great location, very nice experience
The property is very nicely laid out. The hot water both in the house and for the pool worked really well, so the pool reached a great temperature during our stay even though we had a few cool days outside. Great location - the house is walking distance to the beach and tennis center, which our family enjoys. Anne was very responsive whenever we reached out to her.

Fantastic location & house!
We loved everything about it this place - the location, the home, the amenities.... we cannot say enough about it. If we had a choice this would be our Place every, single, time in Naples!!!

Slater and company
Best spot in Olde Naples. All the pieces we could want for ourselves and company.
Rented a bunch of bikes and enjoyed every minute. Pool and yard well maintained. Lots of nice places for sun or shade and dining in or out. Can't wait for next year.

Wonderful property, hosts, and great location!
We loved our stay in old Naples - the home was stocked with everything we needed and more. Best of all, though, was the location! Walking distance the beautiful Gulf beaches and also a short walk to both popular 5th Ave AND 3rd Street S where you'll find some of Naples' best shops and restaurants!
You are sure to love everything about your stay here in downtown Naples!

It was perfect for family of six Christmas stay
This property was perfect for our family. We prepared two holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen, and had a choice of eating inside or in screened in porch at tables that accommodated our numbers. The pool was used for lap swim as well as lounging. There were plenty of extra linens and beach/pool toys(if needed), beach chairs and beach towels. The property was in comfortable walking distance to two major eating/shopping areas, to the beautiful gulf beach and a convenient drive to many golf courses. It was a well maintained property and we look forward to returning!

Absolutely fabulous home and location!
This location is perfect - close to the beach and our favorite shops and restaurants on 3rd Street and 5th Avenue. We rode the bikes and love that Cambier Park is so close.
The house is perfect, and has a 'cooks kitchen', complete with all of the pots, pans, dishes, spices, any cook would want.
The house was spotless, the pool sparkling, the sunset beautiful. I will definitely return!!

Convenient to EVERYTHING!
This house is so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, tennis courts and a playground that we could walk everywhere (a 7-11 is nearby for milk, newspapers, etc.). Tall ceilings make the home feel really big and airy. The open concept is great for conversation and socializing, but there is enough space -- with three bedrooms and a lanai --where you can find a quiet corner to read at any time.
The heated pool is perfect for morning laps or just floating on rafts in the sunshine. Outdoor seating is plentiful, as is the grilling space. New stainless appliances and a large pantry in the cook's kitchen make meal prep a snap. Walk to the 3rd Street Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and pick up some fresh crab cakes! We would return here again in a heartbeat. The owners of this amazing rental made us feel pampered, well-rested, and relaxed.

Fantastic House
Perfect location for strolling to 5th Ave, 3rd St and the beach. Beautiful home, extremely well appointed. Three big bedrooms with loads of storage space and each with en suite. Lovely kitchen with all you could possibly need. Fabulous spacious pool area and we loved the big, airy, lanai especially in the evening. Great beach equipment (chairs, coolers, umbrella etc) all of a very hi standard.
If we are fortunate enough to ever be back in Naples we'd definitely look to book again.
Family of 4 from the UK.

Absolutely best home we've ever rented. If it were available we'd rent it yearly for the season. Only thing missing was iced tea pitcher which we contributed.

Everything We Hoped For
After many years of spending Spring Break in and around the Naples area, we finally found a home that had everything we wanted: walking distance to the beach, a pool (for when the beach is too crowded/windy), walking distance to shopping/attractions and restaurants. Spring Break time can be a huge challenge for parking and traffic, so being able to leave the car at the house was a wonderful treat for us. In addition to the convenient location, the house was wonderfully appointed, including art everywhere. There are multiple spaces and the bedrooms are separated, so we were able to easily have time together and time to ourselves without any trouble. We loved it so much, we already signed up for next year!

Wonderful Location
This was a great choice for my family vacation! With two small children the short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool area was beautiful and there were two large parks nearby. This home was comfortable and very well stocked. All beds were exceptionally comfortable!! The house was extremely clean and had a nice open layout.

Great House in Old Naples
Very nice house in a great Old Naples location. Minutes away from the beach and Downtown Naples attractions, walking distance to Third Street shopping and dining district. Very responsive owners, maintaining the property in excellent condition.

