Great Location in Sea Pines close to beach, shopping, and golf. Great walkable area.
10.0
The kids absolutely loved the pool and easy walk to the beach. The location was absolutely amazing! We walked to the Salty Dog for Ice cream in the evenings. Thank you again for renting us your house.

The house was the perfect location for our needs and wants. The dining room table endured many laughs, lots of domino games and meals while we made many very cherished memories!
Just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a family of 7 adults and a toddler ;-). Plenty of bed and bath linens, as well as kitchen wares to cook family dinners.
The pool and deck could use a little extra TLC with all the tree’s in yard. The patio furniture needed to cleaned (again most likely due to the tree’s) and the pool definitely needed cleaning. We had paid the extra fee for the heated pool and did need to call the Owners and let me know that the pool wasn’t ready for us. The Owners sent someone out within an hour to remedy the problem. The decks off the bedroom also needed to be cleaned off.
As an Owner of a STR property in a lakefront community, if we could offer one suggestion it would be to hire a more thorough property management company and or cleaning company.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made cherished memories for a lifetime!
Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property is one of the dirtiest and shabbiest properties I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the website are old and do not show the property as it currently looks. The master bathroom had two sinks that were clogged and filled with black water and the shower was so moldy and filthy that you could hardly slide the shower door through it. When we arrived the pool was cloudy and a disgusting green color.

We had a great time at this property. Very spacious and the pool was nice too

The property is the perfect location for my family. It is near to the beach and to South Beach.

Would stay here again! Great location.

Nice place to get away and a close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very peaceful!!

Location was amazing? About 5 minutes from beach! I can’t complain. The layout of house for 8 adults and 4 kids was great. Owner is very quick to respond. We will stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved this house! You can tell they’ve put a lot of work into upgrading (the pictures don’t really do it justice). The pool was great for us, especially since the weather wasn’t the great the week we were there.
An easy walk to the beach and a great location. My only recommendations would be the master bath definitely needs an upgrade but definitely not a deal breaker.
10.0
The location is great - it was an easy bike ride to both South Beach and Harbour Town. Beach access was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our week at the house.

Nice place a little dated , neighborhood and location very nice

We had two families stay here. There was enough space for everyone to not feel cramped up. The heated pool was the perfect addition.
10.0
We really enjoyed our stay! The description with the property was accurate. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and is located in a very nice area. They have made a few updates and changes that are not shown in the pictures. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

Home was an easy walk to beach. Nice size pool, comfortable beds, very clean. Enjoyed all the little extras like pool towels and toys.

Inside was perfect for a group vacation. Plenty of beds. Big living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Over all property was clean, but on the older side. Attempts are being made to modernize. Some new paint. new vinyl flooring throughout. Outside pool area needs some love. Patio was dirty around pool. However, this is caused by tree seeds, or something always falling off the palm tree and on the the patio blocks. The pool area gets really hot and could use a shade sail or something to protect you from the sun a little. Over all we all had a very good time.
10.0
Overall had a great time. House was good size for us and we enjoyed the pool as wel as the gated community of Sea Pines. Bathrooms need renovating and some new lighting. Overall great time. Would stay again.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and Sea Pines. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach…and having a private pool was a big bonus. The house is pretty much as described in the listing, the owner has done a number of recent upgrades and does seem like there are a few more to be done, but no negatives in my opinion. Our family enjoyed our stay and time on HHI.
8.0
The property was located near the beach with easy access (about a 5 minute walk). The backyard and pool were a big hit and enjoyed by everyone in our group from age 4 to 67.
The house had lots of space for us to spread out and spend time together as a family.
It is obvious that the owners are working hard to upgrade and take care of this home that I am guessing needed a lot of work when it was purchased. The reasons I did not give it a five star review was that there were some items that needed to be fixed - light in downstairs bedroom held together with masking tape, curtain rod also held together with tape. Bathroom rug in this bedroom should either be washed or replaced. Vegetable drawer in refrigerator that was broken. The door to the small back patio - where the trash cans were located could not be locked. There was debris around the yard that should have been thrown out or picked up.
De humidifier in the back room was completely full when we arrived - not sure if we should have emptied it or not? The pictures on VRBO need to be updated to show the actual bedding configuration (one picture shows two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom and the actual configuration is a
queen bed with a bunk bed - same as the other bedroom on this level). Area around the pool shows a dining table with 6 chairs and the actual was a high top table with 6 stools that did not work well for the younger kids in our group.
We have a second home that we rent out in Gulf Shores AL and our property management company takes care of any of the above type things that I have mentioned - not sure what the owners relationship is with the property management company.
Again not anything that would keep us from renting the property again just some things that could be easily addressed.

