With a child oriented loft area, complete with a slide and climbing wall, our cabin is perfect for kids. A hot tub, 75' TV, poker table, and oversized garage make this a frequent destination for adults who want to go boating, snowmobiling, or just take a relaxing weekend off.

Beautiful house. Amazing view. plenty of room beds were comfortable driveway was a bit of a challenge for two trailers ,one boat and one ATV plus kayaks. House shows some wear and tear, could use some TLC.

We had a group of 30 ranging in age from 79 years-3 months. There were great spaces for the different ages and lots of kitchen space for the group. And the views from the deck are gorgeous host was very responsive and helpful

The house was great. The only thing we wish that there were more bathrooms. We had 6 families there with myself and husband so sharing bathrooms was a bit of a pain. The kids loved the bunk beds and play spaces. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit and large kitchen table for eating and game playing. Whenever I had a question the host replied to text quickly. We’d stay again.

We booked this for a family reunion and it easily fit our clan of 28 and we were able to invite the larger family over for dinners, a total of 60, and it didn't feel crowded. The view was amazing and we just loved the house. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The cabin worked very well for us, our children and spouses, and our grandchildren. It had a great view of the lake and lots of wildflowers. We saw deer and a wild turkey close to the property. It was easy to get to the lake and other amenities. The kitchen and dining areas worked very well as well as the sleeping areas. It was very well stocked. The hot tub was a hit.

The house was great! Everyone had a fun time. Loved all the toiletries in the bathrooms, lots of towels and plenty of room. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to purchase our own. Kids loft/game room was a hit! We also really enjoyed the balcony and watching the wildlife!!

We loved our stay!
The house was beautiful, the view was even better. Plenty of room for the kids and adults. Play room was a huge hit upstairs. There was a super fun hill to sled down which hours was spent on by the kids. Poker table, great idea for the adults. Enjoyed our family trip here. The view of the lake is beautiful

wonderful stay!
This is our second visit back to this property and we love it! I had some suggestions last year which the owners acted upon. They are very responsive. The big dining table is great for eating and games. Lots of deer, last year we saw a moose too. Hot tub is always a hit with teenagers especially. Lots of good hiking up Logan Canyon. We found plenty to do in the area for all of us and enjoyed returning to our property in the evening.

Great location for view plus ATVs.
The home was clean and very nice. All needs were in the home. It was a great environment for little kids with the playroom and the playset outside. Teenagers and adults appreciated the hot tub. Only about 11-12 min. to Rendevous beach. We brought up our side by side and it was a great location to be able to just leave the house and go anytime we wanted. This location was great for accommodating multiple families, including a couple with kiddos.

Excellent cabin with a view!
Lovely property with spectacular views. The cabin was immaculate and the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The kids loved the hot tub, ping pong, air hockey and climbing structures. Would definitely stay there again!

Spent time on the lake during the day, then back up the hill a little ways away from the hustle and bustle for family time. Beautiful view. Wonderful Family Venue
We had 26 members of our family stay at this location. This group included all ages. The place is very well laid out - largest bedroom suite on main floor and 3 bedrooms above and 3 bedrooms below with a large, kid-friendly bunk room/game room. The view of Bear Lake is breath-taking. We brought a boat and were able to back it down a driveway okay. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. Great location!

Check in was all digital and was super easy. Great spot for me and my family. Tons of stuff that made it great for the kids; ping pong table, card table, slide in room, etc. The lake is close so easy to drive down and spend the day.

Amazing Cabin and Location
Went here with family and had a great time. The cabin is just like the pictures and more. We loved hanging out on the deck each evening talking and taking in the view. The beds are very comfortable and not old and hard like you find in other places. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fun for everyone
Great place for a family reunion. It was clean with plenty of space for all and lots to do. Even 90 year old great grandpa enjoyed watching the wild turkeys and deer from the deck when he came for dinner one night. Others saw a moose on the way in. Kids loved the slides, rock wall, ping pong, air hockey and basketball. Adults and teens wound down in the hot tub. Beautiful view of the lake and early sunrise. Close enough to downtown for raspberry milkshakes at a different place every night! The 3 year old was so sad to leave she hid while mom and dad were packing to go home.

Family friendly!
We had 30+ family members for our reunion and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, movie room and especially the kids' loft. It was great for all ages. Plenty of parking - we had a boat and a trailer plus our cars. The driveway is steep, but doable. There isn't a yard for games or anything, but we spent most of our time at the lake so it was fine. We definitely would stay here again!
(The only issue we had was the weak wi-fi, which normally wouldn't matter except we had some who had to "work from home" - and if more than one person was connected it didn't work)

Wonderful Place to Stay for Large Group or Family Reunion
This home is amazing! We had our family of 30 here for a family reunion and it had everything we needed and more. It had a beautiful view of Bear Lake and was close enough to the center of Garden City, but also far enough away to be relaxing. The home was really clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a breeze making, preparing, and serving meals. We definitely would stay here again!

Great stay!
This place worked very well for our family reunion of 15, mostly adults. The house was comfortable, neighborhood quiet, lovely view, and there was an abundance of wildlife. The kitchen supplies were adequate, but a few things like big coffee maker, salad spinner and better pans would have been nice. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfy. Enyoy!

Family Christmas Time Get Together
My wife and I, our 12 grandchildren, our 6 adult children plus their spouses had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The upstairs bunk room/play room combined with the downstairs TV/game room provided a perfect combination of activities for our grandchildren to keep them pleasantly interacting with one another during our entire 3-day stay. The home was cleaner and better maintained than our typical past experiences with rental properties. The attention to detail could be seen even in the professional brands of body wash and shampoo provided. Years ago my wife worked for a time as a cosmetologist, so she noticed! It's a great place for a winter or a summer event.

Getting there and into the house was easy. Plenty of room for a big group of people and lots of entertainment for kids. Beautiful view and kitchen was well stocked! We loved being there!

Wonderful week
Our family of 30 had a wonderful time at this cabin. The extra air mattresses made it so the teenagers didn't have to sleep on the floor. We used the hot tub every night. With the table on the deck and the big table inside we had plenty of seating for our meals. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The guys enjoyed a few games of basketball. The bunk room upstairs was perfect for all our little ones. The air conditioning worked great on all 3 floors. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. Having the garage to park in and the extra fridge was a great bonus. We thoroughly loved it. So glad we found it.
