Staff were great - particularly in the cafe. Pool area was well laid out and comfortable. Room size was good.
Although it hasn’t been Ritual branded that long, it is beginning to look very tired. The peeling paint in the bathroom was very unattractive; and the near constant issue with the hot water was irritating. And frankly you either need ear plugs to sleep through the nearby disco in the Yumbo - or enjoy very very late nights!

Clean, staff friendly and genuinely welcoming.
Close to the core of nightlife (3 min walking), restaurants and beaches walkable distance.

Location is great, very convenient next to Yumbo center. Not for a light sleepers, music from neighboring clubs can go on until 3 am, I didn’t mind it.
It was my second time in this place this year. Some stuff were missing - had to ask for cattle. Pillows were to tiny and curtains could do with some washing.

Location is perfect, close to Yumbo and not so far from the beach. Room was very specious and sea views are stunning. Every day cleaning and fresh towels are big plus. Stuff very friendly. Pool and pool area clean and enough space if you want to use it. There can be a bit noisy from neighboring bars but nothing extremely disturbing. Will definitely come back…
I missed a hairdryer but if I asked they will probably bring one. Everything else perfect!

The appartment was cleaned daily and the towls changed, the location was ideal for the bars and it wasnt too far from the beach.The wifi worked in all areas.

Buena Ubicación, tienes todo a mano, aunque llega la música de noche , las ventanas ayudan a insonorizar. Buen ambiente, personal amable, desde recepción, limpieza , snack bar. Parada de bus cerca para varios destinos, incluido aeropuerto express, supermercado y restaurantes justo en los bajos. En definitiva si vas a desconectar, a conocer y a disfrutar de las vacaciones puede ser la opción. Detalle que te dejen una botella de agua en la habitación, en los detalles va el asunto.
Actualización del mobiliario que se veía ya con falta. No puedo decir mucho más .

El hotel no puede estar mas cerca del Yumbo. La pisicina es grande y esta bien. Es un sitio agradable tanto si quieres fiesta como si quieres descansar.
Necesita mantenimiento. La pintura de los apartamentos se cae a trozos, especialmente en el baño. La ducha de la zona nudista es un monumento a la herrumbre. En el baño faltan toalleros, tampoco hay para tender la toalla en la terraza. Hay pocas hamacas en la piscina. Los trabajadores se ven que hacen lo que pueden pero la propiedad debería invertir en mantenimiento.

El personal excelente como Ivan, Kelvin,Borja y Manolo. Y del bar piscina Manu y el resto de compañeros todos me atendieron excelente. Y la localización tb muy bien cerca de todo. Y la piscina todo genial.
Haría algunas modificaciones a las habitaciones como las que son apartamentos.

Todo el personal es súper amable y profesional peeo sobre todo a destacar el Recepcionsta Kelvin y Manolo que es el Conserje de noche . Son fantastique.

Keurig hotel met ruime, nette en modern ingerichte kamers, op loopafstand van Yumbo shopping centre. Prima werkende airco, fijne badkamer; op de hotelkamer en de faciliteiten daarin eigenlijk niets aan te merken.
Wat me tegenviel was de zwembadomgeving van hotel Ritual. Het ziet er écht niet meer uit zoals het er op de foto's op Booking uitziet: het schilderwerk en de aankleding in rotsen-thema is allemaal behoorlijk vervallen, de helft van de ligbedjes waren zo oud dat ze zowat uit elkaar vielen: dit mag echt wel een renovatie gebruiken. Ik vermoed dat ze met de kamers begonnen zijn want die zijn zoals gezegd erg netjes, maar het buitengebied viel me behoorlijk tegen.

El persona. Este hotel necesita reforma, si no fuera por el personal tan increíble y joven que trabaja para mantenerlo a flote, la puntuación seria diferente. Comencemos por Sandra, estuvo ese dia en recepción, y fue un amor de person, también kelvi en la tarde e Ivan el resto de mañanas lo vi. Después en el bar Manu, Zuly y Junyor, un encanto de personas . Honestamente era mi primera vez , y nada de las instalaciones hotel me gusto(piscina congelada), pero gracias a ellos mi estancia fue fantástica. No me puede faltar la limpieza, en tiempo record e hiper limpio . QUE SUERTE TENÉIS RITUAL!

Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite ist vom Lärm her ok, aber keinerlei Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Fenster mit Festverglasung. Wer denkt sich so etwas aus? Auch die Klimaanlage hat keine Öffnung zum Schlafzimmer. Schmale Tür bringt nicht wirklich Frischluft.
Leider auch keine Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Deshalb ist man gezwungen ohne Lüftung zu schlafen. Sollte dringend geändert werden.
Bodenbelag auf dem Weg zum Pool sehr sehr rutschig.

Me limpiaron la habitación muy bien varios días, aún siendo una corta estancia.
Álvaro es muy detallista y lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
Es horroroso. Le han dado una mala mano de pintura sin arreglar debajo y es un “quiero y no puedo”.
Si te tocan habitaciones bajas, las vistas son malísimas.
Cuando llevas dos días, te acabas olvidando, pero el primer impacto es duro.
La comida del bar… ni mencionarlo…
La música suena en la piscina como si estuvieras en una discoteca…
Falta un poco de cariño en general.

Bien que tout proche du Yumbo, le bruit ne passe absolument pas dans les chambres, c’est top.
J’ai aussi apprécié la zone naturiste et la gentillesse du personnel.
La piscine et le Jaccuzzi mériteraient d’être chauffés en hiver.

The only plus of this hotel is it's location behind the Yumbo centre.
NOISE! The room is decried as soundproofed which is completely untrue. Our room was on the first floor over the back of a Chinese restaurant (not in any pictures or the description) you could hear everything from the chopping of food & pots and pans and plate stacking with staff shouting in the kitchen. It gets worse after the yumbo centre shuts after 3-4am ish everyone seemed to come back to there rooms and continue partying, fine if the rooms are soundproofed but THEY ARE NOT! Not one good night sleep in 8 nights and we went home more stressed and tried than when we arrived. Our room was basic and needed updating, the fridge was rushy inside and out and made loud noises, skirting boards are all peeling on all corners because it's cheap MFD thats got wet and banged over the years and needs replacing. They have painted the bathroom over the tiles and shower base that are all peeling away. The toilet seat has a crack in it that pinched you backside everytime you sit on it and leaves marks. We actually got trapped in the lift 😳 pressing the alarm did nogthing and a considerable time later we had to force the lift doors open and climb out, very scary thing to do. The TV has just one English speaking channel (BBC News) and the radio is Spanish music channels on the TV, usally not a problem but if your trying to drown out the noise a massive one. The woardbroads had scratches and one handle was falling off and door didnt shut. The staff on reception are useless and on arrival we stood waiting 30 minutes while a big man on reception was arguing on the phone, finally he served us only to say we can't take your passport to copy at the minute we will come and do it later, that never happened even after complaining about being stuck in a lift, I mean we could be anyone staying falsely in that room without identification taken.

While there is a high table with chairs, on which people could work on their laptops, there is no electricity plug ANYWHERE near. I had to move the charir and my laptop right next to the sink, to reach the microwave plug.

The location is good, a few steps from some shops and markets as well as the Yumbo-center where all the bars are. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and available 24/7. The apartment was clean and equipped with basic kitchenware, the balcony was spacious and sunny almost all day long, and the pool was nice with lots of sunbeds.
The pillows were not vey comfortable. The kitchen had one outlet only which means we could not use two devices simultaneously (e.g. toaster + microwave). The fridge was small. The cutlery was limited to 2 people only. The air conditioner was not clean so we did not turn it on (the apartment gets hot when closing the balcony door).

He notado como la calidad del alojamiento esta cayendo y el precio se mantiene. Sin dudarlo hoy dia hay sitios mejores en la zona para alojarse.

Location very good. Beside the Yumbo centre. Very spacious room with a lovely view, large separate living room. Staff were very lovely and very helpful.
The poolside bar closes at 6pm. No other bar located at the property. The bed wasn't a double bed but 2 singles pushed together so not as comfortable
