Enjoy Incredible Views from our large (1700 sq ft) third floor condo with wrap-around balcony. If this unit is not available for your preferred dates, have a look at our other unit right across the way - VRBO #895991.

The entire front wall of the large living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows while four sliders allow balcony access from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and second guest bedroom making you feel like you are ON the beach!

Whatever you love most about beach life - the sunrise, sunsets, observing the dolphins & birds, gazing at the waves, or watching the folks down on the beach, you have a front row seat! Our condo is on the third floor of a midrise building (no waiting for elevators!), with plenty of convenient parking, is closest to the water and just steps away from beach access and all the great amenities that Edgewater has to offer.

Our large living room opens to the dining room and kitchen/bar area with granite counter tops providing an ideal entertaining area. Enjoy watching movies on our 60' flat screen TV with lots of seating for the entire family. All three bedroom suites feature luxury bedding & linens, casually elegant decor, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms, perfect when everyone is getting ready for a night on the town after a great day at the beach and pools!

Enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Resort. Meredith, our go to girl for the condo, was Amazing. The views from the condo were awesome. Highly recommend. Beach is basically down the elevator and to the right. :)

I found this place due to a last minute cancellation. Decided to drag my entire family to the beach. Imagine a mother in law griping about everything and then imagine it going in one ear and out the other because the condo was so relaxing. Pools were great. Beach access points were great. Space was great. The only complaint I have is not staying longer. Meridith was a great host and very responsive to messages.

I found the property to be clean and inviting. The condo owner was easily reachable and kept us informed as a Hurricane was expected before our stay but she let us know details each day. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved the views from the windows and balcony. We enjoyed it very much and will book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with answering our questions prior to arriving. The condo is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the 3rd floor view was absolutely perfect! The beach area directly out in front of our condo was very quiet and peaceful during our stay at the end of August. We loved it!

Great accommodations! Loved the condo. Perfect for my family’s stay. My boys are very tall so the condos with bunk beds/ pull out couches don’t work for us. The beds were very comfortable. Great view of the beach. Meredith responded fast to my questions. Will definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect. Beach was clean and beautiful and not at all crowded in front of this building. Loved the pools as well. The condo itself was a bit more dated than the photos. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Overall, this unit can use some updating but we enjoyed our stay.

Location Location Location!! This condo wins hands down for the best view and location on the beach. We have found our forever beach vacation condo after staying in 5 other locations. There were 8 of us total. 6 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The floor to ceiling windows and wrap around balcony were the hit of this place. My 3 month old granddaughter and myself were sick most of the week so we stayed inside and sat in the AC and felt like we were on the beach. Being on the third floor was so nice. I honestly didn’t feel like I missed out on being on the beach at this place. So if you have very young kids that don’t need to be in the sun all day this is a great way to have the best of both worlds. We used the stairs most of the week except when we had to carry a lot with us. Once you go down stairs you walk out a glass door and you’re basically on the beach. So nice to see all my family playing in the water and not have to search and squint to find them from being so high up. Also a plus when you want to come up for food and drinks. It’s not a hike to get to your condo this way. The main lagoon pool is very close as well. We had one minor issue and the owner had it taken care of quickly. No one in our family had any complaints with this place so we will be back for years to come.

This was one of the best three days of a beach vacation so far. The condo was spacious for the eight of us! Most comfortable, super clean, beautiful and pristine beaches and the perfect getaway for folks like us who loves going to the beach, especially at Edgewater Resort. There is plenty of space on the beach at the Leeward building location. The Oceans restaurant was delicious, a little pricey but worth it. We all enjoyed ourselves, and definitely coming back in 2023. Meredith was a gracious host, and super friendly. I highly recommend this condo for family vacation!😊

On the day when we arrived , whole unit was dirty , dusty. Bathrooms was not cleaned bedding was not change , Dirty socks and T-shirt was left under queen size bed, probably left from the previous guess. Beach sand was on the floor .everywhere.Wet and dirty towels were left in the garbage bag in the balcony. The front door is broken ,we experienced some leakage in the toilet tub. We went to Walmart/ got cleaning supplies and Landry detergent, that was our first evening experience at this unit, we did Laundry-wash all sheets and pillows cases. We Did our own cleaning first night. Everyone was very upset , that’s not what you expect on your First day of your vacation We did complain to the unit owner, (even there was no beach towels )and later someone deliver and left by the door brand new beach towels. And we are very thankful for these. But when we called in trying to tell her about other Problems she was not very happy and seems like everything was fine until we came. Whole unit needs to be updated and things needs to be fixed or changed. We will be NOT staying in this unit in the future for sure. P. S. The unit owner returned cleaning fee $. That’s it. Thank you for reading, sorry for my misspelling.
