Admirals Quarters 1209 is a large 4-bedroom 4 bath Gulf Front corner unit in a low-density condominium complex has been professionally decorated in a coastal theme. It can sleep 12 people with 2 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and a Queen Sleeper sofa.
The condo features solid hardwood furniture in the living area, dining room and bedrooms. It has wood flooring with a whitewashed pine finish in the living and dining areas as well as all bedrooms. In addition, there are 5 Smart HDTV units that are Wi-Fi connected so you can enjoy any Internet based TV and music services that you have at home. There is a new 65" Vizio 4K in the family room. There is also a Wi-fi enabled Yamaha stereo receiver and 2 new Polk Audio floor speakers.
New Frigidaire Gallery kitchen appliances were installed in 2020.
The views from this unit are exceptional. You can relax on the large balcony in the new Polywood patio furniture. There is a dining table for 8-9 people along with 3 dining chairs, two rocking chairs, a 3-4 person dining bench and a chaise lounger along with two side tables.
The Living Area has 2 sofas covered in Sunbrella fabric for comfort and durability. One is a queen sleeper. It also has a Lazy Boy motion chair that is incredibly comfortable. This area is perfect for large families or groups. There is a new 65-inch Smart DTV in the living area with a Blue Ray DVD player for your enjoyment.
The dining area seats 8 at the large trestle table. There are also 3 counter stools. There is a Graco SimpleSwitch highchair that converts to a booster chair.
The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, flatware, and cookware. There is a single serve coffee make as well as a traditional coffee maker.
The Master bedroom faces the Gulf so you can open the sliding door and hear the surf. It features a king bed with a dresser as well as a Lazy Boy chair. The Master bath features a double vanity, whirlpool bath and separate shower. The Master Bedroom also has a Smart HDTV.
The 2nd Master bedroom is in the north end of the unit and has a view of both Cotton Bayou and the Gulf of Mexico from its wraparound balcony. It also has a king bed, dresser, and chair as well as a Smart HDTV. This bedroom also has a private bath.
The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a chest of drawers and chair and also has a private bath and a Smart HDTV.
The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, chest and Smart HDTV. It too has a private bath.
There is also a Graco Travel Lite Portable Crib that converts to a Pack and Play. In addition, there is a full-sized Graco Pack and Play.
The condo has a large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as a Shark vacuum.
The complex has a large beautifully landscaped outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, BBQ Grills and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.

Beach condo is exactly as listed. Views are incredible. I would not change anything about the accommodations. The owner really cares for this property and the experience of his guests. Condo was clean and well stocked. If we ever head to Orange Beach again, no need to look for accommodations, we know where to stay, 1209 at the Admirals Quarters. Location is great as well, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s beautiful condo. The location is great. The condo is clean and spacious and we were pleasantly surprised at all the supplies that were there. Make sure and check the condo before you go to the grocery store the first time. You cannot ask for a better communicator, all our needs were taken care of. We were able to see the waters in front of the marinaand got to enjoy the fireworks display from the balcony near the end of our stay. Would definitely book this beautiful location again.

As first timers we did not know exactly what we were getting into. Joe was very accommodating, allowing us to unload our car early. His condo was exactly what we needed. Space for all 9 of us, easy access to the beach, nice indoor and outdoor pools. Overall very comfortable accommodations. Also, convenient to store and restaurants.

Amazing spacious condo with incredible views! I have never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain a large group traveling together. We had 3 families in our condo plus another family that stayed in a condo a couple doors down. We cooked several large meals and always had everything we needed at our fingertips! All the cookware was top of the line, better than I have at home! The dining table has leaves on the ends that expand to create a huge dining space and great for our game nights! We had an amazing spring break trip with our families and can’t wait to do it again! The host was super helpful and very attentive and we can’t thank them enough for sharing their beautiful home with us!

This condo is nicely laid out, clean, and met all of our want and needs. We had 5 adults and three kids and had more than enough room. Building amenities are great. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. There’s an ocean view with balcony. It is very clean. The owner has it well stocked with clean pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, towels, etc. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Great communication.

Had a great stay in this unit at Orange Beach. Joe (owner) was very communicative and proactive in helping with a couple of minor issues we encountered. The unit was very well furnished and kitchen was fully stocked (we love to cook together on vacation and it is hard to find a kitchen stocked to our standards - this was great. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans, dishes (including plastic), and even a ton of insulated cups and mugs for all kinds of drinks). Our only real constructive comments are that the bathrooms (especially the showers) could use a good deep clean and all shower curtains need to be replaced, and the cushions on all the furniture (both the couch and the outdoor furniture) are starting to show signs of wear.
We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony, especially the stunning sunsets. Loved the easy access to the beach, and the great pool set up as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family (6 adults and 4 children) spent a week here and it was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a bathroom connected to every bedroom. There’s plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. It’s a beautiful, clean, well thought out condo for families. The owner is kind and was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for 15 years, and this has been our favorite condo so far. We plan to return next year.

