welcome us and attend to our needs! We very enjoy the stay

Heater tend to be too warm inside the room even didn’t turn it on cause the main pipe was inside the room. However we good with that :)

We had the most enjoyable stay at this great apartment

The apartment was the best we have had since we have started traveling three weeks ago! Excellent facilities and equipment. Very close to the Plitvich entrance - close to a shop, stocked with basics such as tea and coffee and cooking spices - a very friendly hostess.

There is nothing which we did not like!

Beautifully equipped and comfortable apartment- just ignore the outside.

This is the best furnished and equipped apartment we stayed in Croatia (and the most expensive). It had pretty much everything you could want including a washing machine and dryer. It was clean and well maintained internally and whilst I found the bed a little small (two singles pushed together), it was comfortable. It is very close to Gate2 of the park. The renters instructions were very comprehensive. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away.

Whilst having a balcony was great, the woodwork of the balcony and the table and chairs need a good sanding down and repainting/varnishing. They look very shabby. The view from the balcony is very uninspiring. The front of the building is way over due for repainting- see picture.

Nice apartment

It's a nice experience. The position of the apartment is very great, it takes 15 mins by walking to the gate 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and nice, alll the facilities in kitchen and bathroom are provided. The landlord is very kind, she provided the process of fast check-in before we arriving, and advised lots of traveling guides and recommendated nice restaurants. I stayed 5 nights and really recommendate it to the people who wants to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

The only problem is the poor sound insulation of the apartment, I can clearly hear the cries of some neighbor's children every night.

I have zero complaints about this accommodation... and you will too.

Had I properly read the information ahead of check-in I wouldn't have been so stressed upon arrival, but when Sanja came out (they live next door) everything was smooth. There was explanation of the property, of the area and how to store luggage after you check-out while you visit the Lakes. I have zero complaints about this accommodation, we were able to do some much needed laundry, and buy some groceries to have dinner on the balcony.. I especially like watching the cats below judge me from their slice of heaven.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to go back

The cleanest and most practical lodging in our 10 day Croatia trip. On the ground floor of an apartment building, 2 min walk to a supermarket with all the essentials. Close to gate 2 of Plitvice national park. Everything you need is included, dishwasher, pots and pans, condiments and oils…etc. It even has a washer AND a dryer! Love our 2 nights stay here, truly a home away from home!

Comfy apartment and great location

Excellent accommodation and excellent location. The place was very close to the Plitvice lakes. There is also a market around the corner and we were able to do groceries there. The apartment was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything one might need for a vacation. We also had access to Netflix on the TV which was a plus. We were also able to do our laundry thanks to the complete washing and drying facilities in the apartment. Wonderful hosts. Sanja also welcomed us with fresh fruits. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Our arriving time change, with good communication the host placed our keycard on a specific hidden place so we could still enter the apartment. Later in the evening she came to the apartment to welcome us and explain everything about the area. She was very kind and lovely and the apartment was really clean and equipped.

Best place to stay & walk to Plitvice Lakes, hands-down, for up to 4 people! Spotless & comfy!

Only spent one night w/wife & 14 year old daughter while visiting Plitvice Lakes Nat'l Park the next day; kept the car there & simply walked back when done. The location to the park entrance (#2) is easy, only a 15 minute walk, plus there's a small market in the Village for basic needs. The flat itself is terrific, being fully appointed & the washer/dryer units & kitchen appliances worked great, as we cooked something that evening from the market. Very comfortable place & the owners were great & very responsive. Highly recommended if visiting Plitvice Lakes, especially for weary travelers!

Nothing really to speak of on the flat...only addition might be if we couldn't connect to have a keypad entrance, though the owners live nearby in the Village. Also, the directions via navigation were incorrect, which is really a function of lack of cellular coverage...I would suggest the owners to write directions for customers - which they might have - I just didn't have it handy when driving past the entrance by 10km on way down from Zagreb.

The location to the national park was great. The air conditioning worked well and the WiFi was fast. The apartment was well appointed and even had a dryer in addition to a washing machine (which has been incredibly rare in our travels through Europe). There was also a grocery store nearby and the host was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding routes in the park and good restaurant options.

Location was perfect if you are visiting the lakes (Entrance 2). Super clean home. Very cute! Hosts were extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know about home and about the area. Quiet area. Right next to a market to stock up on snacks and picnic lunch to go to the lakes.

first of all I must mention the excellent communication and instructions for accommodation, friendly owner even though we didn't meet directly a modern and comfortable apartment, well equipped, cosy space We left the car at the house and walked to the entrance number 2
