Comfortable and spacious unit overlooking the lovely beach

Very clean and tidy. Loved being close to the ocean. Really enjoyed our stay!

Flat had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Would have been nice to have a braai facility at the front of the flat. Also the picture that is shown of the flat is actually of no 18 I think so it looks like there is no sand dune directly in front of no8. Also to unload our car from the parking inside to the back door was a bit of a mission, but when we packed up we parked the bakkie in front of the flat and that was way easier to load all our stuff in.

VERY RUDE OWNER (not Noxi)

Noxi was lovely, she met with us to hand over keys and was very friendly

The owner is VERY RUDE. We found out we had booked the wrong day and not the day we arrived, I immediately returned to the property (was at a grocery store and had not unpacked or moved in) and handed back the keys. I asked the owner if we could change our dates, she was incredibly rude and refused to change the date or give me any refund. After contacting Booking.com, they helped me to change the date (I had to pay more money). We also found out that the property had been broken into on multiple occasions, just read the google reviews so I gave the booking to a male friend.

Comfortable enough, clean and close to the beach

Clean, lovely sea view and comfortably furnished with all you need in a kitchen.

The bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable and need replacing on all beds. The street lights shine directly into the bed room windows. While the location offers great proximity to beach and a beautiful view, it is also on the roadside and a parking lot with an eatery and the Saturday night noise was loud.

A happy family holiday- Mostly!

I really enjoyed the unit as a whole. The place was very warm in winter, and it suited our family. We could walk out to the beach and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was perfect and the place was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful, and helped us get in when our key fell off the keyring. The place felt very safe with the beams. It was quiet and there was always hot water.

The WiFi might as well not have been there. It was so slow, it could not load a webpage. An upgrade is seriously needed. You have this beautiful smart TV in the lounge, but can't use it because the WiFi is pathetic. And the double bed is so uncomfortable. The right side has completely collapsed, and eventually I slept downstairs on a single mattress to get some sleep. The mattress should be upgraded, because the quality of the apartment deserves more.

Long drive to and from Port Alfred only to have a stay that was dictated by the power availability

The location was perfect. however no views and views were impaired by the dunes.

The beds need to be replaced. The load shedding issues was a true inconvenience. During load shedding there is no water as we were reliant on the water pumps. there was only one emergency light. Load shedding was at 3 hours of 3 intervals per day. This was a total of 45 hours of load shedding during our stay.

On friday and saturday evening Quidos was very moisy until 2 am and then all the people partied in parking lot in front of apartments until after 3 am.So didnt sleep well.

Warning do not stay here!!!!!! First of all wifi didnt work the entire stay. Window in lounge right side does not open. Fan in one bedroom wasn't working and its was so hot. I had to buy my own just to make it bareable. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacement so uncomfortable!! Host wasnt friendly and helpful at all. Rather argumetitive. I honestly will never book it settle sand again.

My entire stay was just frustrating.

Location is great. A couple of extra comfy chairs in the lounge would be welcomed.

Location was perfect

Kitchen is clean and lovely but not stocked well. No grater. No braai dishes. No hand broom. A few tupperware items would also have been welcomed.
