This custom-built home features 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and is nestled on the canal with views for miles. With professional coastal decor throughout the home, you’ll love that each bedroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom, making it a perfect place to stay with friends and family while still having a little privacy to unwind at the end of a long day of fun in the sun. The kitchen features custom cabinets, high-end appliances, marble counters, and outstanding tile work. Everything you would expect out of a luxury vacation rental! The open floor plan allows for your entire group to socialize for a happy hour while dinner is being prepared.
On the main level of this home, you will find a half bath and 3 bedrooms, all of which feature private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. Worked out perfect. The oldest kids got their own rooms and the youngest siblings paired off to get bunk rooms. Having enough king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for the 3 groups of parents was perfect. All families were thrilled with the house and the amenities in the lanai. Grill, pool table, kayaks for the canal, ping pong, mini golf, bar w/ tv, spa, and pool.

This house had kayaks and beach chairs and a beach wagon and lots of fun stuff. We walked to a beautiful white sand beach which was not crowded. Plenty of dishes. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool was warm. The TV was huge. No complaints. Close to food places. Really awesome. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer.

This house was perfect for us very clean near the beach and in great shape. More importantly the company managing the property I believe AMI was amazing. They were so quick to respond and friendly and when something would arise they were on it in minutes. Really made our stay special

DREAM VACATION HOME
I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was perfect for all of our needs and the house being on the water in the bay is amazing and so fun to utilize The kayak and paddleboards at sunset. Just a dream come true family reunion and this house was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom too. Just amazing place. We will be back.

We rented two properties that AMI Locals runs. One was Hidden Treasure and the other After Dune Delight. Hidden Treasure was amazing. Plenty of space to enjoy 16 of us in the house. We had places to swim and play, quiet living space and then the rooms and bathrooms made it more private when needing time away from crowd. All in all a great place to stay. Both places were nice, clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect property for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. We had plenty of space to gather in the living room and by the pool. The ensuite bathrooms gave everyone privacy as well. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to have an amazing weekend.

We had a great time. The house is located so close to so many things. We rented a boat each day from the marina and it was easy to get there quickly. Restaurants are close as is the beach. The house pool was a hit with our 4-8 year old grandkids and the moms loved sitting on chairs in the pool too! The neighbors are close and can be a bit loud but when you are in the house you really can’t hear anything happening outside.

It was great family time !!
With an exception of little things the stay was great. Very closed to the beach, publix and others places. kitchen well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Spa never work because the controller was broken and we called many times but nobody went to fix it.

Family Vacation
The house was great and perfectly sized for our group. It is a beautiful place! The location was convenient to just about everything on the island. We had a minor issue with the key pad on arrival but it was taken care of. The only difficulty we had was with the parking and narrow street. Construction is going on next door but it looks like it will be completed soon. The only recommendation I have for the property is to get another refrigerator. With the amount of people the house can occupy it surely would have come in handy.

Great home and great location.
We had a group of 6 couples and this was the perfect property. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which made our adult group vacation very efficient! Home was very nice and clean. Only recommendations or critics is that we cooked a lot and the stove was awful and got way too hot. There seemed to be some issues with it as it was an electric stove. There was also very limited cooking utensils and pans. If you plan to cook, you might consider bringing your own pots and pans. It was an overall great trip and our first trip to AMI, but definitely not our last!

Great stay on the Gulf
The property was perfect for our occasion. We had planned a wedding on short notice and had family come in from all over the country. The large bedrooms all with their own bathroom was ideal for us. The property was well maintained with modern appliances and fixtures. We had contacted the management company twice during our stay and both interactions were pleasant and we found them to be very accommodating. The location of this property is great, centrally located and easy to find, however the streets are tight and parking is limited but don’t let that deter you just plan accordingly. Check in checkout were easy and straightforward. Will definitely return in the future.

Quiet And Quaint Except for the construction next door and I mean full swing construction starting at 7 am every day. This is something that definitely should be addressed ahead of time.
The house itself is absolutely beautiful in everyway and is extremely comfortable for large parties and has mostly everything you need for cooking. The are no staples in the house but is to be expected at most VRBO houses. Just be prepared. The area itsself is beyound beautiful and is great for just relaxing. The whole houseful was able to walk to alot of places as it is very conviently located and we felt safe.

The property was everything that was shown to us on the website. It was a pleasure staying there. Just a couple housekeeping notes; the freezer door was loose there were bulbs burnt out above the kitchen counter there needs to be a light hanging over the main dining area and there was a bedside lamp that was broken and not functional in one of the upstairs bedrooms before we got there. I think it would be to your benefit to leave a few more garbage bags and an extra roll of paper towels. As well as small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Thank you for everything we will come again.

This condo provided an excellent place for our extended family. From ages 6 to 65, we all found a place to relax. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Enjoy your stay!