Comfortable spacious home within a short walk to the beach. Beautiful outdoor area that can be enjoyed while sitting indoors too. Owner promptly responds to any queries. Returning in November and unfortunately this house is not available or I would book it again.
10.0
Great location and walkable access to beach and biking and other sites. The pool was a fantastic feature and fun for whole family. Property manager was prompt in response time and communication with owner was seamless and provided helpful info about local bike rentals and access into sea pines. Some cosmetic updates would have been nice but we were all happy to be together as a family and enjoyed creating memories to last our lifetime! Worth the joy it brought to us all!

Great location and awesome view from the pool property needs some updating but overall nice house and would stay there again

The house was great - the outside is a bit funky looking but the inside was perfect. We had the pool heated for us (for an additional charge) and were able to jump right in and enjoy it day or night. The backyard view of the lagoon is beautiful as well. The beach is just a few minutes away on foot. We made use of the kitchen and patio grill and also had meals at the Salty Dog which is a short drive or bike ride away. Thomas was helpful and communicative and check in/check out were smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, spacious and clean house! Lots of great cooking supplies too! I have two boys 7 and 5 who enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and walking or riding bikes to the beach! We enjoyed the beautiful sunlight and views from the pool too! The entire experience was easy for a family with kids. We’d definitely come back!

This was our second vacation this year at this property. Clean, convenient location, great layout for families and grandparents, inviting pool. We can tell that the owners are continually making upgrades and improvements to their property to improve guest experience. We will definitely be booking again.

3 rd year with our condo group to HH. Great weather and great house to stay in. Walked to beach every day!

My family shared this house with my sister and her family. There were 4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 6 to 12. The house was as advertised and shown in the pictures. It fit our needs, which were stay in sea pines, walk to the beach, have a pool. We enjoyed our stay. The house is a quick (5 minute) walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded and the water was warm enough to just walk in the ocean without bracing yourself. A few in our group got stung by jellyfish one day, but that didn’t stop us from getting back in the ocean. We brought our bikes and my sister rented bikes from within Sea Pines. The bike paths in Sea Pines are a fun way to get around the area. It was really easy to bike over to the stables to feed the animals or into Harbor Town for the playground and ice cream. We really enjoyed the pool. We had a lot of fun pool volleyball games (we brought our own net). The house had more beach stuff than we were expecting, like a beach wagon, some toys, good chairs, some towels, and boogie boards. There were also some fun pool floats. The kitchen was well equipped and we love having a washing machine in the house. There were many books, games, and puzzles in the house. The first night we ran out of hot water when too many of us tried to shower too close together, but we figured out a schedule and managed the rest of the trip just fine. Bring your bug spray with you. We got a ton of bug bites every time we walked outside.
5.0
Our stay was lovely, the house was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was perfect to stay cool in the humid weather and the beach was an absolute slice of heaven. Previous reviews made it sound like it was miles away but it’s a very short walk and even shorter bike ride. Renting bikes is a must to enjoy the island fully. We loved the kitchen and grill to enjoy meals. Bed were super comfortable. Plenty of channels on the television to enjoy in the evening when winding down after a long day of adventures which we appreciated very much so. Hope to be back again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was awesome to wake up and jump in the pool. Great open floor plan allowed for us all to be together regardless of activity. We were always at the beach so the location was perfect. Just a 7 min walk. The provided cart to transport stuff was great. If you want to get to harbor town or salty dog you'll need bikes, but that's the great thing bout Sea Pines, all the bike paths. For us the rooms were perfect b/c of the bunk beds. Would do it again in a heart beat. Owners & Manager were very helpful and kind. Really appreciated the effort they put in to make our vacation perfect.

