It was a great location. Images accurately reflect. Property management was prompt with responses.

Great house and amazing views from the deck, the community it’s in is super friendly and nice and it’s a short distance from whitefish. Very nice property, only complaint is that the community pool and hottub closes at 8pm every night and the sauna was closed down.

Loved it. Can we stay one more
Night?

Easy to find. Check in was easy, got the code to the door early. Beautiful view.

We loved staring at the lake it is so peaceful. The place is well stocked and has comfortable furniture in the condo with nice table and chairs for eating. Pool facilities are some of the best around, with nice accessible bathroom and shower area. Mom is on a walker so were very glad to find the ramp on the side of the house. Would love to stay again.

all was great! the bathroom smelled a bit musty/ mildew-ish. But great beds; great view of lake.

Had a great time! King bed very comfy! Sheets need upgrade! Would like to have known it was a shared balcony! But overall we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful few days at the lake condo! The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and close to town. We look forward to staying there again!
Do note, if there is a guest staying in the upper unit, you can hear them moving around; shower running etc. The guests were respectful and not overly noisy. It didn’t bother us, but I could see if there was someone very loud, it would be very disturbing.

Being on the lake is 100% the highlight.
Things to consider before booking this unit.
1. Stairs down to unit are extremely steep and narrow.
2. Floor between units is not at all sound proof. You can hear the upstairs neighbors every step and the TV if it’s up loud enough. If you are as lucky as we are, you’ll even hear the housekeeper blast offensive music while cleaning.

First off...... if you found this property because you put in spa or pool or game room as search criteria...... don’t bother. It is closed due to Covid and they don’t tell you till the day you are checking in!!! We wouldn’t have rented this property if we would of known that. 2nd, there is black mold ALL over the shower and if they would of actually cleaned it before our arrival, it wouldn’t be there. 3rd, you walk in the front door and directly go down VERY steep stairs. The stairs couldn’t even fit my 9 year old daughters feet so very dangerous. I DO not recommend this place at all. Very sad because we drove 7 hours to this place..... specifically for facilities that you couldn’t even use! Don’t waste your money.

Nice property, exactly how it looks in the profile. Beautiful view right outside!

Great location, condo ok
We were bummed to not be able to use the pool and rec room due to Covid. We weren’t told that before hand and was one of the reasons we booked the place. The condo could have been cleaned better. There was dog hair all along the tops of the heaters. They did get a new couch when we were there so that was nice and can tell the owners are trying to update the furniture. One of the twin bed headboard was broken and kept falling apart. The place does have a smell which is hard to describe. Mostly a dirty pet, old carpet smell. If someone is staying above you you can hear them talking and all movement they do. It would be a good place to stay in the summer with the easy access to the lake.

Amazing location and setting. We really enjoyed being right on the lake. The furniture/finishes are dated and the couch is super slouchy and needs to be replaced but those are small things that did not affect the quality of our time. The price seemed appropriate for the level of quality with the location/setting being a big bonus. The big downfall of this place is the strong and offensive smell of cigarette smoke. That was a very bad first impression. All else was passable or good for the price.

When we arrived we thought the smell was just from the water. When doing dishes we discovered something dead in the sink disposal. Blinds from the covering of the sliding glass door where missing, allowing Others to see in. The sliding glass door would not lock fully. Very disappointed. It was hard to get ahold of a representative to talk to.

We loooved this place! It was just down the stairs to get to the water and dock access. It had the perfect kitchen so we could cook throughout the weekend and the beds were great!

Beautiful area, condo needs updates
The location of the condo on Whitefish Lake was amazing! Waking up to sit on the deck for morning coffee, the fishing and swimming was great! The condo on the other hand needs some updates. The bathroom was very clean, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, very nice pots and pans but the rest was in need of TLC. The carpet was old and had many stains, two of the three comforters had stains and the couch needs to be replaced. It had an oder. When the cleaning crew came through didn’t do the greatest job. When vacuuming the living room prior to is staying, the ottoman was not moved to vacuum and there was a pile of hair left on the rug. Take this review for what it’s worth. I am not one to look over a place in detail when I arrive but there were some definite short comings here.

Love Whitefish Lake!
This is a great spot on Whitefish Lake! The condo we stayed was dog friendly which is great (but sign says no dogs allowed on the beach), but it seems that the cleaners vacuum did not work very well as when we arrived there was a lot of dog hair from previous users. I tried to use the vacuum on site, but the hose was completely plugged up. The place was fine for what we needed and the view was amazing!

LOVE
Love staying at Baypoint! Already booked another unit for next year. Nothing beats the view of the water they offer and the location so close to town.
3.8
Great Lake view.
Property was a great location but was not very clean or COVID proof.

Location is a plus. Place is nothing special.
The location of this place is wonderful! You are right on the water and within easy biking distance of town. The place itself is nothing special. It’s very outdated, the beds and couch are very worn out and there is very limited kitchen pots/pans/utensils to make dinner, but if you are planning to be in the water and not super concerned about the type of the place then it’s worth it.

Great Location with a Great View and accommodations
I loved the location as it was minutes away from the lovely Whitefish Downtown area and within 30 minutes of Kalispell, MT. The room accommodations were nice, but I could have used more trash bags. One trash bag for six people eating in the accommodations is not enough. I do wish that the pool would have been available at least Thursday through Sunday. However, you do have to take into account that the time frame of late October is not the most traveled time of year. The company has to take into consideration utilities. I loved the game room, and I wish the guest bathrooms would have been available throughout the time that the game room is accessible, as it is the pits to run back and use the restroom at your own unit. The apples from the apple tree were delicious, and seeing the deer and wild turkey roaming the property was awesome as well. The views from the back porch of the mountain side is definitely worth the stay as well. I enjoyed the stove, full fridge, and all the plates and silverware to boot, to make it great for family meals. I definitely plan on using this property again if given the chance.

For that price??
1. Expect the musty lake smell when you walk in.
2. Don’t stay in a “Down” unit. Your ceiling creaks with every step your upstairs neighbors make. It woke me up every single morning.
3. Ants in the kitchen area.
4. No blankets or DVDs. You’ll have to bring your own.

Musty, old smell - not super clean outdated apartment
We were able to tell from previous reviews that the apartment was older and was in need of some updates. However, the reviews were still misleading as most were 4+ stars. Therefore, we overlooked the out-of-date look for the lake view/location. Although the lake view was very pretty, I don't think it was worth it considering the apartment smelled very musty and old. I didn't get a sense that the apartment was very clean and the carpet stained and worn. I was hesitant to sit on the old, saggy couch. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. We did not spend much time there, but maybe would have spent more if it was in better condition. The lake is nice, but the beach is all rocks so not very usable. For the price, I would not recommend, since you could find much nicer, cleaner hotels in the area at same price point. We also had very loud neighbors above us that kept us up at night. The car registration form was not left for us when we got there, but upon calling VRBO they were able to get my info and update it quickly.

Lake Shore!
Easiest access to the lake and the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to downtown and loved having a kitchen.

Perfect for families
This condo was perfect for our family of five and dog. We spent most of our time in the lake or on the beach. Though it’s outdated, it’s cozy and we had a wonderful time!
