Es un lugar muy acogedor, hermoso y limpio donde puedes lograr el descanso que buscas.

Está cerca de la playa que es un paraíso escondido. Estuvo muy tranquilo y privado.

No tiene restaurantes cerca ni el lugar provee para consumir bebidas ni comida. Tienes que hacer compra y cocinar en el lugar.

Disappointing

I like the pool. It was really big and clean.

There was mosquitoes and the room wasn't very clean. The air coinditoner didn't reach the master bedroom, it was too hot.

if looking for a home base where you can do as you like and branch out I’m on island from it is great. not luxury but had everything we needed for a good time with our family if you come prepared to take care of yourself

Good

There was no breakfast. Room was neat. The floor was dirty with sand and dirt. .Itcseem.like no one mop it. No closets to hang up clothes. I was a flight attendant for a major airline and the most importance of a room to us was that it was clean and quiet.

It needed to be cleaner and and new coat of paint and new stove. Other then that it served the purpose..

It was nice location but customer service is extremely poor...

The resort is everything I expect.. for the price I was paying.

It would have been nice to know their was customer service office.. I understand that now a days everything is done by phone, text or online... After being informed by phone were my keys were for pick up it seemed my queries were a something of a nusance or the establishment is not much into customer service... My suggestion is for the establishment to place a small book of the dogs and donuts, regulation what they expect of the customer, password of the internet and a no that really works and someone is willing to genuinely help- customer service... Maybe some restaurants, bakery in the area....

Nice stay but needs some TLC

The property was great, the pool exceptional. The ocean and beach are nice and clam and very walkable. The family room was spacious with lots of amenities.

The hotel itself is a little old but still the amenities are good however we did get an electric shock every time we turned on the bathroom light and the fan did not work in our room. We never saw any staff there during our 4 day stay so there was no one there ever to ask for help as the office was always closed and locked, maybe on our 4th day but by then we were leaving. We could of used more than only two towels for a family of four. Could have been because of the holidays but still would have been nice to exchange dirty towels after a few days. Although we had a full size kitchen, a dish towel and some dish soap would have helped as we cooked most days. The area/town doesn't really have anything and you have to drive to Rincon for anything. You will need a car in this area. It is a better area to stay than Rincon but it's isolated in term of action. The Wifi only worked intermittently by the pool, so if you need strong wifi or it in your rooms you won't have it.

Overall good place to just disconect and visit all the west side of PR has to offer.

The location and pool. The rooms were in good shape. Had the essentials.

The curtain liner from the bathroom was really dirty. And to be really honest the beds were not comfortable. Did not rest well.

Love the area so much I’m thinking about moving there

Over all, we managed all the bad little things to enjoy our mini vacation.

The most that me and my family enjoyed was the beautiful beach. The location of the place was a little weird, but quite, which it was very good for us.

I did not like the limitation on towels ( they should advertise bring your own supplies ), the limitation on garbage bags and other first necessity items. Inside the room, the vertical blinds had gaps between blinds, making us feel exposed to the outside. I did not like the self service opening and closing the main gate every time you have to go out in your car. And I did not like the hours of the pool and the absent of a bar and music close to the pool area.

Very good

I was on a lot of beaches during my visit, but the feeling of having a private beach here was unmatched. No ocean views from the rooms but the beach is 2 pool lengths beyond the pool on the property.

Although listed as a resort, it isn't a huge crowded place which was excellent.