Perfect home with all the amenities in the ideal location in Olde Naples - you will love this house!
This home had everything we wanted for our 3 generation family vacation this December - everything on one floor, open floor plan, expansive bright living space with bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms, centrally located lanai, large heated pool surrounded by lush greenery and with good visibility and door access from main living areas for child safety. It was also very well stocked with paper goods, spices and condiments, small kitchen appliances, bath soap, etc. And everything you need to enjoy fantastic beach days - beach chairs, umbrella, towels, toys (for beach and pool). Plus two like new bikes for adults with helmets and locks!
Location can't be beat - essentially 4 blocks from beach, 3rd Street shopping/restaurants, and 5th Avenue shopping/restaurants which allows for lots of flexibility with group/family vacationing together. All very walkable.
The last few years, we've vacationed and stayed in rental houses in Miami/Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and now Naples. While we've had fantastic times at each of the places, Naples has been the best of all. Keep in mind, we travel with 2 toddlers. (Note:If looking for nightlife, this town is not for you.) Left freezing cold temps in DC and greeted by mid-70 degree temps in Naples!
Additional local recommendations:
For beach days, highly recommend the Lowdermilk park beach area, just a short driving distance north on Beachshore drive - bathrooms/showers, concessions, paddleboard and kayak rentals, not crowded (at least the week we were there).
Botanical Gardens - beautiful during day and with holiday lights, music, and kids activities at night. Lots for kids including a huge, well-designed, multifaceted kids area- bring the kids bathing suits for the splash fountain.
Naples Zoo - start with the monkey boat tour and then just following their schedule of guided sessions. tons of interesting stuff packed into a deceptively small area.
Everglades - west entrance (only a 45 minute drive south). Highly recommend the boat tours that leave from the national park Gulf Coast Visitor Center. We did the 10,000 Islands boat tour - saw ~20 dolphins swimming, playing, jumping in the ocean. Great guides.
The Baker Museum - small, but nice exhibits, great sculptures. Also lots of performances at the adjoining Artis-Naples which we didn't have a chance to attend.
Restaurants I wish we had time to try: Sea Salt, Turtle Club
Have run out of space - Just book it!

Heavenly Haven
My husband and I came to this beautiful home for our honeymoon. It was a perfect mix of activity and time to relax... with a wonderful private pool and lounge chairs but also just a few short blocks to the beach, where we watched gorgeous sunsets every night. The house is airy, open and spacious. We used the kitchen often and found everything we needed there including spices, baking ingredients, and other incidentals. There were also two lovely bikes (and helmets) as well as beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella that we appreciated having. We really couldn't have asked for anything else-- just packed a bag and got ourselves there, and the rest was taken care of. We would also recommend the Old Naples Pub for dinner- we loved the outdoor patio dining area complete with white string lights. The owners were very communicative and we'd love to bring friends back for another visit soon!

Midsister
Loved everything about this house especially the heated pool. Our stay started out a little cool but warmed up nicely. Liked the idea of two master suites at opposite ends of the house. This house was very open to the outside. Loved the huge screened in porch. In the last day we found Old Naples restaurant and shops so would like to come back and check that out. Oh my the beautiful sunsets just four blocks away. Definitely would like to come back.

Midwesterners
Absolutely beautiful, spacious, sun filled home. We enjoyed the open concept layout of the living room
with high ceilings and lovely artistic decor. The entire home has an open, airy feel. The 3 bedrooms are spread into separate areas of this home, giving a sense of peace and privacy. Each bedroom is large with huge windows and gorgeous views. All are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is light and modern, remarkably well stocked and looks directly out into a breakfast area with enormous sliding glass doors with views of the pool and Lanai. What impressed us the most about this home was the large, airy Lanai and the complete privacy of the pool which is surrounded by a tall fence covered with tropical vines. The landscaped garden in front of the fence is full of tropical, blooming, colorful vegetation. A wonderfully tranquil setting. The neighborhood is very picturesque with
an easy walk to the sugary sand beach on the Gulf. We walked on the beach daily. We had the best vacation. The shops nearby on 5th Ave. and downtown Olde Naples are fantastic, with so many things to see and enjoy, even if simply window shopping. This home and the location was a great choice for fun and relaxation! Do try the Cove Inn for their delicious breakfasts !

Will DEFINITELY stay here again next year!!
This beautifully-furnished home is a great get-away to escape from cold Connecticut winters. It's roomy, quiet, modern -- and we could walk to shops, the beach (love watching the pelicans on the Naples Pier!), and restaurants. For pizza, try nearby Rossopomodoro on 5th Ave. Really enjoyed doing laps in the pool, and lounging in the peaceful lanai. Highly recommended.
