Large comfortable home that provides plenty of space for family dinners, games and puzzle building. Floor plan of home also provides areas for quiet relaxation too. Love the vintage charm and the lake access right from the back yard. Breakwater Beach, Whip & Dip, GOTL strip and Wineries are conveniently only a few miles away.

We had a great stay at Grandview Manor. Large house with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Lots of places to view the lake- screened in porch or gazebo or picnic tables. Already planned to stay again this summer!

We found the house to be very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We gravitated to the gazebo which had a table that seated 6 which worked great for playing games. The fire pit was wonderful and the owners left plenty of wood for us. The grill worked very well. The restaurant down the street, Driftwood Point, is walkable and a very good place to eat. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we don’t have any complaints.

Grandview is a view that has to be experienced from the charming old manor and yard. Breathtaking sunsets, thunderstorms, stars, blue skies the view is ever changing and you have a front seat. Home has plenty of room for family and friends. Close to all activities but yard and private beach no need to leave. Plant to return

This was our second year at Grandview and we have already booked our trip for next summer. My family loves the fully equipped kitchen, we cooked a 5 course French dinner and had all the amenities needed. Love the historical aspects of the home, cedar closets, beautiful tile work in the bathrooms and large porch overlooking the lake. Highly recommend!

Family came from all over the country.. How delighted we were to see the property was better than the photos. We love eclectic old houses with character and charm. Kitchen was huge and equipped with what we needed. All bedrooms and bathrooms were also larger. Plenty of space inside and out. Loved the gazebo!

Lovely property. A lot of character- our family enjoyed every aspect while at the house!

All aspects went well from the booking through the entire stay. We also had a really nice week weather-wise. This year there were steps to the beach in the form of a new ladder. It was great. We had just about everything we needed on site except the groceries which were easy to get nearby. We spend quite a bit of time cooking our own meals. I don't know much that would improve the stay. If there are any future plans it would be nice to have a TVs in the bedrooms, & consideration for a new stove. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share your wonderful property.

Excellent setting ( quiet neighborhood, nice backyard with the firepit, gazabo, waterfront, etc,). You would think the owner could afford to update the interior, which is needed badly. considering the fees. Getting charged a cleaning fee ?! Really! The first thing thing we did was clean the kitchen. Lots of spiders and and cobwebs throughout the house. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great location, close to state park, lodge and GOTL strip. Lake house provided plenty of parking and space for indoor and outdoor activities. Already booked to return next year.

Excellent! We loved the house, so much history. The kitchen is spacious, great for prepping meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. The grounds are perfect for enjoying life by the lake: swimming, watching sunsets, grilling/ picnic-ing, frisbee throwing and listening to the relaxing sounds of the water.

Wonderful Lakehouse Getaway!
We just returned from a 5 day stay at this beautiful location. The home is beautiful. It was clean, and had plenty of room for our party of 10. The sunporch made a wonderful game room our first day there, when the weather was drizzly and overcast. The lawn was a huge draw, enabling us to play yard games. The fire pit is situated for perfect sunset viewing over the water. The home appears to have been updated with decor, while maintaining its original vintage charm. We hope to return!

Relaxing October Stay
A perfect getaway for adults and children. The view was spectacular, the house had lots of charm and was close to activities. The grandkids had a blast running in the yard and playing by the beach. And watching a thunderstorm over the lake at night was mesmerizing. A very relaxing g stay for all.

great location, privacy & quiet neighborhood a plus, large back yard was also nice with gazebo
Great location, golf courses very close, wineries galore, close to walking trails to the Geneva lodge and marina. Would definitely consider booking again. Karen was always responsive to any questions or needs. Only ding we had was we thought the laminated house rules & by laws that were spread through out the house was a bit excessive. This is a minor thing, just being upfront & honest.

Amazing Property...
We have stayed at this property in the past. It was nice then but the property owner has made improvements and it's even better. The view of the lake is spectacular and the outside has plenty of room for family activities in the spacious yard. Karen the property manager was awesome and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this property. We have made many wonderful family memories here!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We especially enjoy the spacious yard and private beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to Geneva State Park, and a short drive to the strip. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun time had by all of us.
We all enjoyed the house. It was full of character and beautiful antiques. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Loved the gazebo! The only problem was getting down to the beach. We had to use the ladder we found in the shed but we managed and totally enjoyed the lake except for the rocks. For future renters….bring water shoes. The yard is amazing. I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing Lake Views from Everywhere You Looked.
We had an amazing stay with family of all ages for a wedding in Cleveland. The place is better than advertised and we are looking forward towards our next visit here because we will definitely be returning to this wonderful property. We were so comfortable here nobody wanted to leave. Thanks so much Eric!!!!!

Extremely clean
We had a wonderful stay here in early June. The weather was not perfect but cooperated enough for us to get out on the water. The house was extremely clean and you can tell the owner keeps the house in very good condition and would like to keep it this way. Guest slippers are provided Since they ask you not to wear shoes in the house. The kitchen was very spacious and all items are labeled so you can find what you were looking for easily. There are plenty of bathrooms and plenty of space! The only thing that would have made her stay a little bette is an easier way to get down to the beach. Currently there is a pool ladder from the top of the lawn down to the beach, which can be a little unnerving with kids. The house manager did mention the possibility of stairs in the future.

Great house, great location
There was 8 of us staying at the house over a long weekend and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is very clean and spacious and the property is lovely with a large yard to play games and with everything you need to spend time outdoors. Our stay was not without a couple of issues, however. We were the first renters this season and they had forgotten to turn on the hot water, but the property manager and the owner were available to us immediately to resolve that issue. We also had an unforeseen problem with some of the plumbing and, again, the property manager called the owner who was on site almost immediately. Unfortunately, because of the holiday weekend the issue could not be resolved and we had to leave a day early for which we were appropriately compensated. However, given the quick responses of the property manager and the owner, I am still giving 5 stars because of how kind, gracious and hospitable they are, and we would definitely stay there again.

Okay at best
The house was clean and provided all the space needed for a large group. Very outdated. Two of the four toilets didn’t work right and one of the showers had issues to the point we didn’t want to use it. We were only staying 2 nights so we didn’t bother contacting anyone to get it fixed while we were there. There were signs and rules posted everywhere throughout the house. Almost made it difficult to feel comfortable. Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable as well. The outside lake view was really nice. The weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t utilize the outside features but makes the home much more appealing. Overall not horrible but not great. Wouldn’t rent again.

A vintage vibe with a breath-taking view!
My college (class of '89) girlfriends and I enjoyed ourselves immensely here. Our third time visiting the area on our annual get together and this was definitely our favorite place. The photos don't do justice to the views of the lake. Tons of windows give you a view from nearly every room and the 3-season porch puts you right out there. Loved the gazebo and spacious back yard. Speaking of spacious, the house is huge and well-appointed. We loved the vintage vibe throughout, including tile work, color schemes and light fixtures from days gone by. The property was all ready for us with proper Covid instructions and accessories. We felt safe and cared for. The property manager did a wonderful job of communicating to ensure we were ready to relax and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for! Weekend getaway for our family, 5 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen met all our needs, cooked breakfast and dinner there. Backyard is wonderful. Would stay again for sure.
