About this house rental

Enjoy panoramic views from our home on the North Cove of Lake Stevens. Located just around the bend from the local boat launch and Lake Stevens quaint town center where there is a small grocery store, post office, and several restaurants. Lake Stevens is nestled near the base of the Cascade Mountains just east of Everett where you can go hiking on some mountain trails or biking on the near-by Centennial Trail in the summer or go snow skiing at Stevens Pass in the winter (only 90 minutes away). The lake has plenty of fish for fishing, including trout and bass. We are also located near the new Everett Payne Field Airport.

The beach area has a private dock and there is also a sandy pebble beach for playing near the water. The waterfront area has a no wake zone from 1pm until dusk making it ideal for swimming. You can launch your water craft around the corner at the public boat launch and tie up to the dock. There is plenty of parking, even enough to park your boat trailer if needed.
There is a family room with a 60” TV, DVD player and Nintendo Switch. We also have several board games available. The Living Room and Kitchen area have lovely views of the Lake and has a lot of open space for entertaining. There is also an outdoor eating area with a large umbrella to block the afternoon sun. The dining area inside seats 6 comfortably but can easily accommodate 8 by adding a few chairs. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, dishes for 8 and plenty of plastic plates and glasses (wine, etc.) for outdoor entertaining. There is also a newer gas grill on the deck that you are welcome to use.

We all had a great stay in this lake front home. We enjoyed the water daily. Very relaxing experience. The house had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds, updated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, great gathering area for lake view meals! Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Owner/manager was very accommodating and very responsive. A great experience!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we LOVED it! The view is spectacular, and it was so relaxing for our much needed ladies' weekend. All the bedrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Bathrooms are clean and we love the remodel to the showers. The living room, dining room, and family room are all inviting, comfy, and clean. The deck, dock, and back yard are fabulous and well maintained. We spent most of our time enjoying the sunshine out back and relaxing on your patio furniture. All of the guests this weekend agree, this place is great! 5 out of 5!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Beautifully situated on the lake, very spacious and clean. We were in Washington for our daughter’s wedding and the lake house was a very comfortable, welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the activities leading up to and after the wedding. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would highly recommend it. Also the price was reasonable for the four of us to split the cost and not break the bank.

It was a nice home that perfectly met our needs! It had everything we needed and more. We loved the separate family room and living room so that everyone could do what they wanted to do (play video games or sit and chat or play board games). The home has very nice appliances that were useful. The view of the lake is fabulous and we enjoyed the ducks that visited daily. The lake front lawn is well cared for and I am sure a haven in the summer (we stayed here at Christmas time so there was not much activity on the lake)! We highly recommend this home for a family getaway!

A very relaxing stay in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Lake Stevens which we needed for our daughters wedding preparation. A stunning home, has everything you will need. A 5 minute walk will get you to the nearest town with wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. Kristina was very helpful and communicated swiftly. She was very accommodating allowing us to host our daughters wedding rehearsal dinner in the home as well. Her home was absolutely beautiful with stunning lakefront views, the photos provided were beautiful but in person, absolutely breathtaking. We had our morning coffee everyday sitting by the lakefront. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hubbub and tourists to relax, then this is your place. Thank you Kristina for allowing us to stay in your home. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay! Great quick access to the freeway. Loved having use of the kayak and the boat dock since our son who lives in Monroe brought his boat over one day. We were surprised at how much food was left in the pantry and fridge. There was almost no available space in the freezer. But, we would book this property again.

We had a family getaway where we were looking for a house with a bit of beach and water fun for the kids. The house was a nice layout with the bedrooms on one side and kitchen/living room on other side near the water, which was great setup for our group. The house was well stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, grill equipment, dishes, and even a few board games), and the location was close to restaurants to easily pick up food. We just happened to pick the weekend of the Lake Stevens Rowing Club regatta so it was fun for the kids to watch all the racing going on from the house. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions, and it was very easy to check in and out of the house.

Truly a beautiful location. The house is so well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverware and serving dishes, spices, etc. The baths are stocked with body wash, shampoo, etc. We have family in the Lake Stevens area so we had them over every night for dinner, cooked burgers, steaks, and hot dogs on the grill. Picked up some lobster tails and did those one night. Never went out to dinner. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location at the quieter end of Lake Stevens. The house has lots of room and was very clean. Great kitchen that was well stocked and with a view! The back deck was perfect and the dock was good for our kids fishing boats. Highly recommend this property for a sweet gathering place.

This home and location are amazing! Great view of the lake. Lots to do and lots to see just in your own back yard. The kitchen has everything you need or want. The rooms are very comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly for my husband and daughter who were working from "home" at the lake, as this was a working vacation. Can't imagine a better location! Will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location was great for visiting relatives in Lake Stevens. The house was clean and cozy and well appointed. My kids especially loved the oversized home theater with Netflix! It rained most of the time during our winter stay but the house served as a warm respite from the cold. We look forward to returning for our next visit!

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 grown daughters and their husbands, while we prepped for our other daughter's wedding in Snohomish. Our Son and his wife live on the lake about a 1/2 mile west. We ordered food in from a couple local spots, and were able to have a great family experience. Not only is the lakefront location beautiful, but the home is very warm and inviting. Everything was as advertised, and the home made the trip even more memorable. We hope to return and stay again soon!

Great place to stay. Right on the water with dock which made easy access for our little inflatable fishing boat. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The living area and bedrooms are all nice sizes for all of us to spread out. Little town is right around the corner. Would definitely rent again

This is definitely a 5 star property. The lake front location is fantastic. The place was very clean and well furnished - the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Hope to stay again on future visits.

Couldn’t have asked for more. The lake is beautiful, great for fishing and recreation. Kids loved jumping off the dock, paddle boarding and kayaking. No bugs to speak of either. House was very well provisioned, clean with plenty of room. We used the fire pit by the water quite a bit and made for a nice, relaxing evening. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!
