About this house rental
Beautiful renovated village house on three floors, on cobbled street, with incredible views, and attached garden.
Second floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with two single beds, and window to the outside. Access to lower level: a bedroom with double bed and exit to the outside. Second floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace, living room and bathroom with shower.
Terrace with beautiful unobstructed views of the village and the mountains, on clear days you can see the sea! Attached garden with fruit trees, porch and dining area.
The picturesque village of Selva, is located in the interior of the island, at the foot of the SERRA DE TRAMUNTANA, 32 km from Palma and 5 minutes drive from Inca, known for the shoe industry, leather goods and its famous Thursday market that attracts people from all over the island and where you will also find all the necessary services, supermarkets, stores, train station, bus and freeway to Palma.
This small mountain village is the perfect place to relax and experience the authentic Mallorca and is the ideal place for those who, on foot or by bicycle, want to discover the northern part of the mountain range. From here there are numerous routes that run through the SERRA DE TRAMUNTANA.
Although there is a frequent bus service to Inca where the train station to Palma is located, the bus stop is 7 minutes from the house, it is HIGH RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A VEHICLE. The house is on a pedestrian street, but you can park on the surrounding streets for free.
The supplies (electricity and water) are NOT included, we will ask for a cash deposit on arrival and we will take a meter reading. For information, the average monthly cost based on responsible use and our experience with most tenants is 120€.
