Rarely found is the true ski-in/ski-out property as centrally located to all the action at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as the Cody House. Located right at the base of the Bridger Gondola, it is also home to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's Kids' Ranch, taking the words "convenient location" to new heights! When you step outside the building, you'll find multiple lift options including the Teewinot lift and Sweetwater Gondola as well as the Bridger Gondola. This makes it an ideal location for skiers of all ability levels, providing access to beginner, intermediate and expert terrain via these lifts without having to trek to another section of the mountain. For easy access to fresh powder turns on the upper mountain, the experts in your group can simply clip into their skis or boards and slide a short distance downhill to the Aerial Tram, beating all the skiers who had to drive to the mountain then park and walk to the Tram!
Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. All are beautifully decorated, and each offers a gourmet kitchen, fireplace in the living room and a million-dollar view! With only four units in the building, staying in Cody House offers a very special opportunity to be amongst the few with such convenient access to everything Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has to offer.
Stepping into Cody House C, you'll stop in your tracks as you take in the stunning slope-side views through the soaring two-story windows that look out on the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This home has wonderful light and is professionally decorated with rich, high quality furniture, art, and numerous extra special touches that make you feel right at home. Take a few more steps into the inviting two-story living room appointed with plush overstuffed furniture smartly arranged for conversation, games, watching the flat screen TV, or taking in the views of the mountains and skiers. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper. Enjoy grilling on the deck in the summer evenings. Many beautiful fine art paintings placed throughout the home add to the feeling of luxury.
To the right of the entry foyer lies a circular stairway leading to the loft. Beyond that lies the kitchen and the dining room which has seating for eight, a lovely chandelier and scenic landscape paintings. While somewhat set off from the living room in its own space, the dining room is open to the living room on one side, allowing easy movement between the two rooms. The cooks in your group will appreciate the large opening in the wall over the kitchen sink, enabling them to engage with those in the living and dining rooms. The gourmet kitchen is nicely appointed with granite countertops, beautiful wooden cabinetry and floors, coordinating wood-paneled refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and small appliances.
To the left of the front entry lies a hallway containing closets, one which houses the washer and dryer, and a well-appointed half bath along the hallway to the master bathroom and bedroom. The spacious master bathroom features a large jetted bathtub, walk-in glass and tiled shower, lots of vanity countertop space and tiled floors. Beyond the bathroom, step into the sanctuary of the tastefully decorated master bedroom with king-size bed, matching overstuffed chair and ottoman, small flat screen tv and windows overlooking the mountain base area.
The circular staircase leads upstairs to the loft area, which also benefits from the expansive mountain views afforded by the cathedral ceilings in the living room. This room is outfitted as a second bedroom, with a queen bed and twin bed. The luxurious bedding textiles, overstuffed chair and ottoman, wrought iron bedroom furniture and western photographs make this space especially inviting. There is a bathroom on this level and a child gate at the top of the spiral staircase.
Parking: One parking space is available in the private, underground parking garage. There is also a ski/board/boot storage locker on the garage level dedicated just for this unit. In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base. In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply. Please plan accordingly

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area and a short 5 minute drive to the south gate of Grand Teton National Park. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier's paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets' Couloir, has long been known for its' steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn't end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.

The condo was incredible. It could not have been in a better location. It was also spacious and clean. The check-in and check-out process was beyond frustrating. I work in hospitality and I've always had great experiences working with people in the business, because it usually comes down to helping other people out. When I arrived I had just gotten off a 30 hour travel day and all I wanted was to at least store my luggage somewhere. The property was not only unable to offer early check-in, but they wouldn't even let me drop my bags early unless I paid $100. I understand a rule is a rule and that is their policy, but come on! Sometimes it's nice to help someone out. They were also unable to help us with late check out for unknown reasons. I highly doubt a new group was coming in on Monday.

Amazing Winter Getaway!
We stayed here for a wedding we were attending at the Four Seasons. Location was perfect distance to everything in the village!
We also got a grocery service to delivery groceries for us before our arrival which was perfect.
Everyone was so responsive and got us everything we needed!

Fantastic location!
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cody House C! The condo was clean and comfortable, but you really can’t beat the location and views. Staying on the mountain and watching the gondolas added so much to our visit.

On Hill in Jackson Hole
Location, location, location. On hill, just steps to the Bridger gondola and located directly above a kids mini slope. Amazing spot for a family or friends who want to ride hard all day before retiring to a sick spot in Teton Village. The view out the main living room windows is absolutely amazing and you can retrace runs from the day.

Nice Relaxing Condo
We were quite pleased with our stay. The condo had a wonderful space feel. Plenty of room to stretch and relax. Located within walking distance to restaurants in Teton Village. Very clean. Only negative, master needs a new TV, I did not think they made TVs that small anymore.
