Konforlu Tatil için

Çok sıcak bir karşılama yaşadık ve tesisten tüm sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt aldık. Tesis sahibi oldukça güleryüzlü, konuksever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Oda bugüne kadar gördüğüm en temiz ve konforlu odalardan biriydi ve bir tatilin konforunu sağlayacak her şeye sahipti. Konum olarak her yere yürüyerek gidilebilir mesafedeydi ancak bazı sokakları güvenlik açısından tercih etmemek gerek.Metaxourgia Metro istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Tatilinizi güzelleştiren bir konum ve özelliklere sahip.

Konumu çok merkezi ancak akşamları bazı sokakları seçerek yürümeniz daha güvenli olacaktır.

A great value and perfect location to explore Athens

The owner was on site when I arrived and was very welcoming and made sure I was able to get in my room okay. I ran into him several other times throughout my stay and he was always so kind and always asked how I was, if I needed anything and offered espresso. He made me feel very welcome during my stay. The location is very clean and an amazing value for the money. Taxis to get anywhere in the area are very affordable and the location is a quick 5-10 min taxi ride from all the main attractions. It's also very close to the metro stations if you prefer to use those. As a solo female traveler I just prefer taxi for myself. I never felt unsafe at the property. I see a lot of comments about the neighborhood but that is true in any big city and as someone who travels full time, unfortunately it is to be expected in most large cities and this property does an amazing job (better than most) of keeping the suites safe with cameras, door codes, etc. I was highly impressed and would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking to travel to Athens for an affordable price, even with taxis over walking to the metro stations, everything was affordable and amazing value - do not let the neighborhood hold you back.

The wifi went in and out most days. I got enough of it to make things work and get by but a more consistent connection throughout the day would be helpful.

Przyzwoity lokal za rozsądne pieniądze.

Wspaniały gospodarz, który służy wszelką pomocą. Kody dostępu do przesłane przed moim przybyciem, co pozwoliło na bezstresowe wejście do lokalu. Zlokalizowany jest blisko stacji metra co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po Atenach.

Lokal zlokalizowany jest w "mało ciekawej" dzielnicy Aten.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος, καθαρός και συγυρισμένος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικός και ο πιο εξυπηρετικός που έχουμε συνάντηση μέχρι τώρα! Γενικά αξίζει τον κόπο και τα χρήματα που δώσαμε!

Onplezierig verblijf op centrale locatie.

Goede keuken, ruime kamer.

Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik mij niet veilig gevoeld. Ik reis als vrouw alleen en ineens klopte er een man op mijn deur. Ik heb niet open gedaan. Later in de avond toen ik over de gang liep stond hij er ineens weer. Hij zei de eigenaar te zijn en deed toen in mijn bijzijn mijn kamerdeur open met de code. Dat was voor mij een verbijsterende ervaring. Het was ongemakkelijk en in mijn beleving ongepast. Het raam van de kamer kon ook niet op slot en de hygiëne van de badkamer liet te wensen over. De buurt is niet de beste. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkomen.

Wonderful place and the best landlord

The apartments are amazing, all the comodities working perfectly. The landlord Is a gentleman always smiling and very kind. For who Is coming for the first time Is the best option, everything work very well (shower/kitchen/toilets) and you have everything (dishes, pots ,cups, cuttlery, oven, coffe machine!) Beds are very comfortable and everything Is just 10-15 min walking. Highly recomended!

Great room and awesome facilities! Bit of a dodgy area at night however, it is in the city centre.

Self check in process was easy. The room was very comfortable and modern! Great bathroom and bed! All clean and tidy. The cleaners offered us tea and coffee on check out and were super friendly.

The area it is situated in is dirty, and not somewhere I'd like to walk alone late at night.

Μείναμε για 2 διανυκτερεύσεις και ήταν όλα όπως περιμέναμε.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ο κ.Γρηγόρης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και έτοιμος να μας εξυπηρετησει σε όλα όσα ζητήσαμε. Κάτι που μου έμεινε ήταν ότι κατά την αναχώρηση ξεχάσαμε μια μπλουζα. Ο οικοδεσπότης όχι μόνο μας τηλεφώνησε για να μας ενημερώσει αλλά μας την έφερε και στο σημείο που ήμασταν και συγκεκριμένα Σύνταγμα. Τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση δεν το κάνει ο οποιοσδήποτε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!

Verschrikkelijke omgeving, maar kamer top in orde.

De accommodatie was top, helemaal niets slechts over in te brengen! Top hygiëne!

Hetgeen niet beviel aan de accommodatie was de omgeving! Heel veel zwervers en junkies.. Let op dat je via de hoofdwegen blijft lopen (het liefst ook over de straat), want als je de navigatie volgt en een zijstraatje neemt kom je uit op een straat vol met deze mensen. We zijn zelfs een keer achtervolgt geworden door een persoon die naar ons riep. Het was zo erg, dat ik niet met mijn vriendin pas laat op de avond, in het donker terug naar de accommodatie durfde te komen. Mijn vriendin had af en toe paniekaanvallen gekregen..

It was secure, comfortable, clean and the host went above and beyond with his care for us.

As expected the location was interesting, however we chose the area to be near the train station. When we needed stay stay longer we were very well cared for.

Pleasant, friendly, easy access to city center.

The person in charge, Gregory, went above and beyond to ease the check-in. He was present, responsive and very helpful with every request we had. He accommodated additional service such as holding our luggage for some period, calling taxi, helping with instruction about city.

Nice and pleasant.

I spent five nights at one of Margarita's suites apartments in July. I found the place very nice and clean. With a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven/stovetop with two electric burners and necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Complimentary water bottle, coffee, and tea. Huge double bed that in my opinion could be split into two big single beds. And a TV with local and international channels. And Netflix. Grigoris the owner was very helpful and responsive to booking.com and whatsapp messages. I arrived in the middle of the night and he sent me clear and precise instructions for easy check-in. He fulfilled any request and need I expressed. Including ordering a reasonably priced cab back to the airport. The place seems to be newly renovated, So don't be alarmed by what you see on Google Street. The place is an 8-minute walk from the big and costly downtown hotels. The street felt a bit frightening at night, But I didn't encounter any problems even while walking to the hotel after midnight. I highly recommend this place.

I missed a small sharp knife and cutting board. I used to travel with such a knife in my luggage, but these days air travel restrictions don't allow it.

Amazing host and an amazing stay!! Loved it!

The room was brand new, interior was top notch! We had coffee, fridge, water, everything we needed. The bathroom I loved the most as the design is truly magnificent!

Nothing about the property itself. The host and the property were amazing. The host even went with us to park the car in a safe parking lot as we were driving with a car from Belgium. Amazing host!! The only minus is the location, if you would like to go out at night, perhaps better to order an Uber to drive you to the city center.

Nice stay.

Room was very clean and smelled nice. It was equipped with fridge and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Margarita's Suits is close to buses and metro. Very easy to get to the airport by public transport. There are many shops nearby and food places. Staff was very nice.