I don't want to rave about how perfect this condo is; because, it will make it more difficult to book. My husband and I have been taking our two children, their spouses and our grandchildren on a family vacation,dAll 6 adults agree, this is the place to come back to!!uring the odd numbered years, for 13 years. These accommodations have been the best by far! Joe, the owner, is very responsive and prompt.

We loved our stay here. The condo is well kept and well stocked. Joe was really attentive and checked in on us to make sure we were settled when we arrived. This was also the cleanest beach condo we’ve stayed in!

We had our 2 adult kids & their families with us for a total of 11! It worked out great for our family and the owner was fantastic at checking on us, but not too much. We really appreciate his hospitality. If you're traveling in 3 vehicles, parking can be a bit tricky, but the owner has workable solutions.

The property was beautiful. We’ve stayed at admirals quarters three times in the past and love the condo. This was our first stay in this unit And Joe was fantastic. The property was extremely clean and very well stocked! We had 10 people in the unit including a very active 2 year old and we all had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the extra large dining table so that we could all play dominoes at once.
There was an issue with the balcony not being available, but Joe contacted me a few weeks out and let me know the process and was in contact with us up until the day we left! We could not have asked for a better host. We feel that Joe is part of our family😊

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for over 30years and have rented many condos during that time, but this was the best experience we have had. The condo and amenities were above average. The biggest difference with this condo was Joe, the owner. He was very accommodating and easy to contact. I had mentioned that we were bringing a waffle iron so my grandson could have his waffles. The next day I received a text with a pic of a new waffle iron Joe had purchased. The efforts Joe made to make our stay pleasant did not go unnoticed by my family. We will definitely plan to revisit this condo. Great time😃👍

We (3 couples) stayed in Admirals Quarters #1209 for a week during mid-August. The place was very nice, spacious, well-decorated, and had just about everything you could need! No issues at all, and Joe was very easy to communicate with! Will definitely recommend!!

We’ve stayed in many beach condos and this one takes the cake! From the beginning, Joe was polite and prompt at answering any questions we had. The condo was beautiful AND clean! We had everything we needed and more. We met the cleaning gal when we got there and she was so polite and kind. This condo had plenty of room for our group of 9 and even had the necessities for an infant so no one had to pack any baby furniture needs.

Our vacation at this condo was the best that we have ever stayed in. This place is soooo spaceous and Joe is awesome. He made sure that we did not have any issues checking in and was an absolute pleasure to rent from. Orange Beach is a great town and has it's own unique little town charm. We have stayed in several condos over the years and we will definitely book with Joe again as we have found our happy home away from home. Already planning and picking our dates for next year!

We took our children and grandchildren for a week in Gulf Shores. This property was amazing and everyone loved the entire week. Outdoor pool was nice, needed a little cleaning to get rid of all the sunscreen! The beach was terrific and we all loved playing in it . Was nice for our 2 yr. old grandson and his brother, who is 7. The rest of the family loved being able to go out pretty far and still be shallow. The best part of the condo was the wrap around porch. Spent many hours out there just talking and watching people hunting for tiny crabs at night. Bring your flashlights and a bucket and everyone will enjoy the beach at night. This condo was very well supplied with beach toys, boogy boards, spices, kitchen needs, paper goods. You will surely enjoy Joe's condo!

A perfect stay! Lovely condo in a lovely complex in a lovely area! Owner extremely nice and helpful. The height of the unit is perfect for viewing ospreys and pelicans that fly right by the balcony, but still low enough to see dolphins in the surf and even some large fish just off shore in the shallows. The condo’s beach area is not too crowded and pristinely clean. Complex is quiet with lots of families. Condo is very roomy and extremely well furnished! Separate balconies on two king bed suites a real plus of this unit!

The unit is in great shape, all comfy beds, amazing views and comfy durable outdoor furniture, lots of towels, very good supply of water toys for the kids (we left a boogie board there) and a great washer and dryer. Having a separate ice maker was super. Large kitchen, easy to prepare fancy or simple meals, all quality stainless steel cookware, extra large fridge. The owner is very responsive and believes that community 'left-overs' are fine - so there was items left over like detergent, spices, other kitchen staples which were helpful. We had lots of leftovers and we were able to meet his wonderful cleaning lady who said that she gives any leftover food to the family that helps out with the building maintenance which was great - we appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness. We had one covered indoor parking space (and one outside) which was also great. We would all highly recommend this unit - you will be very happy to stay and enjoy all the wonderful amenities.