Our family has spent decades vacationing on Hilton Head, and in various parts of the island. We are a combo of my sibling and myself, our spouses and children. This property is all about the location within Sea Pines. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute bike ride. Not an ideal walk for children under the age of 6 or so, but for our crew of teenagers and adults it was perfect. The beach is not crowded, a perfect setting for taking your chairs and tents and spending the whole day, or just popping over for a walk. You have easy access to all the bike paths of Sea Pines, and are just a mile and a half or so from the Shops at Sea Pines, the South Beach Marina and Salty Dog, the Beach Club, and Harbour Town. This home is smaller than most of the homes in that location, so it is a great deal compared to most of the neighboring rentals. The owners have been putting a lot of effort into updating and improving the home over the last several years. The master bathrooms could still use some updating, but they are functional. With 9 people age 13 and up, we did find the bathroom situation a little tight after a day at the beach getting ready to go out to dinner, etc, but it was workable for the price. We prefer an outdoor shower with our rentals due to the size of our group, and did come into the rental with the expectation that the outdoor shower was hot and cold. We were a little disappointed that it is only cold water, but we also could have verified that specific info before rental. The lack of specifying the cold only outdoor shower is why I marked a star off of accuracy of listing. I also dinged the owners on check-in because we did have to wait outside the home in the heat for 15 minutes after surviving hours of horrific incoming Island traffic because they had not sent us current codes for the home and check-in info. (The traffic is not the owner's fault, just not being able to access the home upon arrival and wait in 95 degree conditions!) The pool and lagoon view from the back of the home are great. The mudroom is very handy for staging all the beach stuff, as well as the cart and chairs that were there for us to use. There are larger, fancier rentals in the same area, but you will pay a lot more for those. For what this home offers by way of exploring Sea Pines and also being walkable to a fantastic beach, it was a great deal, and we would be happy to rent this home again.
5.0
We loved this property! The house is great! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. The pool is fantastic, heated to a perfect temperature and the view of the lagoon is gorgeous. It is a short walk to the beach and biking to South Beach and Harbortown was really easy. The kitchen is small but really functional. We will definitely stay here again. I have nothing but rave reviews about this house.
4.0
We were pleasantly surprised by the house upon arrival as the pictures don’t do it justice. All rooms are well sized w comfortable beds. House is really well stocked w everything you might need for a vacation w kids. Toys, games, books, etc as well as the kitchen having amenities for anything you might want to cook! It’s an older home but obvious they have been making improvements and continue to do so. The heated pool as amazing and we swam every day despite some chilly temps. The neighborhood and location is amazing. Close enough to bike everywhere or walk to the beach. We loved having the lagoon in the backyard-it was like lake front living and we did e some alligators and beautiful birds. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The pool was awesome and our 3 kids spent a lot of time in it. The commute to the beach was short and sweet. We love staying in Sea Pines and I am sure we will be back next year.

Great house, close to things to do. Pool was fun.
4.0
Nice location and will be an amazing house. Right now a little rough on the edges but loving the updates they have already done and the pool was perfect.

We just got back from a two week stay. The home is in a great location which is a 8 min walk to the beach. There were 6 of us, and I think that is the maximum you would want to be comfortable but there is room with the bed configuration to have many more people stay. The kitchen is well equipped and usefully there is a grill in the back garden. I would recommend this home.
4.0
Nice older home. Needs a few details attended to but overall a good experience. Nice open area between living and dining area. Loved the pool.

Had our first multi family vacation here and everyone was pleased. Great pool, grill and amenities. Had an awesome trip to the beach. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 15 Wagon Rd! Tom was great to work with! The home was beautiful and perfect for two families with 7 children age 10 and under. The two kid rooms were great! The children loved the heated pool. The walk to the beach was short, and an even shorter bike ride! We enjoyed the 1.5 mile bike ride to South Beach Marina / Salty Dog and 2 mile bike ride to Harbor Town. The kitchen was fully stocked (kitchen was a little small but it didn’t bother us). Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I hope we can return soon!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 15 Wagon Road. The location provided a great view of a fresh water lake and afforded easy access to the ocean. The pool was relaxing and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Truly a nice place to stay.
