Las Mananitas condos are centrally located to downtown restaurants and shopping and was voted as the number one rated non-hotel resort in San Jose Del Cabo. This is unit that has been beautifully professional decorated. You won't find a better location to view the magnificent sunrise or place to watch the mother whales teach their calves to navigate.
The unit is just under 2200 sq ft of living space, which includes a very large patio with outdoor dining, living room and lounge bed that over looks one of the 3 large pools and spas. This unit accommodates 6 people, boosting Cal King in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest room. For a back up, we have a single and queen airbeds with air pumps.
Amenities include; beautiful tropical gardens throughout, 3 pools (choice of chorine filled or therapeutic salt water w/resistance swimming areas, 3 hot tubs, all pools have swim up bars w/ice machines, BBQ w/grills and dining areas and poolside bathrooms. The whole complex has onsite purified tap water so never worry about drinking or putting the ice in your drink. There are Tennis and or Pickleball courts, a putting green, basketball courts, and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym. Guest have access to Dish Network TV's, Various Music on TV channels WIFI and Unlimited local phone usage, library of books and movies, Tons of water toys, tennis rackets, golf putters on putting green ,and beach chairs for day use. Pool towels, linens, Full kitchen, spices for cooking, and coffee maker. Bath soap and Shampoo's. Inside Washer/Dryer. This is a great property to stay and is centrally located. I would recommend this if you are looking to relax!!

The unit was a very good size for 4 adults. The second bedroom and bathroom can be made into an ensuite as there are two doors into the bathroom, one into the second bedroom and one into the hall. This allowed for lots of privacy for two couples. The outdoor patio with just a few stairs to the pool, was great. The BBQ's are remarkably clean, as is the whole resort. Pools are clean, and quiet. No fighting for a lounge chair at any time. There are three large pools, one in front of each building. This unit is in the building farthest from the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach, or to the front pool if you want to sit by the beach. Quick response by the property manager to a few small details when we arrived (safe was left locked and closed). Short easy walk to La Comer and a couple of good restaurants. Laterals is directly behind La Comer for great Tacos. Uber was easy to get from this resort.

This is a lovely condo with easy access to pool and hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Many needed supplies were in the kitchen and bath and very appreciated. TV was confusing but nice neighbors helped. Beautiful sun in the morning from the patio. Only negative was the road noise. Thanks for the lovely condo and stay!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed: pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. Ground floor unit was perfect to walk out to the pool & back...peekaboo views to the ocean. Nice big patio to sit and enjoy the warm mornings and evenings. Las Mananitas complex is outstanding: great beach access, 3 huge pools with plenty of chairs, incredible workout facilities, tennis/pickleball court, safe w/ 24hr security, 5 min walk to La Comer Mega grocery store, coffee shops (Abruelo & El Wine), lunch/dinner (Cynthias), great taco stand behind La Comer(Lateral).

Las Mananitas is now our preferred property on this stretch of beach. Quiet pools, beautiful gardens, friendly people. Steve is great to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. This unit has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the gym and pickleball courts were a big plus for us. We would love to return if possible.

We just spent 8 amazing days in San Jose del Cabo and a huge plus was this amazing condo! Walk right off your private lanai and into the pools. The condo had everything we needed. There were 7 of us total, ages 15-72! 2 grocery stores are a 5 minute walk away, as well as Starbucks, Subway and more. Cynthia’s is a tasty restaurant about a block away, and we found so many great taco places within walking distance.
Getting to the Plaza / downtown area was a very inexpensive Uber ride!
The property itself is more on the quiet side, so if your looking to get rowdy and party, this wouldn’t be the place. But if you want a comfortable space, close to the beach, with great pools and a pretty sweet gym set up, this is your place.
The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a BBQ area for guests to use, and security is on site. Oh and there is a mini golf course right by the pool!!
We did a couple of tours and they picked us up and dropped us at our front door. When we did need a taxi, the security at the front gate always helped us!
We can’t wait to go back and will not be staying anywhere else, we didn’t want to leave!
We did go into Cabo San Lucas one time and decided quickly we liked the slower, more laid back feel of San Jose. We felt safe in the area and the locals were all very friendly.
It was easy to communicate with the owners, they respond quickly. We had NO issues though, check in and checkout were quick and easy.

