This was our first trip to Maui and I feel so blessed to have found this beautiful condo with stunning views for my family! We had an amazing time at this property. The condo is beautiful with high end finishes and the owner’s thought of everything you would need to have a comfortable stay for your vacation. The views were absolutely stunning and the sounds of the ocean at night was so calming. The owners, property manager and staff were all so helpful and kind. We stayed at this condo for a week and had an amazing vacation! The condo has incredible views of the ocean, palm trees and beach. You can see the famous Maui sunset from inside the condo and on the lanai. The interior of the condo is beautiful and has several high-end finishes and cool Maui-themed decor. The beach is only steps away from the condo. The ocean reef right next to the building has some of the best snorkeling on the island. We also enjoyed spending time in the pool, which has a great view of the beach and ocean. The owners were exceptionally helpful with suggestions for us on what to do while in Maui. We loved our stay and plan on returning.

This condo in the Mana Kai Resort in Kihei, Maui is simply amazing.
First, the location is great. Far enough away from the elevators so no foot traffic, quiet, and with unobstructed ocean views. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset over the ocean from this condo.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to make a meal. The fridge is huge. I ended up eating breakfast and lunch in the condo and going out for dinner. There was some local Maui coffee and other goodies to get me started.
The condo is beautifully decorated in coastal and island decor with lovely, local artwork. The bed was super comfy with more than enough pillows. Everything has been totally updated. The bathroom is gorgeous and there is tons of storage space.
My favorite part was the balcony. Sitting outside at all hours watching and listening to the ocean was good for the soul.
The building has a well-equipped workout room, a little free library in the basement, washers and dryers on every floor, security at night, an assigned parking space, a pool, and a rental facility for snorkeling gear and beach chairs.
You can also use the building lounge chairs on the lawn area. There is a reservation guide on the first level who can book tours for you as well.
The owner was very helpful in terms of recommendations and suggestions on restaurants.

John and Sarah have the most beautiful home on the beach with amazing views and comfort. The condo is even more gorgeous than the pictures featured. Morning beach walks, golf right around the corner, whale watching from lanai along with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day.

Joan & Sara’s place is a fantastic choice for our little vacation of family three (with a toddler)! John and Sara have been so accommodating with early check in and most importantly the complimentary crib for our little boy! Everything they have done simply made our stay so essy and comfortable, let alone the considerably designed and stocked rooms and the breathtaking views right from the balcony! With the location so close to beach, pool and Kihei restaurants, we had fun every single day! We highly recommend John and Sara’s wonderful place!

We have checked out several condos at the Mana Kai for the past 20+ years, and this is our favorite…we have stayed there four times now!
Spectacular view - closest to the ocean; high-end, gorgeous furnishings; and fully stocked kitchen! It really is a great value for the price, considering hotel costs in Kihei/Wailea. The owners are also great to work with - super responsive to any questions/issues we had.
The property is just steps away from one of the best beaches in Maui, and the pool and BBQ area on property is well-maintained and used often by our family.
Can’t wait to return next year!🏝️

Our family of 4 loved our stay in Maui in this unit. Plenty of room for us to have our own space & our teenage daughters to have theirs. We were delighted to have the beach, snorkeling & that lovely lawn space right downstairs. Beautiful turtles seemed to enjoy swimming near the rock with the other ocean lovers & posed great for photos. Food nearby was delicious—never went hungry or thirsty. Everyone we came across gave off great aloha vibes.

The owners are very responsive and attentive, and they thought of everything that a guest might need.
The property is VERY clean and management is attentive. Access to the ocean is great, and we swam with sea turtles just about everyday.

We’ve been staying at the Mana Kai for 20+ years, found John and Sara’s place a few years ago and have not stayed elsewhere since. Their communication is great. Their property manager is on it. They make a great team, always going above and beyond for us, making our stays easy and memorable. The unit has been remodeled beautifully and they continue to maintain and improve. Perfectly situated so both bedrooms have an ocean view. Nicely appointed and equipped. Already booked our next visit!

