About this cabin rental

Spacious 4+ bedroom cabin/mountain house, located on Buffalo Mountain, Beautiful mountain views from every window, gas fireplace, In the heart of Summit ski country, (A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper on free bus line,) it backs to National Forest and trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow-shoeing. 2 large decks and grill for outdoor cooking. Convenient garage entry and indoor storage area for sports equipment, no trekking through the snow and ice. Remote but 2 miles from restaurants, outlet mall shopping and 4 miles from Dillon Reservoir. Great summer and winter playground. 4 sets of snowshoes included. The cabin is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, 2 tables that extend to seat eight people each, and bedding for 1 king, 2 queens, 2 singes, 1 double futon, and 1 single futon. Extra air mattresses in closet. Washer and dryer, Family room, with games, puzzles and DVD/VCR .

Parking, 4 vehicles maximum. 1 in garage and 3 on drive-way only.

Great location, perfectly situated between Breck, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne with scenic views all around. We hiked close by, went to the lake, water rafted, mountain biked and even aught an art fair in Keystone. Perfect location and home had everything we needed, highly recommend!

The location is amazing, you can see beautiful mountains from every window. The front deck is the ideal location to chill out, play cards, read a book or just sit there and admire the view. The house was large and we particularly enjoyed having 3 bathrooms.

We've stayed here multiple times, and have never been disappointed. One improvement might be a bit more light in the master bedroom. But, it's a very nice home!

We loved our week at this rental! The hosts were wonderful and supplied us with everything we needed during our ski trip. The house is private, yet close to stores and restaurants. You won’t go wrong staying here!

This is a great place. One thing that stood out was the kitchen. The best appointed kitchen I have every had at a vacation rental place. They even have an instant pot. I'm not sure they guarantee that though. This is a great layout for 8-10 people. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms down stairs. They had one stall in the garage available, which was nice for loading and unloading vehicles. This property is a great value for this area.

Great stay. Easy checking process and beautiful home. Very comfortable and clean. Had a great time staying there for our hockey tournament and would stay there again next year.

Overall it was a great stay and everything that we needed was there. When we arrived to check in the driveway was not plowed and we had to shovel through a couple of feet to get to the garage. Later in the day a contracted snow plower came and cleared the drive way for us.

This house is in a beautiful location. Walking trail right around the corner. We visited several ski hills in the area and this was a convenient location. Garage space is nice but a bigger SUV will not fit inside. House is well stocked with anything you could need. It was surprising the no plastic bags in CO rule at the grocery store. I will bring reusable bags next time. House was very clean! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Can't wait to visit again.

A group of friends and I came here to ski and it was the perfect place! Only 20 minutes from keystone, 30 minutes from Breckenridge and 40 minutes from vail! And only a short drive into Silverthorne! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I booked this home in the mountains for a long Labor Day weekend. We were very pleased as the home is exactly as described and matches the pictures! We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck in the mornings with our coffee and the evenings to relax. It was the perfect getaway for our family!

The house is even better in person. Fantastic views from the front deck and back. Quiet neighborhood area and close to downtown Silverthorne. Kitchen had everything we needed except aluminum foil for baking. Plenty of space for everyone and we were thrilled to bring our dog along as well. We enjoyed hiking several nearby trails. We enjoy our stay in Wildernest. Hiking trails right out your back door. Coffee every morning on the deck looking at beautiful views of the mountains. Great communication with the owners, able to stay a few extra days. Would stay again!

The house is well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed kitchen gadgets. The location and views cannot be overstated! Being able to snow show out of the back door to the Buffalo Mountain Trail is priceless!

A great property with outstanding views, located up the hill in Silverthorne- we stayed comfortably for a week and enjoyed the entire time. It backs up to the forest for hiking and privacy, and from the front deck the ski areas picturesque in the distance. The property was stocked very well, we were lacking nothing. 2 bedrooms up and 2 down for privacy, plus a small tv area down as well. The owners very accomodating and down to earth, I liked the direct contact. With the snow falling, you really need 4wheel drive in this area-- We liked having a garage spot! Thanks for a great week and hope to see you again

This property was perfect for our large family! The scenery was beautiful and we had plenty of room! We enjoyed the fireplace as well as the tables for playing games in the evening! Be sure to check for games in the cabinet to play and watch for the moose!

Sheila and Greg's home was very warm and inviting. The home was stocked with all kitchen utensils and items for cooking, which was perfect for us since we like to eat in. It was in a perfect location for us to go skiing, shopping, and just relaxing to play board games and puzzles. The view from the home was amazing! Convenitently located to everything. We would love to stay at their home again. Definitely an 11 out of 10!

Dog and family are welcomed. They stock all supplies and condiment we need. Don’t even have to bring your toiletries. We struggle a little bit on the snow day from the road uphill and the front of the house but if you have 4 wheel drive, you will be ok. It’s beautiful Mountain View property and great location. We enjoy our stay!!

This property is a fantastic retreat and exceeded all expectations. Incredible views across the valley and Lake Dillon to the Divide; wildlife galore! The best part? Hiking trails out of the back door - no driving to trailheads...and with Silverthorne just a five minute drive down the hill, everything you need is within minutes of this beauty.

Warm, inviting home just two miles above the Silverthorne Outlets. Hiking is steps away. We saw moose, a fox and hummingbirds. Great size for a family or group of couples. We enjoyed the lovely, relaxing views. We are hoping to stay again next year.

We had a great family vacation. It was a quiet, peaceful, home base to access multiple activities and other mountain towns. We had fox and multiple moose come right up to the house. The kitchen was well stocked with materials and some spices. Games, bird and wild flower books were also great additions to our stay. If you allergic to dogs, probably not the best fit as there is a fair amount of dog hair. Thanks for a great experience overall.