We had a lovely stay here as a young family. It felt like we were the only ones here with a private pool all to ourselves. The condo itself is so much more spacious than expected, and we loved the two big beautiful bathrooms. The pool toys were great, and all of the kitchen amenities. It was very handy being short walking distance from the supermarket, and some great restaurants / cafes nearby. A short drive to downtown was also fun to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Las Mananitas! My family of 4 (including a teen and a tween) enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the beautiful touches throughout -- modern decor, separate beds in the 2nd bedroom, double master sinks, well-stocked kitchen -- and more. Communication from Jack was perfect -- he answered all my questions and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well. Check-in was a breeze.
The grounds are stunning, and we loved sitting on the large, covered patio with the pool literally steps away. Las Mananitas has a total of 3 SPACIOUS pools and hot tubs and most days we were the only folks using them. The condo community was very quiet, and we often felt like we had the property to ourselves.
We also loved the location as there are many restaurants, shops and an enormous grocery store within walking distance. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas or to downtown/Centro San Jose del Cabo, the bus stops are right outside the door (BTW we loved the public transportation to get around town!). We had a WONDERFUL time and hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

We loved the property! We had a couple hiccups in the beginning, but they were rectified quickly. Good communication with Jack and Steve to solve the issues.
The condo was just as described as well as the property. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. There was hardly anyone there in hot July so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

Jack was a great host. His communication and directions were excellent. He had a friend to contact when he is not available as well as responsive property managers. The property is gorgeous and located n beautiful area. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and is right on the beach. The condo is very quiet and comfortable as the photos show. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has seen its better days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

My wife, two adult daughters, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters enjoyed this beautiful, relaxing property for a week. It was a perfect location for the family. Quiet within the property, yet close enough to downtown San Jose del Cabo to go exploring.
We rented a van and traveled down the coastline to Chelano Beach and a couple days down to Cabo San Lucas as well as to La Playita to go fishing.
The condo was close to groceries and restaurants. It was well equipped and had all the amenities. The pull-out sofa was broken, but the owner Jack had it fixed while we were there.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would recommend for anyone looking to avoid the All-Inclusive Hotel experience.

Spacious condo in a beautiful setting
This is a spacious, very clean 2 bedroom condo steps from the pool in a gorgeous, well maintained property. We especially loved the large patio which is partly covered and partly exposed creating a very expansive feel. The proximity to the La Comer (mega) store was an added bonus as well as the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

This unit was very well equipped.Easy access to pool and parking. This unit had beach chairs umbrella and coolers for the beach .
Floaties for the pool and plenty of towels for beach and pool. The patio was most enjoyable , very comfortable chairs for relaxing., entertaining, reading or suntanning.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. It was clean and equipped with everything you could think you might need for you stay. It was quiet. Which was a plus for us. Everyone was friendly. Loved the pools and beach access. Very secure with the gate guards. Will be back again.

Comfortable luxury
We enjoyed this condo, surroundings and location so much. Such a well stocked and clean home, my kids and husband and I couldn’t have been for comfortable. The pool kept the kids well entertained when we weren’t out exploring the beautiful town of San Jose Del Cabo. Plan to do some grocery shopping so you can enjoy snacks and drinks poolside, or take with you for a beach picnic just in front of the property. Amazing restaurants in town, great breweries and bars just within walking distance. Until things improve with Covid, be sure to make your grocery store alcohol purchases well before 6pm, registers literally shut down even if you’re in line. We learned the hard way. If you’re returning to the states get your covid tests at the airport, they are far cheaper, unless you are concerned with a positive test, then find a place in town a couple of days ahead. Be extra kind to the security staff at Las Mañanitas as they are wonderful and will help you with anything you need. We made sure to bring them some beverages to take home after work for all of their help and hospitality. We will definitely be back :)