My husband, two children and I were fortunate enough to stay in this condo around the holidays. From the moment we walked in the door, we were speechless with the cleanliness, the luxurious updates throughout the entire condo, and of course - that view!! Listening to the waves crash made for an amazing nights rest (the beds are also very comfortable). The beach is right out the door, and it’s probably the nicest beach I’ve been on! Great for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, walking and playing in the sand. Great location with easy access to Shops at Wailea and Kihei. The Mana Kai property is lovely, a nice size…not too big and very secure. John and Sara were great to work with and we loved the welcome basket they provided at the beginning of our stay. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Hopefully someday…Thank you, John and Sara for welcoming us. We loved every moment and it’s evident the amount of care you put into your home.

This was our first trip to Maui. This was one of the best Condo, we have stayed in. My kids absolutely loved it, it felt like home. It had everything you could ask for. The view is just breathtaking and to hear the sound of the waves every morning was just magical. The property manager was very quick with communication. I had requested the owner for extra 2 hours to check out on our last day. The owner ( John) called me within 5 minutes and let us stay extra few hours. We will for sure be staying in the same condo in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home Sara an John.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! I am an avid researcher of properties before booking. One of the things I noticed about this property was the attention to detail, cleanliness and outstanding communication from the property owners. The reviews are true, and the star rating, just. We loved sleeping to the sounds of the waves every night and enjoying a glass of wine with a perfect sunset and a cup of coffee with a perfect sunrise. It is a million dollar view and a time that we will never forget. Thank you again John & Sara for being more than accommodating, fair and clear in all communications. We hope to return!

First off John and Sara were wonderful host, they definitely went out of their way to ensure our family vacations would be a memorable one. (They even checked on us after our stay to make sure my family was ok in Lahaina).
The place was beautiful and well remodeled. You can tell all the little details were put in the home to make it truly a vacation home. Everything you could think of that you would need was there like lawn chairs, ice chest (big or small), Towels, appliances and even Q- tips which every vacation you plan on bringing but always forget. The place was spacious and clean and they even had a toto toilet (google it :) ).
The place was located only a short driving distance from Wailea shopping mall and Fairmount hotel and the property itself was right on the beach. Every evening you could sit on the grass of use the facilities chairs to watch the sun set and in the morning wake up and rent a paddle board for your morning excercise. If you are looking for a great family spot to enjoy your Maui vacation, I would highly recommend this location. We plan on returning ! We truly enjoyed John and Sara’s gorgeous condo. It has beautiful views of the ocean from their balcony. The front desk and condo manager provided excellent service as well. There is a general store downstairs that is helpful for picking up lunch if you want to stay around the property during the day. John and Sara we very attentive to our every need. Thank you!

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in while visiting Maui. Mana Kai is a beautiful property and we have vacationed here before, but this is by far the best unit we've ever stayed in. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the view were all amazing. The unit is beautiful and the online pics do not do it justice. We don't cook on vacation, but if you did, the unit is stocked with everything you'd need to create an amazing meal. The beds were comfy, the master bathroom had a state of the art Japanese Bidet toilet and the owners have thought of everything down to the welcome basket we received when we arrived. My sister and I surprised our mom with a trip to Maui for a milestone birthday. We had such a wonderful time at John and Sara’s - the view is even more beautiful than the photos. The place itself was clean, organized, thoughtful and had everything we could possibly need to feel at home, cook if we felt like it, or order in.
The beach itself is stunning, and the unit is perfectly located within minutes to lots of restaurants and stores.
Can’t recommend John and Sara’s more! They were wonderful hosts and I look forward to visiting again.

Amazing stay! If you wanted to, you could stay in the condo and on property your entire stay. The view is so beautiful. The condo is very upscale but also comfortable and homey. It's probably one of the best beaches right outside your door. This is a place you want to be at if you want to relax and just enjoy the aloha. In my opinion not a condo you want to leave all the time if you plan on running around seeing every last thing on the Island. We hope to return soon for more relaxation.
