Appartement très bien mais environnement bruyant.

La propreté, les commodités,l,emplacement par rapport au centre ville et les propriétaires super sympa ,le petit déjeuner compris...

Nous avons passés une très mauvaise nuit jusqu'à 7h du matin à cause du bruit du bar et sa clientèle située juste en dessous de l appartement, mais c était un samedi soir donc on peut comprendre et surtout c est pas de la faute des propriétaires mais il est important de le savoir....

Me gustó mucho su ubicación cerca de la estación de autobuses Plaza de Armas y del centro ,todo muy limpio, sábanas y colchones cómodos . Tenía dos habitaciones con unos ventanales preciosos . El aire acondicionado se podía poner independiente en cada estancia . Su cocinita con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar un par de días. Cogimos desayuno incluido que por cierto estaba riquísimo y el camarero que nos atendió muy agradable, dejámos allí las maletas para que nos las guardara . Todo genial, un 10.

Faltaba la tabla de la plancha y la plancha muy necesaria porque los trajes que los llevábamos muy arrugados .

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien placé et bien équipé a proximité des lieux de

L’emplacement proche du centre et du quartier de Triana. On a trouvé un parking public facilement. Notre logement était plus spacieux que prévu. Bien équipé et joli. Génial pour un voyage en famille. Le petit dejeuner compris se prend dans une cafétéria un peu plus loin dans la rue. Il est t’épargnait à mon goût ( café+tostada au choix+jus de fruit). Et l’accueil sympathique.

Une cafetière dans la chambre serait un petit plus.

Relación calidad-precio perfecto

La amabilidad del personal, nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in y nos proporcionó todas las instrucciones necesarias. La ubicación perfecta, tanto para ir al centro de Sevilla como para ir a Triana. Y el desayuno incluido muy completo y muy amables. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora indicada por disponibilidad. Relación calidad - precio mas que aceptable para el apartamento tan moderno y equipado y ubicación.

It’s outwith the hosts control as they have shutters on the windows to keep out some noise

The apartment was located within easy reach of every thing interesting.

Although the location for getting around was excellent the outside noise was unbearable until around 2 30 am between the traffic & the party revellers shouting in the street.

Polecamy, udany pobyt

Czysty, przestronny apartament dla 4 osób. Kilka minut spacerkiem od Katedry. W sąsiedztwie 2 parkingi, cena 21euro za dobę. Ogromny taras na dachu. Kontakt z właścicielami doskonały poprzez maila i whatsApp. Śniadanie w sąsiedztwie składało się z ogromnego tosta z szynką i pomidorami, soku z pomarańczy, kawy. Serdecznie polecamy!

Sin duda repetiría el mismo sitio.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Desayuno completo y muy bueno.

Podrían tener una pequeña estancia, donde poder tener el equipaje antes de entrar en el apartamento, lo pudimos dejar de almacén del bar, encima de unas botellas, más que nada era por los abrigos,de todas formas agradecidas porque nos guardan el equipaje y así nosotros podemos disfrutar de la ciudad.

Tolle Lage für einen Sevilla Trip. Vollausgestattete Wohnung.

Super Lage, nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Cooles Design. Für 2 Personen viel Platz. Kurzer Weg zum Parkhaus Paseo Colon. Ausreichendes spanisches Frühstück im Lokal im Erdgeschoss.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus und aus dem Abfluss im Bad.

Todo nos encanto del alojamiento y la amabilidad Por parte del bar en proporcionarnos el desayuno la noche anterior ya que madrugábamos …volvería a repetir

Quizás el olor a alcantarilla que venía de vez en cuando y por supuesto el problema de aparcar pero algo que es normal en pleno centro

The location is perfect. Appointment is nice and clean. With all facilities that you need. Even ice cubes are ready in the freezer. 😊 The restaurant downstairs serves tasty food with good prices. 👍

Good stay in general. Need to remember that this is a self-service apartment rather than a hotel.

Apartment was well equipped and of good quality. Location near the Triana bridge was good too

There does not seem to be an official contact person to deal with non-routine scenarios. It is especially difficult if you do not know Spanish. We arrived 2 hours before check-in time. We wanted to store our luggage somewhere. I expected to find a lobby with someone at reception. But there is no such thing. There is just the door to the building which is locked and we felt stranded. Ultimately, one of the waitresses at the restaurant helped us to store our bags in the storeroom which stores the restaurant kitchen supplies. She was very kind but since we did not know Spanish communication was a huge challenge. I felt rather guilty interrupting her multple times using Google Translate while she was serving restaurant customers. The apartment itself was excellent and comfortable for our family of 4. We had no problems once we got in. The free breakfast was simple but decent. We ended up ordering and paying for some extra items and I had no problems with that. The food was tasty and service was good.

Attractive, trendy apartment with lovely roof terrace off the upstairs bedroom.

Very disappointing basic breakfast served at the cafe. Did not include any of the exciting looking options shown on the cafe’s menu for non-resident’s breakfasts.
