This property was exactly as advertised!! Condo was clean and really nice. View from balcony and master room where amazing. Such a short walk to the beach and pool, which was amazing. Location to shops and restaurants right across the road was a nice easy walk from condo. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We loved this condo! Close to elevator and has a great balcony view of ocean and pool. We have stayed in several condos at the Breakers and this is one of our favorites now.

We LOVED IT! You could not ask for a more perfect location, super short walking distance from the beach, sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night, or look out your bedroom window and see it! One of the nicest/cleanest places we have ever stayed by far.

We love staying at the Breakers! It's proximity to all the places we love to go is a big draw for us! We've met some amazing people there over the years and we all come back the next year at the same to enjoy another vacation! The condo is well kept (although the pool needed some TLC and once reported, it was received!) The owners are very attentive and helpful. We are already scheduled back for next year!

This was our first time at Orange Beach. The condo was nice overall. Randall is excellent with communication and responds very quickly every time. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. That is our #1 thing we search for with condos (the cleanliness), and we were impressed with how clean it was. Good balcony views, and we loved how wide the sliding doors opened from the living room to the balcony. The beach was not crowded at all. Easy access to the beach from two different points. The pool is smaller, but never had a “too crowded” moment. Other reviews reference The Breakers being an older building, which is accurate, but that didn’t take away from us having a nice place to sleep, eat, and relax when not at the beach. It is a smaller complex, which means it was a quiet place to stay. The king bed is very firm, which we are not accustom to at home, but we still slept well on it without issues. The other beds were softer. We did not cook or use the kitchen, so cannot speak to that. The condo fit our needs for the week we stayed, and we had a great time in Orange Beach.

Good location and good access to beach. Very poor patio furniture. Bed was hard and cheap linens. Only one chair that was comfortable. Washing machine was extremely loud. The living room TV did not work The owner over the phone had me try several things before the TV worked. Very poor quality TVs. Highly overrated.

Manager is easy to work with and communicates promptly and clearly. The property is exactly as advertised. The view is amazing and much time was spent on the balcony reading and watching the pretty view. Very centralized location and could walk to a variety of places to eat and shop.

Hard to beat the location of this condo - beachside and very convenient to the shops and restaurants of Orange Beach. Great views and surprisingly roomy inside. The condo unit and complex are a bit dated, but very acceptable considering the price point.

The property itself / ocean view was absolutely wonderful. Did have some plumbing issues during our stay, so we were without water for about 5 hrs.during mid-day , which was inconvenient for showers,etc. I would definitely stay at TheBreakers again, but might try a different unit. October is a great month to go to the beach😎

Great location, convenient to shops and restaurants. Teenagers could walk to get donuts, ice cream and shop at several stores. The beach access and pool was easy to get to. Only negative was having to open the lockbox to get key to door. We had difficulty opening the door with the key and with locking the door each time we left. The condo was clean but could use some updating. Would rent again if door keypad was installed and condo updated.

The north bathroom faucet leaks. Water leaks onto toilet paper roll and soaks toilet paper. 1 chair on balcony broke. Need 2 new chairs. The Breakers sign should be lit up or a sign lit up where to turn in. Overall, tho, good stay.

View and location were great!! It seemed like it had been vacant for a while. It was very musty smelling and a lot of places with sand like the counter tops in the kitchen and the floors. Several light bulbs were out, several outlets did not work and the white towels could use some bleaching. I also think (we used to have beach rentals) that you need to mention to bring a blow dryer, pretty much any place you stay has one. An extra key to keep out during the stay on a lanyard would have been nice too.

This property was very beautiful inside with everything you need! Very clean and spacious. Balcony view was amazing. We were able to sit and watch dolphins with our coffee in our hands! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this property!

This is my fourth stay at this property. The location is wonderful. You can walk to a lot of things. The view is amazing. You are so close to the sand and water. The pool is very clean and well maintained. The condo's are on the older side but very clean and have all the basic amenities. I've already booked my next stay and in the process of booking another. A special shout out to the property manager, Randall. He made the stay even more enjoyable. Addressed a concern very, very quickly. Overall, great experience!

Beautiful view and nice furnishings. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, mainly cabinets and faucets. Was disappointed the ice maker didn't work. Would we come back again, yes! These were just minor things to us.

The sides of the table that sets in front of the couch was filthy and some places black. We cleaned this table and took before and after pictures.The bottom of cabinet in the back bedroom looks like termites have been eating on it and it's separating.The screen on balcony is torn from the door and the pillow cases were dirty in one of the bed rooms,so we wash linens before going to bed. It's really a nice place but will be great once these things are fixed.I have pictures of all these things. I really feel like I should breimbursed or something for these issues.We still had a great time,he beach view was amazing

The views from the condo were awesome! Our daughter got married on the beach at Gulf State Park so it was a perfect distance for that. The condo could use a few improvements, but they were minor things such as some of the outlets need replaced and the ironing board could be upgraded. It was clean and that means a lot! Apparently, the cable was out about 1/2 of the time we at the condo, but we understood that was beyond what the property owner fix.

The central location of The Breakers is great. The rooms are spacious. The electrical appliances all worked. The only drawback was the noisy beds. Both men in the group said the beds creaked quite a bit as they lay down. Our grandson was happy to find a boogy board in the cleaning closet.

We made the mistake of waiting too long into the season to make a reservation which cost us dearly. This property was no where near worth what it cost. It is very old and outdated. The newest item in the condo was the coffee maker. There wasn’t even a stopper in either bathroom to take a bath. The cleaning service left a lot to be desired also. Even the pool was not very clean. They vacuumed it once during the week we were there. The WiFi service was another terrible amenity. I contacted Mr. Richardson to report it and he informed me there was an outage of some sort. It finally became available on the third day, but it was extremely weak to say the least. The key system was quite antiquated also. I mean it worked, but it is a hassle to keep up with a key instead of a code to enter the condo. The garbage truck was there at 6:00 in the morning to empty the dumpster. That was an extremely loud situation. We have already booked our accommodations for next year at about half of the price of this unit. I will be more aware of the properties that charge exorbitant prices for booking fees above cleaning, VRBO, and taxes in the future. We did manage to enjoy the trip as much as we could in spite of the shortcomings of this booking.

This a beautiful place! The view is absolutely amazing from the balcony! It is a spacious enough place that it doesn't feel like you are on top of each other with four guests. There is not carpet so cleaning up the inevitable sand you bring back from the beach is a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinners. Two showers made getting four people washed up fast and easy. The only slightly negative thing i have to say is the building only has 2 grills for cooking so you have to get there early or they will be in use. Everything considered, my family and I loved the place. This was our 3rd trip to orange beach, each time staying in a different place, but next year I will be renting this same spot.

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck! The beach is also gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves. The sleeping space is very quiet when all windows and doors are closed. All questions were answered very quickly.

We LOVED our stay at this property. Although the building was a little dated, the unit was clean, easily accessible to the beach and local venues. The check in/out process was easy. We had no issues. The location could not be better and the beach was gorgeous! We will be visiting again!
