Kerüld messzire ezt a szállást!

A szállás elhelyezkedése. Ezért választottuk.

A személyzet nem beszél nyelveket, az albánon kívül semmit. Google fordító a jó barát. A korábban írt e-mailre, booking-os chatre egyszer sem reagáltak, A betegség (haláleset) miatt 4 szobából 1 lemondásra került, de ezt nem akarták tudomásul venni. Semmilyen kommunikációra nem voltak hajlandóak az érkezés előtti 1 hónapban! A szoba felszereltsége kritikán aluli, rendkívül hiányos, koszos volt az ágynemű. Az étterem nem működött, pedig a foglalásnál ez is szempont volt. A reggelinek kirakott svédasztal hihetetlenül szegényes volt.

Rundum sehr zufrieden, sehr gerne wieder.

Überaus freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und großzügig. Man war sehr bemüht den Gästen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Die Zimmer waren stets in einen sehr sauberen Zustand dennoch war zum Beispiel am Schrank der Griff nicht vorhanden. Kann sein das dieser auch schon in der Beschaffung war. In Albanien kann es vielleicht auch etwas länger dauern.

Of course its not a 4* hotel, unfortunately the room wasn't clean and there was a smell coming from the bed. One pillow had stains and we had to sleep without it and to share the other one. The sheet also had stains as well, and the blanket didnt have any cover, I don't think it was washed. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and it was finished after one use. When we asked for more toilet paper, we received a half used one, very unprofessional. My wife couldn't sleep because of lots of noises during the night from the boiler and outside. There was light coming from under the door. The breakfast included some jam and my wife ate half a slice before she noticed there was a bee in the jam. When we showed the bee to the staff they didnt apologise, instead showing us the jam was from Spar and blaming it on them.

Worst experience ever

Nothing. Worst experience ever. This is a faked rated (4 stairs) hotel. Small rooms, very dirty sheets, dirty all the room. Avoid this, better sleep in your car.

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious room. Breakfast was made to order, and coffee was good (espresso). It was a convenient place to stay the night before heading to Theth.

Of all the rooms that were available (only two-three seemed to be occupied in the hotel that night) they gave us the one with a leaking boiler. After asking for help on why there was no hot water, it turned out the valve was shut, and when opened, there was a lot of water dripping down. We shut it again for the night, but that didn't function too well, and the dripping of water woke me up. Not sure if the bed clothes had been changed before us, as the blanket and the pillow smelled. Also, I suspect there might be an issue with mold, as there is no ventilation in the bathroom apart from opening the window, and I woke up with very swollen eyes (the only time so in the two weeks we were in the country). This even while we had a window open during the night. It would have been great to have bedside lamps, as the room only had one ceiling lamp.

Very good for a stop on your trip.

New Hotel. Large room with three beds. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Located at the main road with a large parking area, though pretty quiet inside. Walking distance from the town center. Children's playground.

No bedside lamps.

Definitely not to expectations.

There was a smell of dampnes or smoke in the room that was definitely annoying. There were no hanging hooks at all in the bathroom neither tablets to put down our toiletries bag. The floor in bathroom is slippery..

Goon value

The staff is very polite. The location is fantastic if you want to stay your first night in the country when you cross the boarder. The town is a little chaotic. The inside parking space is quite big, at least 8 cars fit. We got quicly upgraded from twin to double, which was great. The bathroom was really good. The double room is spacious, it faces the parking lot, so you can check your car, but if someone is talking there, you will hear everthing. Wifi was okay. Breakfast doesn't include coffee, but you can have it in the hotel's bar, but we chose a diff location for that on our way to Theth.

Breakfast was served between 8-10. For a transit hotel it would be more fantastic if we could have our breakfast sooner and get on the road as soon as possible. The view is not its strong point, but perfect for one night

Nice, clean hotel, close to the centre. Easy to parking with car. Good food, kind staff. Extra large bathroom.

Near border overnight stay

It is nice hotel near the Montenegro border. Breakfast was fine. Owner came to say hello. Clean and silent. I would definitely recommend it.