Taj Mahal in Baja.
This condo was awesome , felt like home but with added amenities . The grounds were immaculate, the swimming pools were spectacular and our condo(#4103) was magnificent. The ocean was a short walk from our back door which was steps from the pools. The outdoor grill came in handy when I caught a black marlin and decided to grill some filets. 2 minutes to the grocery store, 20 to the airport and 15 to the marina. 1 mile to Zippers Bar and Grill for surf watching, fish tacos and live music. Great location.

A Nice Getaway
As others have already shared, Las Mananitas is a nice complex in a great location and this condo is in a convenient location on the ground floor near the front entrance. If you want to walk to nearby stores (La Comer or Chedraui), it doesn't get much closer. Inside, the condo is spacious and nicely decorated. As a bonus, the complex was mostly empty when we went in late May/early June 2021.
The only minor quibbles were:
1) The property management wasn't aware we were coming, so the patio needed some cleanup and the patio furniture needed to be taken outside.
2) The air conditioner in the smaller bedroom couldn't keep up with the heat and needed servicing.
In both cases, the property management was responsive and took care of the problem.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and was just what we were looking for by booking a condo instead of a hotel room.

Great spot in San Jose del Cabo
Everything was as advertised. The location, size of the condo, closeness to the pool and walks to the beach. There were very few people there, never crowded, plenty of room to hang around the pool, quiet. The master bedroom is quite a step up from the guest room (sliding glass door out to the deck, California king bed) which is fine but you’ll need to make arrangements about who stays in which room. This was not a problem for the 4 of us but but it is a consideration. Jack gave us all the information we needed prior to arrival in addition to a bundle of tips on where to eat, what to do and a host of other stuff. I’ve been to Cabo many times but now highly recommend SanJose del Cabo over Los Cabos. If you want to avoid the party scene, like it quiet and laid back then do yourself a favor and head to San Jose. Jack’s place is a real gem and I’d go back there in a heartbeat. I recommend it highly. One other thing. We were not sure what to expect in Mexico as regards Covid. I thought the airport, the town of San Jose, the restaurants and the resort itself all did a great job of helping you feel safe with masking and temperature checks. Getting a Covid test in order to return to the US was a piece of cake. Good job Mexico!

Great property and location
Loved San Jose and Las Mananitas. We loved the resort, pools, grills, beach and more. The grocery store was an easy walk. We walked into San Jose, but also took the bus and uber. All are easy. Great restaurants nearby and in San Jose. We are coming back!

My family of eight stayed at Jacks's place and we had a great time. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. The outdoor living space was great for eating and just hanging out. Las Mananitas Jack's Place
Las Mananitas in San Jose Del Cabo is an awesome property that is centrally located near stores and other tourist opportunities, The grounds are beautiful and well kept by a very busy and friendly staff. It has a BBQ and eating area outside at each building phase we we used often (remember no glass use in this area). The pools were very clean and well maintained (maybe just a little too cool). No need or hurry to save a spot by the pool as there are plenty of nice lounges and chairs. The room itself is very well located. It is on the first floor which we enjoy. It is nice and bright, decorated very well and has every that would be found in our own homes. It truly is set up for living in comfort and our group of 4. enjoyed every minute of our stay. The kitchen is nice and very functional for those of us that enjoy cooking. Everything about the unit and the complex is top notch without the crowds of a resort. You are a short walk through the complex to the beach and other pool areas and it"s always worth the effort. Security around the complex is ever present and everyone that we spoke to was always friendly and cheerful. Bottom, It's agreat place to enjoy time San Jose as a couple, with family or with friends. We love it there and will return in the near future.
